This paper deals with the importance of the national values and its practical significance in teaching because a regional component can have its valuable points such as a being significant factor of personal development useful tool for language skills and critical thinking. Considering the present English teaching conditions in Kyrgyzstan, we think the key for students to effectively study English is motivation and interest. To solve that problem, it is very important to stimulate students’ interests in using the language. To achieve that end, it is of vital importance to systematically study the advanced teaching methods such as contemporary language teaching theory and methodology. This article suggests some techniques of introducing new texts using concept maps.

Introduction of Bixa orellana L. in Apsheron conditions

The article, for the first time at the Institute of Dendrology of Azerbaijan NAS, presents information on the introduction, reproduction and bioecological characteristics of the species Bixa orellana L. in the conditions of Absheron. Seeds of Bixa orellana L. were obtained by exchange from the Central Botanical Garden of Padua, Italy. For the first time, the biological characteristics of Bixa orellana L. were studied in Absheron conditions, the morphological characteristics of its shoots, the growth dynamics of 1-2-year-old seedlings, the root system, and nutritional value. The plant is propagated by seeds and cuttings. Soil sowing (06.10.2021) was carried out in the first ten days of June. The first shoots were observed on 06.23.2021, mass shoots were observed on 06.30.2021. Germination was 80%, sprout survival rate was 60%. When propagating by cuttings, young shoots 8-10 cm high are selected and planted in fertile soil or wet sand. After 7-9 weeks they produce a lot of roots. After this, they can be moved to the field. In 1-2-year-old plant seedlings, the above-ground part (39-80 cm) develops better than the underground part (14-26.5 cm). The growth of Bixa orellana L. is divided into 2 periods; intensive height growth in the first period lasts from the second ten days of May to the end of June, the second - from the end of August to the third ten days of October. The annual growth was 20-25 cm. The growing season ranges from 280±5 days. This species is tolerant to the climatic conditions of Absheron.

This article analyzes the research on the introduction of Caragana aurantiaca Koehne, C. microphylla Lam species at the Institute of Dendrology on the Absheron Peninsula in Azerbaijan. Effective ways of introduction of these species, practical directions of application of their results are shown. As a result of the study, it was determined that the germination rate of scarified seeds of C. aurantiaca Koehne, C. microphylla Lam. species is higher than non-scarred seeds and is 56.02-69.09%. The seeds of the studied plant species are adapted well in the dry subtropical climate of Absheron. This gives us reason to believe that the introduction of the studied plant species corresponds to the dry subtropical climate of Absheron. It is expedient to use these plants in landscaping.

In the implementation of comparative analysis of the application of methods of harmonic weights and integrated economic and statistical calculations in the analysis of socio-economic security characteristics, the priority is given to the method of integrated economic and statistical calculations. When predicting the characteristics of socio-economic security by the method of integrated economic and statistical calculations, their absolute levels or the dynamics of their growth are used. The use of the absolute values of socio-economic security characteristics in forecasting seems more appropriate, as it is possible to solve a number of problems of the method - to identify the levels of factors and factors K_ xi in the lead period.

Investigation of diesel spray characteristics in low-temperature and low-pressure conditions

This study investigates the influence of altitude and injection pressure on diesel fuel spray characteristics, aiming to optimize diesel usage in high-altitude conditions. Experiments were conducted at three altitude levels (plains, 1670 m, and 2400 m) with corresponding atmospheric pressures and temperatures, alongside six injection pressures ranging from 50 MPa to 100 MPa. The investigation focused on key spray parameters: equivalence ratio, spray penetration velocity, turbulence kinetic energy, evaporation rate, spray penetration distance, and Sauter Mean Diameter (SMD). Findings indicate that increased injection pressure enhances spray penetration velocity, evaporation rate, and turbulence kinetic energy, while reducing SMD, irrespective of altitude. Conversely, higher altitudes were associated with increased spray penetration speed, larger SMD, decreased evaporation rate, increased turbulence, and a higher equivalence ratio. The study concludes that both altitude and injection pressure significantly impact diesel spray characteristics, providing essential theoretical support for the application and optimization of diesel fuels in varied altitude conditions.

Investigation of intercultural awareness levels of vocational high school students in Turkey and Kyrgyzstan

In this study, it is aimed to comparatively examine the intercultural awareness levels of Turkish and Kyrgyz vocational high school students. The research was designed as a survey study based on a quantitative approach. The sample group of the research consisted of vocational high school students from Turkey and Kyrgyzstan determined by simple random technique. The data of the study were collected simultaneously from a vocational high school students in Turkey and Kyrgyzstan with the help of a scale. As a result of the research, the intercultural awareness levels of vocational high school students in Turkey and Kyrgyzstan were calculated as high. It was determined that the intercultural awareness levels of Kyrgyz vocational high school students were higher than those of Turkish vocational high school students. In the study, it was concluded that the intercultural awareness levels of Turkish and Kyrgyz vocational high school students did not differ according to the father’s profession variable. It was observed that the intercultural awareness levels of vocational high school students did not differ according to the variable of whether they had friends from a different culture. Finally, the relationship between the intercultural awareness levels of vocational high school students and their class and age levels was examined. It was determined that the intercultural awareness levels of Kyrgyz vocational high school students had a high level of positive correlation with the class.

