Effective treatment methods of chronic suppurative otitis media

Chronic suppurative otitis media is persistent inflammation of the middle ear or mastoid cavity. Synonyms include chronic otitis media, chronic mastoiditis, and chronic tympanomastoiditis. Chronic suppurative otitis media is characterized by recurrent or persistent ear discharge (otorrhea) over two to six weeks through a perforation of the tympanic membrane. Chronic suppurative otitis media usually begins as a complication of persistent AOM (acute otitis media - acute stage), with perforation in childhood. Typical findings may also include thickened granular middle ear mucosa and mucosal polyps. Occasionally, chronic suppurative otitis media will be associated with a cholesteatoma within the middle ear. Chronic suppurative otitis media is differentiated from chronic otitis media with effusion, in which there is an intact tympanic membrane with fluid in the middle ear but no active infection. Chronic suppurative otitis media does not include chronic perforations of the eardrum that are dry, or that only occasionally produce discharge, and have no signs of active infection. Thus, we will discuss effective treatment methods in this article.

In order to solve these problems positively, it is intended to carry out research works on the determination of the amount of silkworm according to ages of silkworm in feeding area and feeding dates, changes in feed amount given on this base, preventing diseases and eventually providing variety grade and productivity in accordance with fixed requirements, and to give appropriate suggestions for production. Therefore, when silkworm passes from age to age, its body enlarges physiologically, accordingly it requires wider feeding area for obtaining normal nutrition. The provision of proper and wide feeding area is of crucial task of today in the cocoon production. If this practice is not performed properly , mulberry leaves are not provided to worms enough due to the imbalance of feeding area resulting improper feeding of silkworms and their difference sizes. So, it was proven that the less size of feeding area at the silkworm rearing agro-techniques period led to the decreasing of cocoon yield by 34 - 44 kgs per box.

According to the obtained results of the analysis, in comparative difference of scientific date on weakening of silk gland activity, formation of daily growth dynamics, biological indicators and silk fluid in the result of dramatic changes of environmental factors, positive influence of increasing weight of silk worm at the age of 5 by 14,50-14,70mg, which size 14,41-14,62 cm3 compared to the first day was determined on the development of biological and productive indicators and silk gland when reared with mulberry leaves. At the same time produced cocoon productivity and technological feature of silk raw material was observed in the high rate and achieved high economical effectiveness.

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a long-term lung condition that makes it hard to breathe. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a chronic inflammatory lung disease that causes obstructed airflow from the lungs. Symptoms include breathing difficulty, cough, mucus (sputum) production and wheezing. It's typically caused by long-term exposure to irritating gases or particulate matter, most often from cigarette smoke. People with COPD are at increased risk of developing heart disease, lung cancer and a variety of other conditions. Given the devastating impact that COVID-19 can have on the lung, it is natural to fear for patients with underlying COPD. Estimating their excess risk for contracting COVID- 19 and, in particular, its more severe respiratory manifestations has been a challenging exercise in this pandemic for various reasons. Thus, in this article we will discuss interrelationship between chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and COVID-19.
