"Дальневосточный гектар" как вектор развития малого и среднего предпринимательства

Дальневосточный федеральный округ, самый крупный округ с удобным геополитическим расположением на карте. Несмотря на это, огромная часть территории не используется. Именно по это правительством утверждена программа «Дальневосточный гектар». Данная программа в своей концепции предполагает сокращение оттока населения с округа, развитее сельского хозяйства, улучшение жизни и динамичное развитее предпринимательства. В статье рассматривается предоставление земельных участков и основные проблемы в их получении и освоение.

"Финансовое расследование" как инструмент внутреннего государственного контроля

Данная работа относится к разряду обзорных статей. В ней рассматриваются понятие «финансовое расследование» и его актуальность в настоящей цифровой реальности при обеспечении экономической безопасности компаний. Раскрываются условия, при которых целесообразно проведение финансового расследования, его цели, основные виды, а также результаты расследований. Делается вывод, что финансовое преступление является социально опасным, виновным и незаконным действием, которое нарушает регулируемые законом финансовые отношения, за совершение которых предусмотрены правовые меры, предусматривающие как юридическую, так и финансовую ответственность, а финансовые расследования обычно проводятся с целью изучения финансовой отчетности и отслеживание финансовых операций, выявления финансовых нарушений и уголовных преступлений.

A new approach to the methodology for determining oligopolized industries in the economic structure

The article considers an approach to determining the subjects of imperfect competition in the economic system of countries. Proposals for the formation of a new research view of the term "oligopoly" were developed, the prerequisites for its change were evaluated, and the existing criteria for the ratio of large business and imperfect competition were Evaluated. Accounting and analysis of inventory in a transport company

The paper examines theoretical aspects of inventory, including its nature and accounting practice. Inventory is a crucial asset in the production cycle, supporting the formation of finished goods and future sales. A practical analysis of inventory use is conducted using a structural division of Russian Railways Company as an example. The study enables to identify specific issues in terms of inventory management within a transportation company and propose measures to improve inventory turnover including reduction in inventory costs.

Accounting financial statements: information disclosure

This article discusses the disclosure provisions in annual and interim consolidated financial statements. The measures that influenced the disclosure of information for both professional investors and ordinary citizens are described, which make it possible to prevent foreign states from introducing new prosecutions against Russian legal entities. Regulatory documents are analyzed and measures are indicated to limit the dissemination of information from organizations, as well as Russian banks and financial sector organizations to publish accounting (financial) statements on the website of the Bank of Russia and their own websites.

This article presents new areas of application of the portfolio analysis methodology for the formation of strategies for the development of enterprises in the leading sectors of the Russian economy. Authors take into account the factors of innovation in the face of constant changes in supply and demand, as well as the instability of prices for extracted raw materials and produced metals and products from them. As the leading sectors of the Russian economy, the study takes gas, oil, coal and metallurgical. Authors presented an analysis of the ratio of profitability and risk for different types of raw materials and metals exported from the Russian Federation. In addition, they described results of calculations of the basic criteria for portfolio analysis and assessed the relationship between average export and world prices for fuel and energy resources and metals. Carries analysis makes it possible to identify raw materials and metals, which in a given time range can show both minimal financial risks and the highest possible growth rates of profitability at an accepted level of risk. Obtained results are useful for the enterprises of the leading sectors of the Russian economy to select promising areas for investment and develop their development strategies on this basis.

The article reveals the aspects of regulation of labor relations with new categories of workers in the conditions of the special military operation in accordance with the norms of labor legislation and other regulation which reflect the changes. Particularly situations with dismissal, options for terminating employment contracts are mentioned, issues of violations of the rights of workers in the labor sphere are touched upon. New categories of workers are being singled out, with regard to which new articles of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation and other documents come into force.

The article presents an approach to improving the efficiency of economic entities in the housing and utilities sector. It based on taking into account factors of expected profitability and possible risks of its economic agents as potential investors in decision-making modeling depending on main characteristics of a particular object of modernization, as well as on adopted parameters of its financial support. In the subspace of the allowable combination of main object characteristics and estimated yield factors and potential risk values determined by calculation, many Pareto-optimal points formed for one or several economic entities to choose a particular investment scheme for the modernization of a housing and utilities sector.

Actual problems of subsequent tax control conducted in form of field tax audits

Despite the fact that the process of field tax audit conducting is regulated strictly, in the course of interaction tax authorities and taxpayers commit offenses that regularly become the subject of litigations, which indicates the possible presence of legal uncertainty, which needs to be eliminated in order to increase the effectiveness of such interaction. The abovementioned determined the purpose of this article, which is to conduct a qualitative review of the current practice of conducting field tax audits to identify possible problems regarding the subject, extension, suspension and depth of a field tax audit.

Раскрываются принципы и основные положения гибкой методологии управления проектами и её ключевое отличие от традиционных подходов. Выделяются ограничения гибкой методологии управления проектами. Устанавливаются и конкретизируются ценности Agile-управления командой разработчиков в игровой индустрии. По итогам исследования делаются выводы об особенностях управления командами разработчиков в игровой индустрии на основе гибких методологий проектного управления.

An econometric study of interest rate channel in Russia

Empirical analysis of the interest rate channel of the transmission mechanism of monetary policy in Russia is investigated by applying a vector autoregression model based on monthly data for 2010-2019 under the Taylor rule. The results of the study confirm the presence of statistically significant impact of Bank of Russia’s key rate on the GDP.

The article is devoted to the development and substantiation of an authorial methodology for managing the development of an event agency in the context of the digital transformation of the events industry. The study examines the specific features of an event agency as an object of management, associated with the project-based nature of its activities, a high degree of uncertainty, and a strong dependence on the human factor. The main directions of digital transformation in the event industry are analyzed, and key management problems arising from the fragmented implementation of digital technologies and the low level of organizational digital maturity are identified. Special attention is paid to the formation of a process-based and cyclical approach to managing the development of an event agency. The article presents an authorial development management model and methodology, comprising strategic, operational, and analytical levels, as well as an implementation algorithm and a system of digital tools to support managerial decision-making. The proposed approaches are aimed at improving the manageability of event agency development, reducing risks, and ensuring organizational effectiveness in a dynamically changing external environment.

Analysis and evaluation of the foreign capital in the banking sector of Russia

The article considers the main types and characteristics of banks with foreign capital and their importance in the domestic banking system. Indicators characterizing the participation of non-residents in the total authorized capital of operating credit organizations of Russia for the period from January 1, 2013 to January 1, 2020 analyzed. The priority areas of activity and the competitive advantages of the operation of banks with foreign capital in Russia are shown. The features of the activities of banks with foreign capital are considered.Conclusions about the possible prospects for the development of banks with foreign capital in modern conditions are indicated.