Investigation of irrigation erosion in pseudopodzol yellow soils of the Lankaran district

Inclination, length, form and exposition of the slopes affect the irrigation erosion process in the Lankaran district. The artificial rain in a different intensity was created in the tea plantations of the experiment farm of the tea and citrus plants in Lankaran branch in order to study a reason of the surface washing creation in irrigation erosion of the tea plantations more accurately. It was known that a tea plantation in which the rows were built along the slope in 1975, the liquid flow was 125.0 m3/ha, while the rain intensity was 1.0 mm/min., the liquid dissolved dissolved substances flow was 240.0 m3/ha, 2.90 t/ha in the tea plantations built in 1990, while an amount of the leached soil was 0.80 t/ha. Firstly, conduction of the surface smoothing work is recommended in order to prevent from irrigation erosion in irrigated areas with a slope more than 0.02°. Generally, the surface smoothing work is fundamental and current, and it is divided into two places. The current smoothing work begins from preparation of soil for sowing every year and this measure doesn’t require more funds. The fundamental smoothing work is performed for fundamental smoothing of the irrigated sowing areas. At this time an inclination of the areas shouldn’t be more than 0.01. It is recommended to conduct the fundamental smoothing work, then current smoothing work in the areas where the inclination is more than 0.01. Fight against irrigation erosion, definition of the water and irrigation norm, water consumption and realization in the irrigated areas are main problems. The irrigation norm should be determined before for each plant watering. Beside the aforesaid, the technical means (pipes that are made from different materials), including different brands (Fregat, Kuban, KSID-50, Volzhanka, DDA-100 M and so on) rainmaker aggregates, various progressive irrigation methods (artificial precipitation, subsoil irrigation, drip watering, aerosol irrigation, etc.) should be used.

Investigation of the effect of indolyl acetic acid and naphthenic acid on the root development of olive cuttings

The influence of growth factors on the development of callus and roots in the biennial cuttings of the olive plants were investigated in a comparative manner. The experiments were conducted in the greenhouse of the Absheron Experimental Station. One-year and two-year cuttings of the olive plant were taken as the object of the study. Growth agents (indolyl acetic acid and Na+-salt of naphthenic acid) were used to influence the rapid rooting of shoots. During the conducted experiments, different results were obtained in different options. In comparison with the control variant, the positive effect of indolyl acetic acid and Na+-salt of naphthenic acid on olive cuttings were observed. According to the conducted studies, it was found that the rooting of the cuttings was accelerated as a result of the effect of growth substances. The number of rooting and callus was higher in two-year cuttings than in one-year cuttings. Thus, 49 out of 60 (81%) two-year cuttings were rooted by using of indolyl acetic acid, and 50 were rooted (83%) when callus was exposed to the Na+-salt of naphthenic acid, in 9 were observed having callus, only in 1 wasn’t observed development. The Na+-salt of Naphthenic acid had a better effect on rooting and the number of calluses among growth substances. As a result, it was determined that for the rapid development of the olive plant, cuttings should be taken from healthy and well-nourished trees and Naphthenic acid Na+-salt should be kept for a specified time (12 hours) and concentration (0.005%).

Irrigated and virgin soil comparative characteristic in the Mugan-Salyan massif

The article deals with the comparative analysis of irrigated and virgin soils in the Mugan-Salyan Massif. A main purpose of the work is to study the effect of intensive irrigation on the soil and the morphogenetic changes in the soil profile. Experimental researches are performed in the field, cameral and laboratorial conditions. Irrigated soils are distinguished from virgin soils by the following morphological features: biological processing, fertility, homogeneity of mechanical composition, formation of modern cultivated layer due to agroirrigation sediments characterized by gray color; heavier mechanical composition; absence of sharply expressed illuvial carbonate content, significantly lower carbonate profile, hardened subsoil formation.

One of the urgent tasks of this research is to systematize methodological terms encountered in teaching English as a foreign language and to create a bilingual educational methodological textological dictionary. The research analyzes the distinctive features of existing dictionaries in this field and explores the principles of systematizing educational methodological terms and dictionary compilation. This analysis is significant for the precise and consistent definition of terms used in the methodology of language teaching. As a result of the investigations and analyses, the importance of a dictionary of educational methodological terms has been highlighted, along with a proposal to develop principles for dictionary creation.

Acute pancreatitis (AP) is one of the most common and serious diseases of the abdominal organs. Among the diseases that form an acute surgical pathology of the abdominal organs, AP takes 3rd place, and there are from 8% to 14.5% of cases. Ultrasound is the most important diagnostic method for AP, which opens up wide possibilities, but the information content in the study of arterial and venous blood flow in the liver in AP is not yet fully understood. The aim of the study was to study the key changes in hemodynamic parameters of arterial and venous blood flow in patients with acute pancreatitis. The study group included 23 patients with a diagnosis of acute pancreatitis who were hospitalized at the Republican Clinical Hospital no. 4 and the Republican Clinical Hospital no. 3 of the city district of Saransk from October 2016 to April 2017. The steady growth of proliferative diseases from year to year is becoming more and more medical and social importance, which is associated with their clinical manifestations and recurrent course, adversely affect the quality of life and the ability to work of women. Uterine fibroids are the most common benign neoplasm in women of reproductive age. This article discusses the key issues of the etiopathogenesis of uterine fibroids. Uterine fibroids are a monoclonal hormone-sensitive neoplasm and are the most common tumour of the reproductive organs of women. The pathogenesis and developmental mechanisms of uterine fibroids today are complex and not fully understood. Perhaps the underlying theory is the ‘clonal expansion of uterine fibroids’, it is the clonal expansion that initiates the processes of neoangiogenesis, activated by tumor growth. Although to this day there remain many controversial and unresolved issues.

In this literature review, the main etiological factors of intestinal obstruction, key aspects of a number of mechanisms of development of intestinal obstruction are considered. The problems of modern diagnostics of acute intestinal obstruction of various genesis are considered, including the erased picture of the disease on the basis of which the optimal therapeutic diagnostic algorithms were formed. Argumentation of methods of treatment proceeding from pathogenetic features of the given pathology is resulted.
