Mechanisms of state support for the medical services market

Uzbekistan pays great attention to creating a market of high-quality medical services. The development of the medical services market and the emergence of demand and supply in the services market depend on the economic development of the country. In recent years, the medical goods market has already formed a certain direction. Anyone active in the economy has direct access to healthcare services. The work analyzed the scope of paid medical services in the country, as well as the support of the private sector in this area. It has been established that by attracting foreign specialists in the field of private medicine, the income derived from work will be exempted from income tax and individual social payments. The organization and management of the medical services market in the Republic of Uzbekistan on the basis of international standards explains that this area is entering a new level.

Media ethics in Pakistani perspective

Without any shadow of a doubt, media is playing its top-notch role in imparting information among masses but in what manner is a hanging matter. Thus, the choice for media in presenting something in a good or bad manner stays open at best. This paper, however, elaborates the ethics for media with regard to Pakistani perspective. The paper focuses its attention on Press Ethics. Press ethics imitates the society and the regulations that inclusively form the press system. The ethical standards and the code of conduct media practitioners should actually abide by are the ongoing debates. The role media must play has been given emphasis. At the final stage of this study, meagre discussion of the councils concerning media has also been inserted.

Medical terminology in Kyrgyz and Turkish languages

In this paper, the subject of the study was the study of medical terms in Kyrgyz linguistics as the etymology of the Turkic language. The aim of the study is to analyze the use of medical terms in the context of the Turkish language and compare them with the Kyrgyz language. The study used methods of comparison, analysis and generalization. The relevance of the article lies in the need to study medical terms in Kyrgyz linguistics and analyze their relationship with the Turkish language. As a result of the study, medical terms from Diwan Lughat at-Turk Dictionary by Mahmud Kashari were analyzed and it was confirmed that the terms used in the modern Kyrgyz language are the etymology of the Turkic language. The article also presents the contribution of Kyrgyz scientists to the creation of the first terminological dictionaries. The result of the study is recommended to be used in the development of introductory courses in sociolinguistics, comparative typology, linguoculture, to represent the linguistic image of terms.

Methodological provisions for the measurement of socio-economic security of the industrial sector

The presented problem was manifested and described in the 90-s of the XX century due to the rapid formation of transformation processes in Europe, accompanied by crisis manifestations in the economy. In accordance with its features, the measurement of the value of socio-economic security of production systems is aimed at the vector of the cascade escalation of crisis symptoms and the expectation of subsequent displacement to the worst side of the situation. As a result, the indicators of socio-economic security are fixed on the threshold States of life-supporting subsystems, which to some extent reflect the degree of effectiveness of the anti-crisis measures. The basis of the description of the values of socio-economic security of the production system is based on the principle of extreme dispersion of industrial States along the axis of maximum security - the least security, taking into account the configuration of the composition and the degree of satisfaction of the society's needs, which determine the goals of ensuring socio-economic security. Groups of requests satisfied at various levels are formed on the systematization of requests proposed by Belarusian scientists. The degree of socio-economic security of the industrial sector, determined by the probability to meet all kinds of demands of society, is dependent on the emerging structure of production capacity. The acquired data allowed to form appropriate methodological solutions for level measurements of socio-economic security of the industrial sector.

The portrait genre, which is one of the main genres of painting and graphics, has taken a very wide place in fine arts. As in other genres, portrait works take their content from public life and reflect public existence through specific artistic images and influence public life. The reliability of the results of any forecast is dependent on the validity of the selection of objects and the definition of its subject area. Suppose that in the total number of objects of the forecast it makes sense to exclude the signatures of the industrial sector (industrial objects) and non-industrial objects, which, despite the relation to the external environment, have a specific impact on the position and formation of the industrial sector. To clarify the selection of the objects and the subject of the forecast of socio-economic security of the industrial sector, the following methodological approach is proposed. The forecast objects are oriented by the location of the sources of industrial sector hazards - “internal environment - external environment” - by the scheme of interelement connections in its structure and the importance of communications outside the structure (to distinguish objects it is proposed to mark them symbolically in accordance with the “industry objects” and “non-industry objects”). The subject field of the forecast is formed by the qualitative and quantitative properties of the objects of study. The task is to identify those objects from a large number of probable objects and their data that will allow to identify negative phenomena and processes capable of implementation in the current period (updated threats).

MgH2 insights used for hydrogen storage and catalysis: preparation, characterization and mechanism

Magnesium is a rich element on earth, with high reversible, cycle stability and antitoxicity, low cost, and high-volume hydrogen capacity, its theoretical hydrogen storage capacity up to 7.6 wt %. Magnesium-based hydrogen storage materials are considered as one of the most promising hydrogen storage media. However, due to its high thermodynamic stability and slow hydrogen adsorption kinetics, the high adsorption temperature and long adsorption time limit its practical application. In order to overcome the thermodynamic and kinetic obstacles of magnesium-based hydrogen storage materials in practical application and improve the hydrogen storage performance of MgH2, catalytic modification is a very effective method at present. This review summarizes the preparation methods, characterization methods and reaction basis of various catalysts modified by MgH2. Finally, we analyze the development trend of various catalysts in the future, as well as the application prospects.

Model of a heat exchanger air heating booster

To solve the problem of energy crisis in today’s world, energy conservation is more and more get the attention of people, heat exchanger occupies an important place in the field of energy saving, however, because of the heat exchanger is a traditional energy-intensive heavy industry, one of the most widely used equipment in it as preheating, mainly in the process of waste heat recovery, refrigeration equipment, made outstanding contributions to energy saving. In this paper, spiral plate heat exchanger as the research object, select the established model, through the analysis of the existing heat transfer enhancement theory, combined with the classical optimization algorithm genetic algorithm spiral plate heat exchanger programming optimization, through iterative calculation to get the optimal spiral plate heat exchanger structure parameters. On this basis, based on the theory of dissipative, puts forward a new physical volume of fire, and established a new heat exchanger performance evaluation standard unit total cost model of heat transfer, and the objective function, analyzes the structural parameters in the spiral plate heat exchanger (cold and hot fluid flow, heat exchanger, plate spacing) and their relationship. Because the total cost per unit heat transfer not only considers the thermodynamic performance of the heat exchanger but also the economic feasibility of the heat exchanger. Finally, combined with the simulation calculation of the performance of the heat exchanger before and after optimization structure parameters, further analysis of its internal flow. The research in this paper provides a theoretical basis for the design, structure optimization and performance prediction of spiral plate heat exchanger.
