This article discusses scenarios for determining priorities and prospects for the development of small business and private entrepreneurship in the construction industry, and also gives recommendations for increasing the volume of construction work. Thus, according to our analysis, the main factors affecting the development of the construction industry in the Tashkent region are industrial development, nominal wages, population and investment in fixed assets, and the main difference in these indicators in regional units is considered a serious problem. According to the results of the developed scenario, reducing the gap between these indicators in regional units will increase the annual growth rate of construction and installation work from 10.1% to 23.9%, which, in turn, will increase the number of builders in the construction sector by 242 units. As a General conclusion, the organization of payments between the manufacturer and the customer when purchasing products in the construction industry affects the development of the network, as well as CBS. In addition, gradual payment by the customer based on payment for completed construction works will play an important role in the development of market legislation in the industry, the elimination of monopolies and the development of IFRS.

Ways of increasing soil fertility used for vegetable growing in Samukh district

The presented article gives ways to increase the fertility of soils used in vegetable growing in the territory of Samukh District. It has been determined that the soil is provided with uninterrupted nutrients as a result of the constant influx of plant residues and organic matter into the soil during the crop rotation. For this, the correct selection of predecessor plants must be observed. Scientifically based crop rotation has a great role in conservation of soil fertility and increasing soils’ agrophysical, agrochemical and biological indices. Taking into consideration of agroecological factors in selection of appropriate predecessor crop for the crop rotation, fertilization and irrigation techniques increases crop yield and supports conservation of soil fertility.

The purpose of this article is: to determine the essence of the production capacity of textile enterprises, to identify ways of increasing the efficiency of production capacity at textile enterprises. Recommendations given by the author can be used in industry, and the results of the systematic analysis indicated in this article can be used in writing master’s theses, qualification and coursework.

The ways of teaching and writing the Kyrgyz language in primary school are presented. The problem of teaching children to read and write has always been very acute not only in pedagogy, but also in public life, since popular literacy is its tool in the struggle for culture. Achieving quality spelling skills remains one of the most challenging tasks in primary education. A distinctive feature of any literary language, unlike other types of national language, is the presence of certain norms. The literary language is the highest, exemplary, revised and standardized form of the national language. Vernacular is an unprocessed, unprocessed language, part of which is the literary language, dialects, slang, idioms, proverbs, terms related to the profession, and the individual speech of each of them.

Ways to protect equipment from hydraulic shock

The hydraulic equipment is experiencing damage to its components and even the mechanical equipment owing to hydraulic shock induced by a sudden rise in load, resulting in a step reaction in the hydraulic system. An analysis of the hydraulic system is conducted to protect the equipment from the detrimental effects of hydraulic shock. This analysis includes examining components such as the hydraulic damper, centrifugal pump, accumulator, control valve, and others. The primary function of the power component is to mitigate hydraulic stress by altering the pump’s flow rate. The control element initiates the reversing of the valve in the hydraulic system in order to mitigate hydraulic shock. The auxiliary components primarily concentrate on enhancing the efficiency of the accumulator and maximizing the synergistic utilization of damping components. By adjusting the input value, one may regulate the flow rate and pressure of the system. The discussion revolves around finding the most efficient frequency in the shortest amount of time.

The main task for architecture of end XIXth to begin XXth century became searching of a new plastic language, new ideas, technologies and devices which could satisfy challenges of time and harmonize surroundings that had changed with influence of technocratic world. The result of the searching was appearance of modern style, with its main point is internationality; modern’s program was based on developing universal principles of architecture planning. Modern style in Russia, which was formed in Moscow and Saint Petersburg, in a limited time, became very popular in remote provinces developing its unique characteristics with the prevailing in provincial town building. Thus regional modern style always got new unexpected embodiment.

The language of emotions has infinite possibilities for conveying the subtlest shades of feelings, for evaluating what is happening through sensory experience, for influencing the addressee of the message and for self-expression. Indeed, it is difficult to imagine a human speech devoid of emotional and sensual component, regardless of what culture and language it is a native speaker. The high coefficient of the emotional component in the linguistic canvas of the cultural picture of the world of any nation is evidenced, in particular, by the data of explanatory dictionaries, the pages of which abound with emotionally colored vocabulary. The article reviews words expressing positive emotions in The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn Novel by Mark Twain’s.

In the criteria of globalization of the international economy, the role of state regulation in ensuring social and economic security is becoming increasingly prominent. Ensuring the socio-economic security of the state is highly determined by political reasons, the impact of which contains two main vectors: increasing the effectiveness of the internal production process by stimulating the NTP; full assistance to sectors of the economy in foreign markets. The government has an impact on NTP as direct participation in the R & d costs, and creation of positive institutional criteria for acceleration NTP. The role of the government in the development of science and technology as the main factor of economic growth is reflected in the technological policy - "Technology for the financial and economic recovery of the country: an innovative vector for the creation of financial power", which is expected to invest in the improvement of technology is considered an important function of the government.

