The increase of economic efficiency of entrepreneurial activity in the sphere of production of poultry farming on the basis of introduction of innovative technologies is considered, the methodology of management of the innovative development of a poultry farm adapted to branch features is developed. The proposed model for the organization of innovation activity provides for systematic monitoring of the R & D industry market, the implementation of a preliminary assessment of innovation in terms of its scientific and technical viability, efficiency and feasibility, the formation of a database of sectoral innovations, the coordination of the analyzed innovation project with the enterprise strategy and its inclusion in the innovative program of the poultry farm. Proposals on improving the organizational structure of poultry enterprises are presented.

Innovative strategies for English language learning in Kyrgyzstan: the importance of media

Learning a new language is often perceived as a complex task, necessitating practice across multiple skills. This research examines the significant role of media and institutional resources such as TikTok, YouTube, Netflix etc. in enhancing the learning of English languages in case of Kyrgyzstan which is under Russian language influence. These resources empower English language teachers by bridging communication gaps and facilitating clearer explanations of concepts. By minimizing teacher talk, lessons become more engaging for students. Furthermore, they offer opportunities for learners to see, hear, and interact with the language, thereby increasing their interest in English. These resources also provide real-life experiences that encourage active participation, making learning more concrete and relevant. Additionally, they enhance retention rates, transform the teacher’s role from a knowledge dispenser to a facilitator, and allow students to progress at their own pace. Moreover, they stimulate practice, foster discussion, and inspire higher levels of achievement among students. Employing case study and descriptive methods, this research analyzes the role of authentic language in language learning, exploring ideological patterns in news structures. The findings present practical strategies applicable in language classrooms to improve both language proficiency and socio-cultural awareness. It is recommended that innovative strategies establish a framework to help learners reflect on their language learning experiences.

Innovative teaching methods of idioms

The focus of the article is on the idea of idiom teaching. The article aims to identify the main ways in which idioms are taught. A lot of attention is paid to the understanding of the meaning of the term ‘idiom’, to the main classifications of idioms and to the sequence of learning idioms. It has been found that it is necessary to study idioms comprehensively: pronouncing, reading, meaning, using, spelling, practicing. The article also argues for the importance of teaching idioms for better mastery of English.

Insulin resistance: mechanisms, clinical implications, and regional perspectives

Insulin resistance (IR) is a significant pathological condition marked by the impaired response of peripheral tissues such as skeletal muscle, liver, and adipose tissue to insulin, which results in disrupted glucose homeostasis. This dysfunction in insulin action is a key contributor to the development of numerous chronic diseases, including type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), metabolic syndrome, and cardiovascular diseases. The increasing prevalence of IR worldwide has sparked widespread concern in public health, as it plays a pivotal role in the onset and progression of these conditions. In addition to its physical manifestations, IR is also linked to a range of molecular and biochemical alterations, which compound its detrimental effects on overall metabolic health. At the molecular level, the pathogenesis of IR involves a complex interplay of multiple mechanisms, including dysregulated insulin signaling, chronic low-grade inflammation, lipotoxicity, and endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress. These cytokines promote the phosphorylation of insulin receptor substrates at serine residues, hindering the cascade of events required for effective glucose uptake and utilization. In addition, the accumulation of lipids in non-adipose tissues-termed lipotoxicity-further exacerbates insulin resistance by impairing the function of insulin receptors and signaling molecules, contributing to the progression of metabolic dysfunction. As this complex condition progresses, it is associated with an increased risk of several other serious health issues, including cardiovascular disease, kidney dysfunction, and certain forms of cancer. Consequently, understanding the underlying mechanisms of IR is crucial for the development of targeted therapies and interventions aimed at preventing and managing these associated diseases. Studies from various countries, including Turkey, Russia, and Azerbaijan, provide valuable insights into the prevalence and impact of IR across different populations, highlighting the need for context-specific approaches to diagnosis and treatment.

