Регионарная химиотерапия через артериальный порт у больных с метастазами колоректального рака в печень

В представленном обзоре приведены данные анализа и систематизация исследований, посвященных ХИПА при метастазах колоректального рака в печень. При анализе исследований отмечено, что проведение ХИПА при нерезектабельных или условно резектабельных метастазах печени сопровождается значительно большей частотой положительных ответов на химиотерапию, что ведет к повышению резектабельности метастазов. Кроме того, отмечается эффективность адьювантной ХИПА в сочетании с системной химиотерапией после резекций печени при высоком риске внутрипеченочного прогрессирования заболевания. Отмечены преимущество, топографоанатомические и технические аспекты интраоперационной катетеризации собственной печеночной артерии. Проанализированы возможные осложнения при ХИПА, способы их профилактики, техника катетеризации при различных вариантах артериального кровоснабжения печени.