The article considers the Holocaust reflection in world literature and popular authors as the best painters of the Holocaust repressions. Naturally, the Holocaust is a trauma which cannot ever be restored, a gap that cannot be bridged. Down to the present day, this remains an important topic for discussion. Despite the overwhelming persecution and death that surrounded the Jewish nation, hundreds of thousands of Jews survived the nightmare of the Holocaust. In order to integrate the past in their lives, survivors want to testify and/or write down their experiences. These stories of survival provide the only glimpse of ‘goodness’ that comes from the terrible story of the Holocaust. It proves that, even in history’s darkest hour, there was a glimmer of hope; that in a world that seemed to be falling apart, good still had the capacity to overcome evil. Эозинофильный гранулематоз с полиангиитом (синдром Чарджа-Стросса) - это эозинофильное гранулематозное заболевание, характеризующееся поражением сосудов мелкого калибра и имеющее аутоиммунную природу. Пациенты с этим синдромом испытывают похудание, лихорадку, артралгии и миалгии. Чаще всего болезнь начинается с поражения респираторного тракта, включая инфекционно-аллергический ринит, бронхиальную астму, симметричные эозинофильные легочные инфильтраты и эозинофильную пневмонию. У лиц старших возрастных групп синдром проявляется множественными мононевритами, асимметричной полинейропатией, анемией и мышечной слабостью. В данном научном обзоре представлены основные аспекты распространенности, механизмов развития, спектра клинических проявлений, диагностики и дифференциальной диагностики эозинофильного гранулематоза с полиангиитом.

Абсолютная монархия или правление одного суверена

Теоретиком и идейным вдохновителем абсолютной монархии безусловно является мыслитель политической философии Томас Гоббс. Все философы разрабатывали свой политические теории в условиях кризиса власти, хаоса, перемен, воин или потрясений, охватывающее общество. Согласно воззрению Гоббса только суверен (лицо ноделенное легитимностью и обладающее всей полнотой власти) может насаждать закон и стабильность то есть Гоббс ставит нас перед выбором - стабильность и безопасность в обмен на концентрацию власти в одних руках, передающуюся по наследству, в противном случае - хаос революция войны. И даже если при концентрации абсолютной власти в одних руках (династии) будут злоупотребления, то общество все ровно остаются стабильным. Согласно Гоббсу компромисс (или общественный договор) означает соглашение людей соблюдать определенные законы или правила, чтобы выполнялось эти законы и правила, чтобы сладить за исполнением договора, должна быть сила (или институт), обладающая всей полнотой власти. Только тогда будет обеспечен порядок и стабильность в обществе. Но верховная власть в государстве должна находиться в руках одного лица, а не группы лиц, то есть короля, царя, султана, хана. Если общество проходили определение свой этапы развития в условиях абсолютной монархии или авторитарных правлений, то в наше время люди не могут уже так жить. Авторитаризм и тирания не только тормозит развитие общества но и опасны для государства, приводят к революциям, бунтам или гражданским войнам. Примеры Ливии, Сирии показывают, что авторитаризм рано или поздно ведет к хаосу. Более того в странах авторитаризма правитель наделенной неограниченной властью, иногда становится объектом чуть или не обожествления.

Международная экономическая интеграция предполагает рост торговли, а вместе с тем и ее упрощение. Сокращение таможенных издержек является существенным фактором, способствующим развитию экономических отношений. В статье исследованы особенности уплаты авансовых платежей таможенному органу. На основе анализа динамики поступления авансовых платежей в государственный бюджет были определены проблемы и пути совершенствования современной системы авансовых платежей в таможенных органах в рамках Таможенного кодекса Евразийского экономического союза.

В статье с точки зрения компаративной методологии рассматриваются образы героев романов Ч. Айтматова «Плаха», «Тавро Кассандры», «Когда падают горы». Автор основное внимание уделяет аспекту концепции личности, анализируя прежде всего идейную сущность образов Авдия Каллистратова, Роберта Борка и Арсена Саманчина. Сопоставительный анализ данных образов выявляет их типологическую и генетическую общность, которую можно рассматривать в свете идейно-тематических, сюжетных автозаимствований, перекличек. В этом аспекте перспективными и продуктивными представляются исследования генетической общности образов героев в указанных романах Ч. Айтматова с точки зрения способов и приемов психологического изображения, отдельных изобразительно-выразительных средств, речевых характеристик.

Австрицизмы в разных жанрах современных австрийских печатных СМИ

Статья посвящена анализу употребления австрицизмов в современных газетных текстах Австрии в их жанровом разнообразии. Это такие популярные источники, как Kronenzeitung, Kurier, Österreich и др. Степень употребительности австрицизмов во многом связана с жанровой спецификой печатных СМИ: интервью, комментарий, новостные жанры и др. Приоритетным жанром является интервью, где наблюдается их наибольшая сосредоточенность. Далее следуют жанры комментария и новостей. Употребление в печатных текстах СМИ наряду с чисто немецкими словами австрицизмов привлекает внимание австрийского читателя, побуждает его к дальнейшему чтению статьи, поскольку это слова, понятные большинству жителей страны.
