This article scientifically analyzes the issues of effective usage of the opportunities of economic development of mahallas, which is considered as a micro-region of the country, in ensuring the well-being of the population. Factors that negatively affect the economic development of the neighborhood have been identified. Also, a scientific study was conducted on ways to improve the income of mahalla residents and increase the well-being of the population by connecting the citizens who want to start their business to the “leading entrepreneurs” who have achieved positive results and are conducting stable business activities in the mahalla or region. At the same time, according to the results of the research, reasonable proposals and recommendations were developed to increase the opportunities for economic development of the regions by attaching “leading entrepreneurs” to mahallas.

Postoperative symptomatic improvement of pectus excavatum patient following Nuss procedure

Pectus excavatum is a funnelling of posterior chest wall. Wide depression area is seen at mid sternum, particularly from 3rd to 7thcostal cartilage. Genetic predisposition is not scientifically proved but defective embryogenesis is surely involved. Congenital pectus excavatum is a very common defect, but a congenital chest defect is very rare. Until the symptoms are not present, there is no need of its treatment. If the pectus excavatum has cardio-respiratory problem then it needs firstly, conservative treatment like supportive therapy (chest brace) and then, if supportive therapy fails, we should go for the surgical intervention.

As a result of paradigm shift in theory linguistics, new insight to study the language has also appeared and its main aim is to learn language phenomena in relation to its users. Problem tuboperitoneal infertility in women of reproductive age

Family health is an indicator reflecting the health status of the population. According to world statistics around the world about 15% of couples suffer from infertility. The proportion of infertile couples in the Russian Federation varies from 8 to 21%, while more than 55% of cases of infertility are due to impaired reproductive function. Inflammation of the fallopian tubes is one of the main causes of infertility. According to many authors in the Russian Federation, in groups of women up to 38 years old, inflammatory diseases of the pelvic organs occur from 20% to 50%. As a result of the development of damage to the fallopian tubes, the risk of developing tuboperitoneal infertility is high. According to statistics, every fifth woman has chronic inflammations, while 75% of them have adhesions in the small pelvis, in which the fallopian tubes are affected, not even having surgical treatment. All the above facts make the problems of tuboperitoneal infertility extremely low. This article presents the results of a clinical-factor analysis of tuboperitoneal infertility in women of reproductive age. Considered in detail the main factors that ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the treatment in accordance with the algorithms of therapeutic and diagnostic tactics.

Problems and prospects for investments in the coal industry of the Kyrgyz Republic

This study is devoted to the development of investments in the coal industry in the Kyrgyz Republic as an economic environment for the growth of the potential of the country’s coal industry. The purpose of this study is to examine the coal market in Kyrgyzstan, as well as consideration of the main trends in the coal industry and the qualitative characteristics of the industry. In accordance with the purpose of the paper, it attempts to give an analysis of the current state of the coal industry in Kyrgyzstan, to analyze the change in the qualitative characteristics of the industry in recent years. It also considers the main priorities of the state policy with regard to the coal industry at the present stage, such as: increasing the role of coal in the power industry; building up the export potential of the coal industry; increasing the efficiency of rail transport of coal; and ensuring a favorable investment climate. The coal mining industry in the Kyrgyz Republic is a big economic sector as coal is the primary fuel for electricity generation and the cheapest and most sufficient source of energy. This paper provides an overview of coal reserves in the Kyrgyz Republic and an analysis of the coal industry’s systematic data with respect to the number of companies, their total production and productivity. It discusses the issues of investment in the coal industry regarding its future, including creation of an investment-favorable climate, financial support for the coal industry of the republic.

The development of an independent democratic country is inextricably linked to the transformation of all aspects of social life and, above all, of the economy. Financial and economic reforms in Belarus are focused on the creation of a socially oriented market system of management, which would ensure the most efficient use of resources at the lowest social costs. The experience of the last two decades shows that it is difficult to achieve this two-fold goal, but, undoubtedly, only in this case it is possible to guarantee the necessary level of well-being, low poverty and stability of the political system in the country. In the social economy, the definitions of ‘equality’ and ‘poverty’ are considered basic. On their basis is based public provision, the role of which in any state is to minimize poverty and maximize equality. However, both definitions are not considered identical. In a society with a significant level of inequality, it is possible to have a rather low level of poverty and Vice versa. Poverty is defined by the existence of criteria for individual members of society that do not meet accepted standards. According to the unanimous opinion of economists, poverty is an absolute evil and, as a result, it must be fought. There is no such consensus on equality. First of all, the definition of ‘equality’ is rather vague, which makes it possible to interpret it broadly and makes it difficult to clearly establish the degree of inequality in society.