Integrating multimedia technology into teaching intercultural communication

It is widely known that enhancement of the system of teaching foreign languages can be achieved by introducing progressive teaching methods as well as using modern teaching and information-communication technologies thus enabling them to access the achievements of the world civilization and globally available information resources, ensuring international collaboration and communication. Nowadays, culture is playing an important role in foreign language teaching and learning, therefore, a lot of researches have been done in this field in recent years. It has been recognized that a language is used as the main medium through which culture is expressed. It is believed that students are aware of language rules but are not always capable enough to use the language sufficiently as they do not have a sound knowledge of the target culture. Nevertheless, “pure information” is insight; while the development of people’s cultural understanding leads them to better critical thinking. There are ample methodologies for developing learners’ intercultural competence. The present study also seeks the ways of developing a model of blended learning course on intercultural communication.

This article describes the study of mathematics inter-subject communication in institutes, where the need to pay special attention to the relationship of mathematics with other subjects, especially with the basics of economic knowledge. Inter-subject communication is raised to a higher level of scientific weight training process, providing multifaceted influence on the personality of students, ensuring unity of education, educational and developmental functions. So much attention in institutes for economic education is primarily due to the fact that economic knowledge defined by renowned economists who can teach economic theory necessary for the formation of the economic way of thinking and economic culture of the students. Besides knowledge form the basis of economic education and training student. Influence of inter-subject communications so broadly that it covers the area of teaching all disciplines affects the curriculum, programs and textbooks, beyond the narrowly defined as training, affecting the formation of the world students. So there is every reason to believe inter-subject communication one of the principles of didactics.

Ecological monitoring of airborne microfungi in the residential environment of Baku during 2024–2025 revealed that their seasonal and spatial distribution is closely associated with urban climatic conditions, humidity fluctuations, and anthropogenic impacts. During the dry summer season (humidity <70%), Alternaria alternata, Alternaria tenuissima, Cladosporium cladosporioides, and Cladosporium herbarum were dominant, with average concentrations ranging from 450 to 850 CFU/m³, contributing significantly to allergic diseases such as rhinitis and asthma. In the autumn–winter period (humidity 70–85%), species such as Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus fumigatus, Fusarium spp., Mucor spp., Rhizopus spp., and Stachybotrys chartarum prevailed, with concentrations increasing to 1300–1950 CFU/m³ and posing a higher risk of invasive mycoses. Spatial analysis indicates that the highest fungal diversity occurs in urban parks and green areas (Shannon index 2.75–2.95), whereas the lowest diversity is recorded in industrial districts (1.85–2.10), where heavy-metal-tolerant species dominate. Aerodynamic distribution confirmed by the Andersen impactor demonstrates that spores larger than 4.7 μm predominantly deposit in the upper respiratory tract, whereas particles smaller than 2.1 μm penetrate into the alveolar region of the lungs. Risk assessment categorizes species into critical (A. flavus, A. fumigatus; HQ 0.9–1.0), hazardous (Stachybotrys, Fusarium), and moderate (Cladosporium) groups. The synergistic interaction between PM2.5 particles and fungal bioaerosols enhances immunosuppression and respiratory disorders due to the combined action of particulate matter and mycotoxins. These findings highlight the necessity for continuous aeromycological monitoring, AI-based predictive models, and expansion of urban green zones.

The rapid expansion of the digital economy and the exponential growth of data transmitted across national borders have made the harmonisation of personal data protection regimes a central issue in contemporary international law. Using comparative legal analysis, this article examines international, regional, and national legal instruments governing cross-border transfers of personal data. These include the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development Guidelines on the Protection of Privacy and Transborder Flows of Personal Data, the Council of Europe Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data, as modernised, the European Union General Data Protection Regulation and its recent adequacy decision concerning the United States, the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation and Global Cross-Border Privacy Rules systems, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development Declaration on Government Access to Personal Data, United States national security regulations adopted under Executive Order No. 14117, China’s simplified 2024 rules on cross-border data transfers, Brazil’s 2024 regulation on international data transfers, and Russia’s 2025 amendments on data localisation. The article evaluates trust-building mechanisms, including standard contractual clauses, binding corporate rules, certification mechanisms, and privacy-enhancing technologies, and assesses the Group of Twenty initiative on Data Free Flow with Trust and related trade policy recommendations aimed at reducing regulatory fragmentation. The study concludes that, in the absence of a universal international treaty, mutual recognition of safeguards and the widespread use of privacy-by-design technologies are essential to balancing the protection of human rights with the promotion of innovation.

