Aims The article aims at describing the basic principles of cardiometry - a fundamentally new scientific field which enables the accurate measurement of cardiovascular system parameters. Materials and Cardiometry is based on the mathematical model of hemodynamic methods processes. The model is described by G. Poyedintsev and O. Voronova equations. The variable values in these equations are the cardiac cycle phase durations recorded on the ECG. Results An innovative mathematical model of hemodynamics providing the creation of an innovative indirect method of cardiovascular system parameters measurement was developed. The ECG processing is performed by means of the wavelet transform for detecting the boundaries of the cardiac cycle phases. Conclusion The innovative method of cardiovascular system diagnostics enables to measure 7 main hemodynamic parameters using noninvasive technology for qualitative evaluation of 12 functions of cardiovascular system performance and general assessment of coronary flow status. One of the problems the model of hemodynamics deals with is identifying the boundaries of the cardiac cycle phases. To identify the boundaries of the cardiac cycle phases the method of finding the extrema on the initial ECG and the differentiated ECG basing on the wavelet transform was used.

Work life balance even though has been a contemporary topic in recent years but still there are organisations and job profiles which do not allow a good work life balance. Most researchers focused on female doctors or female nurses for their research but researchers have proved that work life balance impact equally irrespective of gender. During pandemic we are hearing a greater number of cases where medical professionals are working in difficult conditions. Even during pandemic work life balance should be given importance. Questionnaire was circulated through social media and 80 responses were received. Finding of this study reveals that medical professionals’ work life balance is greatly affected by organisational factors as well as emotional and physical wellbeing. This research will have social implications in terms of understanding challenges faced by medical professionals in terms of managing their work- life–balance

Employee work motivation and job satisfaction are dynamic and demanding goals for a business. It has been much more daunting in today’s dynamic workforce. A business is a wonderful workspace that serves the expectations of each employee and motivates each one to achieve its objectives. The present research illustrates the desires and aspirations of various employees regarding work encouragement and satisfaction from the organization. The focus is on understanding specific characteristics, needs, and expectations of Generation Y, which in today’s context are considered to be critical. There is also an emphasis on learning how and what motivates workers in Generation Y. In addition, racial and geographic diversity is often taken into consideration in this report. The company that recognizes the requirements and can help its workers improve is producing greater performance. In this analysis, a technique of the interview is used. A group of 254 workers from different backgrounds and ages is evaluated for the quantitative model. Any variables suggesting relevant HR behaviors are taken from earlier research in this report. In the study of human personal variations in organizational efficiency, the “locus of influence” aspect is often taken.

Breast cancer (BC) takes a leading position among all malignant neoplasms in women. One of the critical aspects of the radical treatment of BC is the development of post-castration syndrome (PCS) in patients of reproductive age, who as a rule reach physiological, social and professional maturity, competence and status in the period up to 45 years of age. Traditionally used hormone replacement therapy, despite its high efficiency, has a number of contraindications and side effects. Therefore, it is urgent to develop and implement in clinical practice the effective methods of rehabilitation of patients with PCS. One of the main areas of research is the study of the prospects for the use of therapeutic xenon-oxygen mixtures in restorative medicine, as it has a pronounced anti-stress, hormone-modulating, antidepressant and sedative effect. Accordingly, the aim of the present paper is to study the effect of xenon on cardiovascular system markers, brain bioelectric activity and psycho-emotional state in oncology patients with hormone-positive breast cancer in the stage of surgical castration...

Introduction. Radical surgical treatment of cervical cancer (CC) involves the removal of the uterus with suspected metastatic foci in the regional lymphatic collectors and the ovaries. In this case, total ovarian suppression in patients of reproductive age is accompanied by polysystemic functional disorders in the form of postovariectomy syndrome (POES), which is manifested by changes in homeostasis, neuroendocrine and cardiovascular insufficiency, pronounced disorders in the psychoemotional sphere with the formation of a persistent stress situation and the development of psychological dysfunction [1]. Most of the methods of rehabilitation therapy are limited in their use and do not always lead to a satisfactory result that promotes searching for new technologies in the rehabilitation of cancer patients at all stages of antitumor treatment. In order to achieve a balanced response by the organism of a cancer patient to stressful events.
