The article addresses the implementation of machine learning and neural networks in the management of student groups at Turan University. The study outlines a comprehensive algorithm using the "Orange" software for hierarchical clustering of students based on their transcript grades. The findings reveal the formation of five distinct student groups, facilitating more efficient management and interaction by advisors. The financial evaluation highlights the estimated costs for data analysts, developers, infrastructure, and support. The expected outcomes include improved learning efficiency, enhanced academic performance, optimized resource allocation, and increased satisfaction among students and faculty. The study concludes that integrating advanced technological solutions can significantly enhance human capital management in higher education.

Integrated assessment of innovative software projects quality: a system of indicators

Currently, there is a rapid informatization of management processes in almost all industries. To manage business activities, many enterprises use modern information systems and technologies. This allows them to gain new competitive advantages. However, in the development and implementation of such information products as innovative software projects, there are few problems. Most of them are related to the definition of the composition of the requirements for the quality of innovative software projects. At the same time, the current state in the field of assessing the quality of innovative software projects indicates the existence of a number of approaches to this process. But it is not possible to develop a universal set of private indicators that make up an integral indicator for quality assessing of such projects. Therefore, the authors of the article proposed a new approach. It allows, in each specific case, to form a set of particular indicators that is adequate to the scope of the relevant software tools as part of a specific innovative software project. Its essence is to substantiate the type of integral quality indicator based on a hierarchical network of private indicators and develop a procedure for aggregating private indicators into an integral quality indicator of a specific innovative software project.

This paper examines the significance of investment in the sustainable development of Kyrgyzstan's regions. It highlights the economic, social and environmental challenges hindering progress, emphasizing the need for increased private investment to supplement government resources. The research integrates qualitative and quantitative methodologies, analyzing statistical data and regulatory frameworks while incorporating insights from local stakeholders. Findings indicate that economic disparities, environmental degradation and insufficient infrastructure remain key obstacles. While foreign investments are concentrated in specific regions, others face economic stagnation, exacerbating inequality and internal migration. The study underscores the importance of green economy initiatives and blockchain technology in agriculture to enhance transparency, efficiency and environmental sustainability. Recommendations include fostering policies that attract sustainable investments, improving governance to mitigate corruption and leveraging international partnerships. The study concludes that sustainable investment is vital for fostering resilience, economic diversification and social equity. To ensure a stable and prosperous future, Kyrgyzstan must adopt an integrated approach that balances economic growth with environmental protection and social development.

The people were seeking for better life, more comfortable climate, conditions to find and produce food and cattle, to grow up children, trying to avoid wars and disasters. На основе открытых финансовых отчётов Netflix (годовые и квартальные письма акционерам за 2024-2025 гг.), полугодовых отчётов о вовлечённости What We Watched и производственных регламентов Netflix Partner Help проведён дескриптивный анализ: динамика выручки и маржинальности, рост платных подписок, свободный денежный поток, кассовые расходы на контент, развитие рекламной модели и изменения пользовательской вовлечённости. Показано, что в 2024 г. выручка Netflix выросла на 16% до 39,0 млрд долл. при операционной марже 26,7%, число платных подписок на конец года достигло 302 млн, а в I полугодии 2025 г. пользователи просмотрели свыше 95 млрд часов контента. Одновременно компания стандартизирует производственные практики (утверждённые списки камер и технических параметров), что в экспертном сообществе связывают с эффектом «второго экрана». Полученные результаты уточняют причинно-следственные связи между бизнес-решениями и культурной продукцией платформы, а также предлагают операциональные индикаторы для дальнейших сравнительных исследований стриминговых сервисов.

Prospects for the development of transformational creative tourism

The study explores the potential of developing transformative creative tourism in Azerbaijan as a new and promising form of tourism that responds to the evolving needs of modern travelers. The research highlights that while Azerbaijan possesses diverse tourism resources, existing activities remain seasonally and geographically concentrated, creating socioeconomic imbalances. The article examines the concepts of transformation and transformative learning, explaining how tourism can serve as a medium for deep, long-lasting personal change. It then analyzes the relationship between creative and transformative tourism and introduces the concept of “transformative creative tourism,” which integrates cultural participation with personal development. Practical examples, including the Chenot Palace Health Wellness Hotel in Gabala, demonstrate the applicability of this approach in Azerbaijan. The authors conclude that transformative creative tourism, based on the country’s rich cultural heritage and creative potential, can promote individual well-being while generating economic, social, and cultural benefits for sustainable tourism development.

This article is a brief theoretical review of the main techniques for monitoring the loyalty of the company's personnel. Realising the elements of internal marketing, modern companies face the problem of monitoring personnel loyalty. The scientific discourse has developed various quantitative and qualitative methods to identify this phenomenon. The article overlooks expensive research methods such as creating focus groups, conducting in-depth interviews, modelling conflicts, and others. Application of this or that questionnaire requires refinement from the personnel service of each organisation, taking into account the specifics of its functioning.
