В статье рассматриваются проблемы и приоритеты формирования способности полемического общения сотрудников правоохранительных органов в процессе их обучения. Аргументируется необходимость достижения квалифицированной подготовки российских правоохранителей посредством развития умений планирований и корректировки вербальной коммуникации в экстремальных ситуациях. Отмечается возрастание требований к организации и практической демонстрации полемического мастерства. Констатируется значимость всесторонней риторической подготовки при обучении сотрудников МВД России полемическому мастерству. Раскрывается потенциал монологической, диалогической и полилогической форм устного высказывания в профессиональном общении. Доказывается возможность формирования и развития полемического мастерства в учебно-педагогическом процессе на основе апробации передовых технологий и приемов двусторонней и многосторонней вербальной коммуникации. Автором проводится систематизация ключевых структурных компонентов полемического общения и обобщаются этапы его организации.

A systematic approach to the development of political communication skills among law enforcement officers
The article discusses the problems and priorities of developing the ability of law enforcement officers to engage in polemical communication during their training. The author argues for the need to achieve qualified training for Russian law enforcement officers by developing their skills in planning and adjusting verbal communication in extreme situations. The article emphasizes the importance of developing methods and techniques for effective communication with various types of social actors in professional settings. It highlights the increasing demands for the organization and practical demonstration of polemical skills. The article highlights the significance of comprehensive rhetorical training in teaching Russian law enforcement officers polemical skills. The article reveals the potential of monological, dialogical, and polilogical forms of oral speech in professional communication. It proves the possibility of forming and developing polemical skills in the learning process through the implementation of a modern algorithm of speech activity. The algorithm includes the analysis of the communicative situation, understanding one's own communicative role, as well as the socio-psychological characteristics of the addressee and their speech roles, determining the practical goals of interaction, finding the optimal strategy and tactics of speech behavior, and selecting the appropriate speech genre and functional style to solve the emerging communicative task.
