With the development and growth of renewable energy application technology, the technology of using solar energy to supply domestic hot water is becoming increasingly mature. Centralized solar hot water systems play an important role in alleviating energy problems, and scholars from all walks of life are studying how to design solar building hot water projects. The solar hot water system uses a solar collector to collect the heat of the sun, and the collected heat is transmitted to a water storage tank for insulation through a circulating water pump. It is matched with appropriate energy sources such as electricity, gas, and fuel to heat the water in the tank and become a relatively stable quantitative energy source. Compared to household independent systems, centralized solar hot water systems have gradually become the mainstream form of solar hot water systems due to their high degree of integration, good integration with buildings, easy operation and maintenance, mutual balance of water usage among users, and easy implementation of instant heating. This article designs a 10 t/d building solar hot water project.

Acoustic performance analysis of diesel engine silencer

The finite element model of diesel engine muffler is established, the noise reduction function of the muffler is studied and tested, the distribution cloud diagram of sound pressure level inside the muffler is calculated, the sound fields at various frequencies are plotted. The change of sound pressure level inside the muffler is tested. After processing, the line spectrum and octave band results of the transmission loss of the muffler are obtained. The acoustic performance of the muffler can be quantitatively determined by synthesizing the results of the sound field distribution and the transmission loss inside the muffler.

Analysis and optimization of the flow path within the protonic ceramic fuel cell stack

With the development of human society, the demand for energy is increasing, and energy, an essential global necessity, is decreasing significantly and is in danger of being depleted. Fuel cell is the fourth power generation facility after hydroelectric, thermal and nuclear power. Fuel cell flow channel is an important part of fuel cell, which has the functions of transferring reaction gas, discharging products and excess unreacted gas, and balancing fuel cell temperature. This thesis focuses on the model design and optimization of a 10-layer flat-plate proton ceramic fuel cell (PCFC) reactor. First, we design a 10-layer flat-plate PCFC reactor model structure, then we simulate the reactor using Fluent, analyze the multi-field coupling operating characteristics inside the target reactor, optimize the reactor based on the results, and finally, we analyze and discuss the optimization results.

Analysis of methods limiting gas breakthroughs into production wells at the Fedorovskoye field

The article explores the reasons causing gas breakthrough from the gas cap into the producing wells and oil penetration into the gas-saturated part of the formation at the Fedorovskoe Field. It appears that gas breakthrough to the perforated intervals of producing wells are mainly caused by the geological structure of AS4-8 formations (absence of robust shale break/screen) and relatively small distances from the upper filter holes to the gas- and gas-and-oil-saturated portion of the formation. Two operation modes applicable for this field are described: for the wells intersecting the formation with horizontal shaft under impermeable shale break between gas-and-oil-saturated layers (cases of gas breakthrough are excluded) and for horizontal and vertical wells in the contact zones of gas-and-oil reservoirs or areas with thin split shale breaks (there is continuous gas breakthrough). The paper presents problems existing in passenger traffic by urban passenger transport, as well as the analysis of factors hindering the development of bus routes. There have been studied both quantitative and qualitative indicators of a deterioration in the quality of passenger service by urban buses in the city of Kutaisi. For a comprehensive study of the issue using the time-table method of field observations, an experimental study of the passenger flow was carried out. Based on the system analysis, an assessment was made of the indicators of redistribution of passenger flows by bus and minibus routes: the number of motive power on the routes, in accordance with the percentage of coincidence of the parameters of traffic regimes with the transport schemes. A list of measures has been drawn up, the integrated implementation of which will facilitate the development of a safe and convenient city-class bus route system.

Some aspects of determining of dynamics of the optimal technological level of quality level engineering products are considered. It is established that the optimal quality level is constantly changing due to the systematic increasing requirements of consumers and continuous improvement processes. The dynamics of the optimal technological level of production quality and nature of the change of various kinds of quality levels is defined. It is specified that the optimum quality level expresses the degree of compliance of product to the specific needs. It is approved that improvement of the quality is reasonable only at the optimum quality level of the product to be achieved under optimum performance.

