Устойчивость развития машиностроительного комплекса Республики Беларусь

В настоящее время большое внимание в научных публикациях уделено проблеме устойчивого развития. С учетом роли машиностроительного комплекса проведен анализ тенденций развития и рисков, с которыми могут столкнуться белорусские машиностроительные предприятия в будущем. С этой точки зрения необходимо дать оценку устойчивости развития предприятий. Для этого использован метод эффективной конкуренции. Анализ результатов деятельности филиала ОАО «БелАЗ» - управляющая компания холдинга «БелАЗ-Холдинг» - «Могилевский автомобильный завод имени С.М. Кирова о росте устойчивости развития в 2016-2018 гг. Опрос ведущих специалистов предприятия показал, что они оптимистично оценивают конкурентные преимуществ предприятия, которые обуславливают возможность устойчивого развития в будущем. Устойчивое развитие машиностроительного комплекса возможно только за счет роста инвестиций, которые должны способствовать выпуску инновационной продукции и конкурентоспособности на внешних рынках. Для роста инвестиционной активности предприятий необходимо изменить общие условия функционирования национальной экономики, сделать ее более привлекательной для инвесторов.

Sustainability of the development of the engineering complex of the Republic of Belarus
At present, the issue of sustainable development is a major focus of scientific publications. Taking into account the role of the engineering complex, an analysis of the development trends and risks that Belarusian engineering companies may face in the future has been carried out. From this point of view, it is necessary to assess the sustainability of enterprise development. The effective competition method is used for this. Analysis of the results of the BelAZ branch is the managing company of BelAZ-Holding Holding, the Mogilev Automotive Plant named after S.M. Kirov on the growth of sustainability in 2016-2018. A survey of the company’s leading specialists showed that they are optimistic about the competitive advantages of the company, which contribute to the possibility of sustainable development in the future. The sustainable development of the engineering complex is possible only through the growth of investments, which should contribute to the production of innovative products and competitiveness in foreign markets. In order to increase the investment activity of enterprises, it is necessary to change the general conditions of the national economy and make it more attractive for investors.