Once viewed merely as ephemera or digital entertainment, memes have transformed into a highly efficient global vernacular capable of transmitting nuanced ideas rapidly and emotionally. This research evaluates how visual-textual metaphors and humorous iconography reconstruct public consciousness, influence geopolitical discourse, and bridge intergenerational communication gaps. Due to their semiotic minimalism and adaptive structure, memes effectively transcend conventional linguistic borders. Additionally, the study contextualizes their capacity to alter public consensus and sustain cultural memory. Ultimately, internet memes are framed as a highly sophisticated stage of digital linguistic evolution, charting their future trajectories within cognitive sociology and media linguistics. This research serves as an academic framework for scholars investigating digital media trends and modern pop culture.

This paper studies the analysis of price fluctuation with periodic functions as infinite trigonometrically series in sine and cosine terms and presents the basic analysis of Fourier series with regard to its applications in price fluctuation. Data used for the analysis was collected by ZEF/UNESCO Khorezm project over a 97 month on weekly basis, during 01.05.2002-01.05.2013 yy. on Urgench market for ten commodities. The findings show that seasonal fluctuation is very high for fruits and vegetables in harvesting and before harvesting period, while it is not high for livestock productions, rice and wheat.

This research paper aims to delve into the societal position of women and mothers in Kyrgyz society through the analysis of My Mother poem by Zhypara Isabaeva. The paper employs a feminist lens to critically analyze the poem and its themes, characters, and poetic devices, shedding light on the challenges faced by Kyrgyz mothers. The study also seeks to understand how Kyrgyz women poets in the post-Soviet era express their female identity through their works. The development of Kyrgyz lyric poetry in the post-Soviet era is a reflection of the country’s rich cultural heritage and the experiences of its people during a time of significant change. Despite the challenges faced, Kyrgyz lyric poetry remains an important part of the country’s cultural heritage and continues to shape the national identity of Kyrgyzstan. The paper will explore the role of motherhood and marriage in hindering the self-realization of women in society, and examine the cultural peculiarities of Kyrgyz society and their impact on women's social standing.

Intraspecies molecular DNA polymorphism and threat of Hirudo orientalis

Medical leeches play the role of a natural factory for the production of a complex of unique biologically active substances such as hirudin, eglins, bdellins, hementin, bradykinins, which are urgently needed by modern medicine and veterinary medicine. Medical leeches produce a wide range of enzymes such as hyalinodase, destabilase, collagenase, apyrase, elastase and triglyceride. All these substances are biologically active substances of natural origin. It is used to treat a wide range of diseases, such as amenorrhea, osteoarthritis, trauma, and blood stasis syndrome. In modern times, leeches also serve as an important model system for understanding the structure, function, development, regeneration, and repair of the nervous system. The currently seven known species of the Hirudo Linnaeus, 1758 genus of the Hirudinidae family are widespread in different regions of the Eurasian contingent. The results of the phylogenetic analysis based on the nucleotide sequences of the oxidase enzyme subunit I (12S r-RNA, COI) allow us to assume that the Hirudo genus is monophyletic. In 2005, P. Trontelj and S. Utevsky, while studying the molecular systematics of medical leeches, analyzed 2 samples of medical leeches from Azerbaijan together with others. According to the results of the cluster analysis, two medicinal leech samples of Azerbaijan ( Hirudo sp. AZ1 and Hirudo sp. AZ2) form a separate cluster and are located between H. medicinalis and H. verbana species. As a result of recent phylogenetic studies, it was determined that those two samples are H. orientalis species. The main goal of the conducted research is to study the intraspecies polymorphism of medical leeches collected from different regions of Azerbaijan at the genome level. Isolation of leech chromosomal DNA was performed with the Gene Elute Mammalian Genomic DNA miniprep reagent kit.

This paper deals with the importance of the national values and its practical significance in teaching because a regional component can have its valuable points such as a being significant factor of personal development useful tool for language skills and critical thinking. Considering the present English teaching conditions in Kyrgyzstan, we think the key for students to effectively study English is motivation and interest. To solve that problem, it is very important to stimulate students’ interests in using the language. To achieve that end, it is of vital importance to systematically study the advanced teaching methods such as contemporary language teaching theory and methodology. This article suggests some techniques of introducing new texts using concept maps.