Product quality in mixed cropping of groundnuts (Arachis hypogaea L.)

The article notes that the groundnuts crop yield in mixed cropping is the result of a combination of plant growth and development, photosynthetic activity, biomass harvesting and other aspects of increasing crop performance in specific soil and climatic conditions and depends on agricultural practices. In indoor practice, it has been found that the use of mixed cropping not only increases crop performance, but also improves crop quality. The amount of oil contained in groundnuts seeds, along with fast growing tomatoes, increased by 2.7% compared to groundnuts sole cropping. When sowing groundnuts with potatoes, a slight decrease in oil content was observed (49.5%). The content of proteins in this variant decreased by 2.4-1.5% compared with groundnuts sole cropping. The quality of potato tubers, including the amount of starch, changed in mixed cropping. When mixed cropping groundnuts and potatoes, the starch content in potato tubers increased to 25%. The quality of the tomatoes has also changed. The amount of vitamin C contained in medium and early ripening tomato varieties increased to 17.3-17.9 mg/%. This is 0.6-0.9 mg/% higher than on tomato sole cropping.

Productivity of certain varieties of apples and importance of their gene formation

Due to the diversity of its natural and historical conditions, Azerbaijan is one of the centers of the initial formation of many plants, having a great genetic richness of the plant world. A large number of valuable varieties and forms of food and agricultural plants have been created through folk selection and scientific selection, with the history of agriculture covering several millennia. However, massive and anthropogenic disturbances of all these natural and cultural heritage ecosystems, which are the irreplaceable wealth of the people, created a large number of valuable varieties and forms of ecological and agricultural plants. However, all this natural and cultural heritage, which is the irreplaceable wealth of the people, is threatened with destruction as a result of mass and anthropogenic disturbances of ecosystems, ecological and agricultural changes, and the wide application of modern breeding achievements. In addition to all this, the study, protection, and effective use of the gene pool of the apple plant in the country is one of the main factors. In this regard, based on our long-term research, with the efficient use of the gene pool of the apple plant in Azerbaijan, new “spur”-type selection varieties (Nigar, Ziya, Zirva, Marfa, Sulh, Gobustan, Zumrud, Kyzyld Taj, Khazar, Eldar, Ulvi, Nübar, Vatan, Makhmari, Nuran, Sarvan, Chiraggala, Davamli, Emil, Elvin, Paizliq Guba, Zizliq Guba, Shabran, Sadaf and Sevinj) were created by us. In the article, the parental pairs of those cultivars are reflected in the ripening period, ripening, fruiting periods, tree parameters (height, diameter of the umbel, circumference of the stem), productivity indicators, leaf surface, infection rates of scab disease, average mass of fruits and tasting prices. At the same time, the article contains the introduction, research conditions, methodology, material, results, discussion, recommendations, and used literature sources.

Meadows of the territory of Günnut-Kapicik physical-geographical region, species composition and structure of multi-grass formation, indicators related to biochemical composition of meadows by plant formations, area of meadows by formations, productivity, Nutrition and capacity, productivity by botanical groups were studied in the conducted research. The article also studied the average three-year productivity in the main botanical groups for Babek, Shahbuz, and Ordubad districts.

Professional development and self-fulfillment of the teacher in the current environment

The article examines core trends in the development of modern society and education. The aim of national educational project recently created in Russia is to enhance its entire system of education. In this regard, the objectives of the project have been identified which include, among others, the training of current teaching staff, their retraining and advanced training programs. Since the changes entail teachers and their professional development, we have highlighted a number of relevant problems. We find the solution to these problems in studying the process of the teacher's professional self-fulfilment. In this paper, professional self-fulfilment of the teacher is understood as an integral dynamic characteristic, reflecting the teacher's personal qualities in pedagogical activity. The idea of personal self-fulfilment is not limited to one idea of constant self-development and striving for a certain ideal, but invites a person to understand themselves, their ambitions, uniqueness and inner potential that can be realized either in professional or any other course of development. The article pays special attention to the formation of the teacher’s “competences of the future” as one of the objectives and conditions for improving professional development and professional self-fulfilment of the teacher. On the basis of individual and motivational and performance-oriented approaches we have proposed the structure of the teacher's activities aimed at professional development and self-fulfilment.
