Position of Kazakhstan in the rating of global competitiveness of world countries

The article reviews the rating of Kazakhstan in the global competitiveness of world countries in the year of 2016. 12 indicators were defined, according to which the position of every country in the world rating is defined. A young country like Kazakhstan after gaining the independence started to develop dynamically by attracting the foreign capital investments into the economy. By creating the investments climate Kazakhstan faced opening of additional work places, implementation of new projects, growth of macroeconomic indicators, as an example, the GDP per capita raised from 700 dollars to 6722 dollars (with the rate 341.43 KZT per dollar), socioeconomic indicators raised from year to year. As per the results of the investigation of WEF the position of Kazakhstan in the rating of the global competitiveness of the world countries in 2016-2017 belongs to the 53rd place. As compared with 2015-2016 the rating of the Kazakhstan was lowered to the 9thposition, and from 2014-2015 it fell to 3 positions. The actual meaning of indicators gives the chance to see the advantages and disadvantages of some macroeconomic indicators, and also the government gets the chance to get higher results, exactly by engaging more resources into the undeveloped industries.

Question in operating the exchange rate policy of the State Bank of Vietnam in the current period

Exchange rate policy is one of the important measures of national monetary policy. The devaluation of the domestic currency may boost exports and improve the balance of payments, but that can only happen in certain conditions and affect differently each different commodity. In an open economy, the real exchange rate affects commodity prices between domestic production and imports. Rate can also directly affects on inflation due to price changes measured by local currency of imported goods and thereby influences the price index. Generally, when changing in the exchange rate leads to the change in supply - demand for foreign currency in the market, thereby it affects on macroeconomic variables such as important national income; inflationary; unemployment and balance of international payments. Consequently, operating efficiency rate policies plays an important role in managing the general macroeconomic and monetary policy of Vietnam. Especially, in current period, exchange rate policies is even more important when Vietnam has been trying to recover and stabilize the economy after the crisis since 2007, especially implementing restructuring econoomy plans with the objective to control inflation, stabilize the macro-economy, ensure high economic growth at 6.5-7% in the current period. Therefore, the monitoring of changes in exchange rates, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of the operation of the exchange rate policy of the National Bank of Vietnam is a topic that is the people, businesses and the government is very interested. Especially in the current conditions the world economy is more volatile, unpredictable, could potentially negative impacts on Vietnam''s economy.

Regulation of leasing in the Kyrgyz Republic

Financial lease is one of the most useful and valuable tools for stimulating real sector of economy like agriculture, construction or healthcare. Moreover, it helps to overcome a gap between financial institutions and production industry by providing convenient, flexible and less risky channel of financing. There is no need for additional collateral, since leasing object itself serves as collateral; moreover, in combination with longer terms of repayment it creates favorable conditions for SMEs development as well as development of poor countries and countries with transitional economies. Leasing is considered as one of the best tools for stimulation of real economy and financial sector; however it has not been become widespread in the Kyrgyz Republic. In order to fully understand the problems of leasing implementation in Kyrgyzstan it is necessary to examine its legal base concerning the leasing regulation.

It is established that the Russian e-commerce market is successfully developing, but has not yet reached the saturation stage. The increase in the number of marketplaces, the development of new retail formats and technological innovations in payment processing, all this will contribute to the further development of the Russian e-commerce market . In conclusion, it is noted that today the most perspective direction is trade through marketplaces, which are in demand from both consumers and sellers. Russian military-industrial complex: development under sanctions restrictions

Imposition of sanctions restrictions had a negative impact on the leading sectors of the Russian economy, slowing down their progressive development. It affected the Russian military-industrial complex, which is one of the most high-tech segments of the Russian economy. The article solves the problem of assessing the impact of sanctions restrictions on the Russian military-industrial complex and substantiates the importance of implementing import substitution programs for its innovative development. Research materials were obtained from open sources of the Russian press. To analyze and generalize them, authors used the methods of an integrated approach, statistical and economic analysis, comparison of indicators and others. As a result of the research, it was found that the introduction of sanctions restrictions initially created certain problems for the normal functioning of many industrial enterprises of the Russian military-industrial complex. However, subsequently, they essentially gave a purposeful impetus to its innovative development through the implementation of import substitution programs and other modern organizational and economic mechanisms. Their implementation and introduction into the activities of industrial enterprises of the Russian military-industrial complex opens up additional opportunities for the development of new industries, creates new jobs and increases the employment of the able-bodied population of the country.
