Optimal operation of integrated energy systems based on multi-energy complementarity

Complementary multi-energy operation is an inevitable trend in the development of integrated energy systems, and the construction of a fair and reasonable distribution method among multiple stakeholders is the key to realizing complementary multi-energy operation. Integrated energy systems have important applications for achieving sustainable energy development and building a green, low-carbon society, while the complex internal energy structures and equipment coupling relationships pose challenges for their operational optimization. Taking advantage of the interactive and complementary relationship between power and heat on both the supply and demand sides, energy storage devices are used on the supply side to realize the thermo-electrolytic coupling of the combined supply equipment and to enhance the multi-energy supply capacity of the system through each energy conversion device. On the demand side, load types are classified, and the elasticity of electrical loads and the diversity of system heating methods are used to construct a comprehensive energy demand response model with time shifting and curtailment responses of electrical loads and responses of heating load supply methods, and to propose a response compensation mechanism. On this basis, with the objective of minimizing the sum of system operation cost and response compensation cost, the mathematical model for optimal operation of integrated energy systems based on multi-energy complementarity is established, taking into account the equipment operation and dispatchable load resource constraints on both the supply and demand sides. Simulation results and comparative analyses based on arithmetic examples show that: synergistic optimization of both supply and demand, taking into account multi-energy complementarities, can effectively improve the flexibility and operational economy of the system.

Combined with domestic and foreign literature, the research progress, key parameters and existing problems of flat-panel solar collectors are analyzed. On this basis, the thermal efficiency of flat-panel solar collectors is studied by means of experiments and numerical simulations. This paper introduces and analyzes the structural characteristics of flat-panel solar collectors. Based on the structural characteristics of flat-panel solar energy and research at home and abroad, the influence of the structural parameters of each flat-panel solar collector on the collector performance was studied. According to the heat transfer process and structural characteristics of the collector, the heat energy equation of the collector is established, and the calculation process of the heat loss of the collector is simplified according to the existing research, and the calculation of the heat loss coefficient is an empirical formula. In order to facilitate the experimental study, an efficiency factor and a heat transfer factor are introduced, and the temperature of the fluid at the inlet of the collector is used to replace the surface temperature of the heat-absorbing plate, which is difficult to measure. The calculation program is used to obtain the influence data of each key parameter of the collector on the thermal efficiency and use Origin to process the data to visualize the influence of each parameter on the thermal efficiency. On this basis, a variance analysis method is proposed to optimize the collector. Based on the PYTHON software, the calculation program is written according to the variance analysis method, and the key parameters that will greatly affect the instantaneous efficiency of the collector are combined in pairs, and the optimal collector parameter combination corresponding to the maximum instantaneous efficiency is studied. This research has a certain guiding effect on the utilization of solar energy.

The paper dwells on a mathematical model of the logistical system of transport services for persons with disabilities, and there have been analyzed factors that affect the time spent on their transportation. When developing methodology for optimizing the time costs of passenger transport of persons with disabilities, the following two basic transportation services have been taken into account: “Social Taxi”, which will transport only people with special health; b) vehicle system in combination with urban passenger transport, which will transport representatives of the group of people with restricted mobility together with all other passengers. The study found that in the case of insufficient accessibility to the required environment, by the increase in the demand of disabled people for transportation by “social taxi”, travel costs are increased that results in increasing total costs of the carrier. When determining the expenses of passengers, it is necessary to take into account the additional time, which the disabled persons need for boarding and alighting in buses at the stopping points, on average 2-3.5 minutes.

Ранее, в 2018 г. при проведении исследований во флоре Нахичевани около села Уступу Ордубадского района был найден новый вид Orchis simia Lam. рода Orchis L. были сделаны систематические, биологические и фитоценологические описания вида Orchis simia Lam. рода Orchis L. семейства Orchidaceae Juss. В 2020 г. проведено дополнительное обследование территории для уточнения экологического состояния вида и плотности популяции.

We studied the application of a mathematical model for calculating the X-ray density of a pure amorphous-crystalline polymer, taking into account the degree of ordering, crystallinity and deformation of a crystalline cell in the amorphous phase, to carbon-fiber PTFE-composites. By comparing the theoretical densities (based on the developed software) of PTFE+CF-composites system with the results of experimental densities and X-ray structural parameters, it was shown that the degree of ordering and density of the amorphous phase of the polymer-matrix PTFE-composites linearly decrease as the content of the carbon-fiber increases. The change in the degree of ordering of the amorphous phase when filler application can be considered as one of the mechanisms of formation of supramolecular structure of composite materials on the basis of amorphous-crystalline polymers.

Discusses the impact of dispersed filler in the form of microcrystalline graphite (MG) on the formation of the supramolecular structure of the amorphous-crystalline polymeric materials the binary system of PTFE + MG. The theoretically calculated and experimental values of the composites densities are compared. The theoretical model of densities calculation takes into account the degree of crystallinity and the degree of the polymer-matrix (PM) ordering, as well as the deformation of the crystal cell in the amorphous phase. The degree of ordering and density of PM PTFE-composites amorphous phase behave in a complex manner with increasing content of dispersed filler and in a different way than with fibrous filler in the form of carbon fiber (CF). Studies of dual systems of PTFE + MG and PTFE + CF have shown that the ordering presence the amorphous phase can be considered one of the formation factors of the composite materials supramolecular structure based on amorphous-crystalline polymers.

