Role of the controlling in development of activity of JSC “O’ztemiryo’lkonteyner”

Process of transportation of goods has huge value both for regions, and for all country as a whole. Naturally, transportation system in the region both an interregional and international cargo transportation essentially differs, however, the general essence remains invariable. All want, that cargo was delivered in time, in integrities and safety, and the most important - at minimum price. These are quite adequate desires therefore, also the market aspires to transport in this way. Special role in development of transport logistics a container cargo transportation. This system of delivery of cargo is considered on today's put the most reliable, safe and effective. Main objectives of JSC “O’ztemiryo’lkonteyner” are just ensuring competitive transportation of goods in containers with the maximum economic effect and satisfaction of requirements of the internal and external markets in container transportations.

The indicators characterizing activity of JSC “O’ztemiryo’lkonteyner” are given in the fig.1.

On dynamics of growth rendered the labor productivity indicators that change can be observed on the fig.2.

Apparently from the analysis of indicators of activity container transportations for today most dynamically developing segments of the international transport market. For further development of activity of JSC “O’ztemiryo’lkonteyner” controlling plays important role.

Today there is no unequivocal definition of the concept "controlling", but practically nobody denies that it is the new concept of management generated by practice of modern management. Controlling (from English Control - the management, regulation, management control) far is not settled by control.

Control is directed to the past, on clarification of time of mistakes and miscalculations, and controlling is a management future for ensuring long functioning of the enterprise and its structural units.

Controlling provides methodical tool base for support of the main functions of management: planning, control, the account and the analysis, and also assessment of the situation for adoption of administrative decisions.

Need of use of controlling it is caused by the following reasons:

• 1)    Increase of instability of environment that causes increased requirements in an organization control system;

• 2)    Need of increase in speed of reaction of the organization on environment changes;

• 3)    Need of existence for the organization of the mechanism of actions on ensuring survival rate of the organization and avoiding of crises.

In conclusion, from above, it is possible to tell that controlling gives the chance to the enterprise:

• 1)    Orientation to effective work of the organization in rather long-term prospect;

• 2)    Formation of the organizational structure focused on achievement of strategic and tactical targets;

• 3)    Creation of the information system adequate to problems of a goals management;

• 4)    Splitting of problems of controlling into cycles that provides interactivity of planning, control of execution and adoption of correcting decisions.
