Внедрение всесторонней практики инклюзии для любой страны проблематично, отнимает много времени и дорого стоит. Однако Соединенные Штаты Америки, несмотря на социальное, культурное, экономическое, религиозное и этническое разнообразие, имеют положительный опыт в области специального образования и инклюзивных практик. В данной работе представлен исторический обзор успешных практик инклюзии для обучающихся с особыми образовательными потребностями в США, включая законодательные меры, поддерживающие инклюзию в Соединенных Штатах.

Education for children with special educational needs in the USA: legislative and educational aspects
Establishing comprehensive inclusion practices for any country is challenging, time-consuming, and expensive. However, the United States of America in spite of its social, cultural, economic, religious, and ethnic diversity has positive experience in special education and inclusion practices. This article presents a historical overview of successful inclusion practices for students with special educational needs in the U.S.A., including legislative actions supporting inclusion in the U.S.