Calculation method of fastening the upper slope of the land bund for erosion and strength

To protect the slopes of the ground dam from the devastating effects of wind waves, ice, water flow, precipitation and other factors, a number of engineering measures are provided. Based on this, an engineering decision is taken on the choice of materials for fastening structures, as well as methods for calculating their stability. When calculating the stability of the upper slope, two cases of a combination of loads and impacts are mainly considered. One of them is the reduction of the water level in the reservoir with maximum speed, and the other is the case when the water level in the reservoir is at the lowest operational level. The article investigates the processes of sliding of natural slopes of the upstream dam. Taking into account the combined action of the forces of filtering, weighing and vapor pressure, as well as the force of hydrostatic pressure to the level of dead volume. The equation for the stability coefficient of a circular-cylindrical slip of a uniform natural slope of the upstream dam has been obtained.

In the research and test of diesel engine, because the performance test of multi cylinder engine with different configuration needs to be replaced, and there is a certain risk in the first test, while the single cylinder engine is more suitable for the research and test of different configurations because of its simple structure and convenient replacement of components. Therefore, by comparing the differences of combustion state between single cylinder engine and multi cylinder engine with the same configuration, the change law of performance characteristics of single cylinder engine and multi cylinder engine under different working conditions is confirmed. By analyzing the difference of emission performance of single cylinder engine with different configuration, the emission performance of multi cylinder engine under different configuration is predicted. The research in this paper has important significance for further research and test of diesel engine.

Construction and analysis of LNG cold energy utilization system

The theme of this research is the intermediate fluid vaporizer (IFV) gasification system for an offshore liquefied natural gas floating storage regasification unit (LNG-FSRU). Based on reducing the loss of heat exchange and improve the cold energy utilization, an LNG cold energy utilization system combined with Rankine cycle power generation and desalination is proposed. On this basis, six different schemes of working medium combination are simulated and analyzed, and the optimal scheme of working medium combination is found. The results show that the net output power of the system is 5591 kw, and the system exergy efficiency is 30.38%. The annual economic benefit is CNY 39.4 million.

Design and analysis of antireflection layer on the surface of crystalline silicon solar cell

With the positive development of photovoltaic technology, improving efficiency and reducing cost has become a global problem facing the solar industry. The development of solar cell anti-reflection film can significantly reduce the reflection of sunlight on the surface of the battery, increase the flux of light entering the battery, and create more photo-generated carriers, which is the most economical and effective way to improve the efficiency of the battery. More photo-generated carriers are produced, which is the most economical and effective way to improve the efficiency of batteries. Therefore, it’s of great value to explore a performance-matched antireflective film material for solar cells and its preparation process. The plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition of silicon nitride antireflective coatings has been widely used in photovoltaic industry. The aim is to form an antireflection film on the surface of crystalline silicon solar cells and achieve good passivation effect. The thickness and refractive index of the antireflective film have an important influence on the performance of the battery. It is of great significance to explore the optimum technological conditions for preparing the optimum thin films. Considering the optical properties, stability, preparation process and production cost of antireflective film materials, the influence of antireflective film on the output characteristics of solar cells was studied by using PC1D simulation software.

The subject of the research is designing a regenerative heat exchanger to heat hot water. Qualitative and quantitative analysis of relevant physical parameters to optimize heat exchanger models. The purpose of this study is to simulate realizing the goal of heating hot water with 25 kW and optimize the model to optimize the heat exchange efficiency in practical work. As a result of the research, Amplitude-frequency response of the circuit increases linearly as speed of rotation. When the speed is constant, the less of water mass is, the value of Amplitude great. The phase frequency response of the circuit increases overall as the speed increases. The greater the mass, the greater, and the rate of increase gradually decreases. we know that increasing the water volume can improve the heat transfer efficiency, but when the water volume (G) increases to 1.6, the rate of increasing the heat transfer efficiency begins to decline, so this should be taken into account in the design process. With the heating time increases, the heat transfer efficiency will also improve. It should be noted that when the heating time increases, the rate of increase of heat transfer efficiency decreases and specific heat capacity (KF) decreases.