Organic agriculture is an alternative production system that supports soil structure, fertility and conservation by protecting the ecological balance, using biological control methods against diseases and pests; based on the sustainability of living life, aiming for the highest yield with the maximum use of natural energy resources. In this context, it covers a different production process from conventional agriculture. While intensive input applications in conventional agriculture aim for the highest yield, organic agriculture prioritizes sustainability. Sustainable agriculture is defined as an agricultural practice that protects soil, water and biodiversity while meeting food, energy and natural resource needs. To ensure that organic agriculture contributes to sustainability goals, organic regulations need to focus more on environmental and best practices. Increasing demands day by day have positively affected the sustainability of organic agriculture. The common feature of most of the definitions of organic agriculture is that the products should be produced in accordance with the basic standards and that every stage from the land to the table is regularly controlled. The fact that every stage of organic agriculture is audited and documented, and that the practices operate in accordance with legal procedures are other noteworthy elements. These legal procedures provide protection at many points. Organic agriculture is not only limited to safe food production to protect human health; it is also an agricultural and ecosystem management that is environmentally friendly, effective in reducing ecological pollution, protection of water resources, prevention of erosion, protection of biodiversity, agricultural sustainability and agricultural development.

In recent years, the enhancement of heat transfer by pulsating flow has become a research hotspot. A great deal of work has been done in the past, with remarkable results, to achieve better heat transfer rates. How to improve the efficiency of heat exchanger is always a research topic. In this paper, pulsating air flow is formed by standard ventilation grille and electric actuator, and the pulsating air flow is guided through two-stage heat exchanger to study the influence of pulsating air flow on heat transfer efficiency. The experimental results show that the heat transfer efficiency can be improved by pulsating flow and the heat recovery efficiency can be reduced by increasing the flow rate of the heating medium.

The article examines the processes of immigration (muhajirism) of Ossetes to the Ottoman Empire in the mid-XIX century and their subsequent internal migrations in Eastern and Central Anatolia. It evaluates the specifics of economic, social, and ethnopolitical adaptation and integration of the migrants and the construction of their own socio-cultural diasporic space in their new homeland. Particular attention is paid to the characteristics of the relationships of Ossetes with the indigenous population of the regions of settlement and with other North Caucasian muhajirs.

This paper introduces the application of Siemens S7-200 PLC in standby power supply. PLC collects the normal running state signal of the primary equipment, which is used as the starting condition and locking condition of the standby power supply automatically input. It realizes different functions through programming to adapt to different running modes. Through PLC and king view in the laboratory, I verified the operation mode. It is also increases the obstacles, enriches the content of the standby self-casting system, and realizes the simulation of the joint adjustment with PLC. It is more obvious to watch the practical application of the stand auto-casting and the diversification of its functions.

Основная задача выборов в демократическом государстве заключается не только в избрании представителей власти, но и в обеспечении легитимности вновь избранных лиц и политической системы в целом. На сегодняшний день выборы являются для избирателей одним из наиболее демократических способов свободного выражения мнения в вопросах назначения руководителей законодательных и исполнительных органов власти. Следовательно, самым важным и неотъемлемым условием демократической системы являются свободные выборы. Выборы призваны выполнять такие функции, как избрание новой политической элиты, решение конфликтов, отражение интересов и мнений различных народов, социальных слоев и групп общества, мобилизация населения для поддержки партийных программ и социальных ценностей и т. д. Особое место в избирательных кампаниях занимают PR-технологии. В связи с этим в статье исследуются PR-технологии, использованные партиями в парламентских выборах 2020 года в Кыргызстане. Исследование охватывает временной период с 4 сентября по 3 октября 2020 года. В рамках исследования проведен лингвистический анализ информации, размещенной на официальных сайтах и социальных страницах партий, сообщения СМИ и отчеты соответствующих организаций. По результатам проведенного исследования разработан ряд практических рекомендаций, которые необходимо учесть в ходе проведения следующих парламентских и президентских выборов.

Peace building and peace education through proverbs and sayings in the Kyrgyz and Turkish languages are described in this article. There is a discipline called peace education taught at schools and universities in many countries. This discipline isn’t taught in our country and it’s difficult to imagine our life without conflicts. Proverbs and sayings expressing peoples’ wisdom and spirit are among the most ancient human institutions as they tell a story taken from our life experience. With the help of proverbs and sayings we educate our generation to build peace that they could have good relationship with other persons, within groups and with people from other cultures. In the globalization period it’s important to teach people how to make inner peace, how to interact with others and avoid unnecessary aggression. This article aims at defining how inner peace is educated and how these cultures build peace with others in the example of proverbs. Peace building proverbs connected with peace, tolerance, patience, avoiding or resolving conflict are picked up from the Kyrgyz and Turkish languages and studied comparatively. The method of the research is exploratory.

This paper looks briefly at the preconditions that gradually formed communicative language teaching (CLT) as a response to the growing demand and needs of non-native learners of English in many different contexts of learning, then draws a parallel between existing conventional methods of language teaching and novel insights presented by CLT. The constituent parts of Communicative competence are introduced. The negotiation of meaning is considered as the most essential function of the target language that learners are capable to master which allows them to maintain flexibility in a deliberate speech despite the gaps in their language proficiency. Besides, the article discusses the current limitations of CLT bound to several factors such as the lack of language proficiency, rigid curricula, and teachers’ misconceptions of CLT.
