The authors consider current research, the results of which indicate a steady increase in the number of financial institutions around the world using such technologies. Special attention is paid to relevant trends in the Russian financial sector through the identification of key areas in which artificial intelligence finds its application. In conclusion, conclusions are formulated about the possible prospects and risks following the integration of artificial intelligence technologies into the financial sector, which dictates the need to develop effective adaptive behavior models for financial market players.

One of the most important areas of the economy is logistics. This direction is also important for any business entity and at this stage it is rapidly developing and being modernized. Globalization has led many companies to outsource their logistics functions to third-party logistics companies (3PL) in order to focus on their core competencies. The article identifies the features of using 3PL services, identifies and classifies the main disadvantages faced by 3PL companies. Logistics services have evolved and changed over time, especially when hiring them according to the concepts of 3PL (third-party logistics), 4PL (fourth-party logistics) or insourcing logistics. Moreover, the structure of an innovative approach to the organization of logistics processes in a large international competition is considered.

Towards sustainable rural development through organic horticulture adoption by the Kyrgyz farmers

The main purpose of the study is to explore the challenges and potential the Kyrgyz farmers could experience towards the adoption of organic agriculture. In the selected case the adoption performance of the farmers in the Kyrgyz Republic in relation to organic agriculture is studied by applying the innovation adoption or diffusion model. The research methods used are the descriptive statistics and correlation analysis. The study findings demonstrate that the adoption model is able to explore the challenges and potential the farmers could face towards the adoption of organic agriculture. One of the conclusions is that the main challenges to the farmers to adopt organic agriculture are to meet the product quality and certification requirements.

The results of the study confirm the presence of statistically significant impact of oil price shocks and REPO rates on the level of consumer inflation in Russia.

Trends and global practices in attracting foreign direct investment

This paper examines the contemporary trends and future prospects of foreign direct investment (FDI) flows in the context of increasing global instability and economic risks. The relevance of this study is underscored by the profound impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, geopolitical tensions and the introduction of global tax reforms on FDI dynamics. The primary objective is to analyze the shifts in FDI flows from 2000 to 2023, identifying key factors influencing these changes, particularly during crises such as the 2008-2009 economic downturn, the COVID-19 pandemic and the ongoing conflict in Ukraine. The methodology is grounded in quantitative analysis of FDI data sourced from UNCTAD and OECD databases, supplemented by comparative and dynamic analyses based on global investment reports and indices of FDI confidence. The scientific novelty of the paper lies in the synthesis of data on FDI in the context of increasing global uncertainty and the changing strategies of investing and recipient countries. It emphasizes emerging factors, including the implementation of global minimum taxes, the rise of digital and green investments and the reassessment of developing economies as viable investment destinations. The findings reveal that global FDI flows remain volatile, significantly influenced by various external factors. Despite a recovery post-pandemic, the current geopolitical and economic landscape - exemplified by the conflict in Ukraine and global tax reforms - continues to reshape investment strategies and capital flows. Developing economies are increasingly pivotal in attracting FDI, particularly in sectors aligned with sustainable development and digitalization. Recommendations for recipient countries include enhancing legislative and financial frameworks to attract green and sustainable investments. Developed nations are advised to focus on creating conditions for localizing production, reducing global supply chains and lowering tax barriers. In light of the growing significance of digital technologies, it is crucial for countries to advance national programs supporting digitalization and technological innovation. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of FDI trends in a rapidly changing economic environment offering valuable insights for policymakers and stakeholders in both developed and developing nations.

Triple Constraint в ивент-менеджменте: баланс сроков, бюджета и качества

В статье рассматривается проблема совершенствования управления проектами в ивент-индустрии через призму применения концепции triple constraint. Актуальность исследования определяется высокой динамикой внешней среды ивент-индустрии и необходимостью эффективного балансирования между традиционными ограничениями проектов в условиях высокой неопределенности. Показано, что специфика проектов в сфере ивент-менеджмента заключается в невозможности переноса сроков реализации, высокой чувствительности бюджета к внешним изменениям и особой роли субъективного восприятия качества мероприятия. В работе обоснована необходимость интеграции управления сроками, бюджетом и качеством в единую систему проектного планирования и мониторинга. Представлены направления и способы реализации модели triple constraint в управлении ивент-проектами. Сделаны выводы о том, что эффективное управление ограничениями в ивент-менеджменте требует учета особенностей ивент-менеджмента, предупреждения отклонений и построения системы контроля.

Turbulence in European gas markets: current problems and prospects

This paper examines the gas balance of Europe, its changes, as well as any consequences and the possibility of such a situation. The authors identified the main prospects for the development of the European gas market in the context of the international global energy revolution, as well as its prospects, taking into account the dependence of the EU countries on Russian gas. The main findings of the demand analysis suggest that the growing demand in Europe for a sample of streaming gas is entailing very sharp price increases, which is a real reminder of the fragility and fragility of the energy system during the current changes. The main question to be decided is whether the crisis will act as a catalyst for the transition to extreme energy or as a catalyst for rapid action in this implementation.

Статья раскрывает стратегическую ценность пользовательского контента (UGC) для брендов в 2025 году и представляет результаты эмпирического исследования, проведённого среди малых и средних предприятий Калужской области. Цель работы - количественно оценить влияние UGC на бренд-имидж, доверие клиентов и показатели продаж. UGC-контент (User Generated Content) - это любой контент, созданный пользователями или клиентами бренда в социальных сетях. Такой контент работает как нативная реклама, продвигая тот или иной продукт от пользователя к пользователю. Авторы данной работы проанализировали эффективность применения UGC-контент в продвижении бренда, а также способы, которые помогают мотивировать пользователей создавать публикации про бренд. Эмпирическая часть описывает локальные кейсы: цветочный бутик «Ирис», магазин «Комод», ресторан «Чача», пиццерия «Pepper's Pizza» и студия «Твой Тай». Показано, как креативные физические и цифровые точки взаимодействия стимулируют клиентов создавать контент, обеспечивая вирусный охват и прирост лидов.

The article demonstrates the importance of the modernization and development of the housing and public utility (HPU) sector in terms of sanction restrictions. Was substantiated the appropriateness of the representation of this area as a complicated dynamic system, within frames of which are woven together interests of many agents, representing more than twenty kinds of economic activities and implementing its production functions in terms of uncertainty. Were revealed main sources and factors of the uncertainty. Was offered the new mechanism for the uncertainty management in economic activities of HPU agents - by means of procedures of the dynamic systemic analysis. Was offered the short description of its functioning. The opinion was made that the offered mechanism can be considered as a flexible instrument, providing for the formation and implementation of programs for the modernization and development of the HPU of a certain municipal entity, while taking into consideration uncertainty factors, as well as in the form of sanction restrictions, impacting economic activities of agents of this area.
