Rosaceae spreading in mountain-xerophytic and steppe vegetation of Shahbuz district flora, is presented in the article. Information is given on the taxonomic composition, life forms, ecological groups, geographical area types and classes of woody species of the family. According to the researches conducted by us, when we characterized the woody species of the mountain-xerophyte and steppe zone of the Shahbuz district flora belonging to the Rosaceae family by genera, it was found that Rosa - 21 (37.5%), Crataegus - 7 (12.5%), Pyrus - 7 (12.5%), Prunus - 6 (10.71%), Sorbus - 5 (8.92%), Cotoneaster - 4 (7.14%), Rubus and Spiraea - 2 (3.57%), Malus and there is - 1 (1.78%) species of the Pyracantha genus. Shrub plants, especially woody species of the Rosaceae family, occupy an important place in the structure of Shahbuz district flora. They are part of the bush steppes, form independent groups and form unique formations.

Ru-содержащие катализаторы для жидкофазного синтеза Фишера-Тропша

Поиск новых стабильных и активных катализаторов синтеза Фишера-Тропша является одним из основных направлений производства жидких транспортных топлив из альтернативного сырья. Стабилизация активной фазы является одной из ключевых задач при разработке катализаторов гидрирования CO в жидкое моторное топливо. Эта задача может быть решена путем выбора оптимального носителя, а также метода синтеза. Настоящая работа посвящена разработке новых полимерных моно- и биметаллических Ru-содержащих нанокатализаторов для жидкофазного синтеза Фишера-Тропша. Показано, что использование 1% Ru-СПС и 10% Co - 1% Ru-СПС позволяет получать высокий выход бензиновых углеводородов диапазона C5-C9 (более 70%), обеспечивая высокую конверсию CO (до 23%). Выбранные системы на основе полимеров показали высокую стабильность в процессе синтеза Фишера-Тропша.

This article discusses about Maga Rahmani who native Russian woman from Afghanistan was and who wrote very meaningful tadhkirats. Maga Rahmani was very first woman scholar who got involved in creative research. Her works contain much valuable information and facts concerned with the system of government in Mavarannahr, Iran, Afghanistan, and India. Also, some of her tadhkiras is an important source in studying the issues related to the Baburid period and the role of princesses in public policy and literature. The information provided by Maga Rahmani serves as an important source in covering the reforms carried out to improve the governance of the period, and in evaluating the poetry and art of the period under study. In her tadhkirat, Maga Rahmani focuses on the Baburids, mainly on the life and work of Akbarshah, Jahangir Mirza, Shah Jahan, and the queens of that period, Gulbadan Begim, Nurjahon Begim, and Zebunniso Begim. In turn, the tadhkirat of “Pardaneshinone suhanguy” is very valuable in studying the role of Baburi and Timurid princesses in public policy. This article research about life, works, activities of Maga Rahmani as well as the information can be obtained or felt about the political system, economical condition and cultural lifestyle of Afghanistan in XX century’s first half part.

The effect of salt stress on several morpho-physiological characteristics of maize plants has been investigated in this study. Maize seedlings were treated with 0, 1, 2, and 3% NaCl for 5 days. It was shown that due to salinity, the growth traits (length of root and plant, fresh weight and dry weight of root and seedlings, leaf area, salt tolerance index, RWC, etc.) are significantly reduced. The relative water content in the leaves of the plant decreased gradually with increasing NaCl levels. High salt stress had a strong on root growth. Based on our results on the ultrastructure of the root obtained by electron microscopy, salinity slightly damaged the root anatomy.

Изучены биоэкологические и фитоценологические особенности вида, а также определены координаты местоположения.

Scientific approaches to the study of youth sociolect in linguistics

Modern linguistics has close connections with interlingual and intercultural communication. In this regard, one of the main components of scientific research is youth sociolect. It is the study of youth language that helps to predict the future development of modern spoken language. Currently, there are relatively few scientific linguistic works and studies devoted to the issue of the use of modern youth slang. This fact is explained by the entrenched view of the vocabulary of youth sociolect as something minor and not worthy of a scientific description. The relevance of this article is due to the need for a fuller identification and comprehensive study of youth sociolect as a special subsystem of the language, which is characterized by a certain range of speakers and its own vocabulary.

The presented article provides extensive information on the use of some fodder plants common in the high-mountainous flora of the Nakhchivan. As an object of research, the highlands of Sharur, Shahbuz, Julfa, Ordubad, Babek and Kengerli districts were mainly studied. The conducted research allows to define important features characteristic for fodder plants, widespread in these territories. Forage plants form the basis of direct connection between crop and livestock production. The investigated various fodder plants, besides being valuable fodders, have taken a wide place in production due to a number of positive economic and biological properties. For the purpose of research, chemical composition of fodder plants and their fodder qualities were determined. Also, the chemical composition of 38 important forage species belonging to different species distributed in the flora of Nakhchivan in the course of numerous research and studies conducted by us, in percentage ratio, as well as other uses of these species are mentioned in the article mentioned. Thus, the study of fodder plants distributed in high mountainous areas is considered as an important scientific basis for identifying the directions of utilization of these plants.

The results of the study revealed that the mismatch intensity rain rate of water absorption into the soil formation of a surface relief and soil erosion, uneven and shallow soaking imperfection open irrigation system at a superficial irrigation, the need for different irrigation methods in the growing and not growing periods, low coefficient land utilization, high cost of irrigation and other features are, to a certain extent in conflict with the requirements of watering cultivated with techniques for / of crops in an area at the deep groundwater.

Seed propagation of Juniperus foetidissima Willd. In Absheron

The bioecological characteristics of the genus Juniperus L. on the Absheron Peninsula and its resistance to environmental factors are considered. The juniper, which occupies a very important place in the forests of Azerbaijan, is less demanding on environmental factors. At the Institute of Dendrology of Azerbaijan NAS, research on seed reproduction was carried out. Despite the fact that seed propagation is the only way to create new hybrid forms, the structure of the seeds and the growth characteristics of conifers make it difficult to use this propagation method. In the presented work, the influence of various factors on seed reproduction is considered and a model for the complex application of stratification and scarification for seed germination is proposed.

Enzymes of cellulase, hemicellulase, chitinase systems of local strains of mycelial and phytopathogenic, saprotrophic fungi isolated from various natural sources of the Republic of Uzbekistan were studied in a comparative aspect. According to the degree of hydrolysis of chitin and microcrystalline cellulose, added to the medium content as the only carbon source, and growth rate, 45 cultures were selected from the studied 151 representatives of microscopic fungi. Then 29 highly active cultures belonging to the genera Fusarium, Aspergillus, Penicillium, and also saprophytes Ulocladium, Alternaria were selected with deepening studies. Further among them, with the study of their action spectrum, 8 highly active cultures were collected. The activity of enzymes hydrolyzing natural polysaccharides (cellulose, chitin, xylan) was determined, as well as protein accumulation was observed in media containing chitin and microcrystalline cellulose as the sole source of carbon. It was shown that the activity of hydrolases (cellulases on the hydrolysis of cellulose-containing substrates - chitinase, xylanase) and the formation of protein depended on species affiliation of fungi, carbon sources in the culture medium and growth duration. The inhibitory effect of hydrolytically active culture fluids of fungi Penicillium sp. 18, Penicillium sp. 140 and Aspergillus terreus 461, Aspergillus terreus 499 on the phytopathogens Rhizoctonia solani, Verticillium dahliaе, Fusarium oxysporum and Fusarium solani was defined. Selected fungi with high hydrolytic activity are the basis for the creation of highly effective ecologically safe biopreparations of microbial origin for protecting plants from phytopathogens and new biotechnologies in the field of crop cultivation, bioconversion of plant and industrial waste, environmental protection.

Self-confidence is believed to be a psychological factor which has a considerable influence on students’ speaking skills. The purpose of this article is identifying the student’s self-confidence conducting the students’ survey on their self-confidence, in acquiring the English language with the help of questionnaire and students’ responds are analyzed by the author.

Azerbaijan is known as one of the oldest sheep breeding countries. The natural and geographical conditions of Azerbaijan had a special impact on the creation and development of animal husbandry, especially sheep breeding. At that time, the tribes living in Azerbaijan were engaged in agriculture and cattle breeding, which led to great changes in their way of life. During this period, although people lived collectively, the main place in cattle breeding, especially in caring for it and feeding it, was occupied by men. In 1953, the animal breeders of the Nekhram village of the Nakhchivan (Babek) district purchased 2618 lambs from 2580 ewes. In general, based on the materials of the Babek and Shahbuz districts of the Nakhchivan region, it can be seen from the studies of the first half of the 20th century that, although for certain reasons there were certain difficulties in the development of sheep breeding in these districts until the 1920s, great success was achieved after 1920 with the creation of favorable conditions, success was achieved, and sheep breeding played a large role in meeting the financial needs of the population.
