Статья научная

The article presents experimental confirmations of the validity of the hypothesis that the theoretical construct “subpersonality”, in addition to the psychological content, really reflects the physiological preparation of a person to provide a certain type of response. It is shown that the activation of one subpersonality instead of another one can be accompanied by significant changes in the heart rate variability, which has been estimated using the Baevsky stress index (SI). The article presents some experimental data demonstrating the possibility of using the Baevsky stress index (SI) to evaluate the effectiveness of Sandplay therapy and sand modeling as psychocorrective and training methods, ranking the elements used in them according to the strength and nature of the emotional impact on a person

Статья научная

Aims The article presents the results of an experimental study of the cardiometric detection of a person's emotional reactions to verbal, audial and visual stimuli. Materials and methods To test the hypothesis of our study, we carried out a series of experiments in which two groups of stimuli have been used purposefully, one of which had to cause sthenic and the other asthenic reactions in our examinees. In order to activate various types of sensory systems, only stimuli of the audial modality (the A-type stimuli), only visual modality (the V-type stimuli), and also stimuli with a combination of audiovisual modalities (the VА -type stimuli) have been included in each group. In addition, as stimuli, we prepared a list of imaginary situations (the I-type stimuli) to initiate either sthenic or asthenic emotional reactions in the examinees. For the cardiological data recording and subsequent assessment of HRV, we used the Cardiocode PC-assisted hemodynamic analyzer. Portable eyetracker GP-3 has been employed to record the examinees' oculomotor reactions to visual stimuli...

Статья научная

Aims Capabilities of the cardiometric diagnostics based on the heart cycle phase analysis for identifying the primary cause of a disease are considered in this paper. Materials and An anti-androgenic drug was used by a patient as prescribed for prostatitis methods therapy. A week later upon taking the drugs, it becomes necessary to make an additional diagnostics of the patient to complete the basic diagnostic evaluation. The reason was that upon taking the drugs there were some cases of loss of consciousnes reported by the patient. During an examination by the treating physician, it was found that there was a syndrome of cold limbs in the patient. For the purpose of the additional diagnostics, the method of the heart cycle phase analysis was applied. Results The heart cycle phase analysis allowed identifying the primary cause of the patient’s health degradation and cases of loss of consciousness. Conclusion It was revealed that the primary cause was a side effect of the anti- androgenic drug that led to a decrease in the hemodynamic parameters, resulted in blood vessel failure to transport the necessary quantity of oxygen to tissues in the organism. The recommendations given upon the diagnostics were aimed at recovering the transport function of the blood vessels. By complying with the recommendations, the health status of the patient was recovered, and loss of consciousness was no longer observed.

Статья научная

The paper presents our experimental evidence of validity of our hypothesis that definite, substantively different, psychophysiological states of a human individual can be really fixed with the use of metaphoric associative cards, and that transitions from one psychophysiological state to another are accompanied by significant changes in the performance of the human organism, and, first of all, in the performance of the heart. It has been shown that the metaphoric associative cards can serve not only as a good forecasting tool, a sort of predictors of human behavior in certain emotionally charged, stress-provoking, situations, but also as a means for active modeling of optimal mode to adequately overcome these difficulties.

Zernov Vladimir A., Lobanova Elena V., Likhacheva Elvira V., Nikolaeva Lyubov P., Dymarchuk Diana D., Yesenin Denis S., Mizin Nikita V., Ognev Aleksandr S., Rudenko Mikhail Y.

Статья научная

The article presents experimental evidence of the validity of the hypothesis that theoretical construct “ego state”, in addition to the psychological content, actually reflects the physiological mobilization of a human individual to provide a certain type of response. It is shown that the mobilization is manifested in a certain specific pattern inherent to the cardiovascular system performance. Experimental evidence is given herein that the ego-state theoretical construct really captures reasonably definite, content-related different psycho-physiological states of an individual. It is shown that the transitions from one ego state to another are indeed accompanied by significant changes in heart rate variability, which has been estimated using the Baevsky stress index (SI). The article also provides experimental data confirming the validity of using the Baevsky stress index (SI) to assess the effectiveness of the application of the transactional analysis as a psychotherapeutic and psychocorrectional technique.

Cardiometric study of the cardiovascular system performance under the influence of prolonged smoking and some other stresses

Rudenko M.Y., Deberdeev M.A., Chepiga A.O.

Статья научная

Using an example of one patient, who smoked, who was found in some other stressful situations for 50 years and later suffered an acute myocardial infarction, the dynamics of the state of the cardiovascular system in cardiometric studies is shown herein. The results showed a direct relationship between the deterioration of the cardiovascular system performance and long-term smoking accompanied by some other stress types. Using the diagnostic capabilities of cardiometry, it was possible not only to avoid open heart surgery in the patient in question, but also to restore the cardiovascular system performance after two stenting operations. It has been shown that for the restoration of the cardiovascular system performance after an acute infarction, along with stenting, constant breathing exercises using one of the widespread conventional breathing training systems are extremely important.

Zernov V.A., Lobanova E.V., Likhacheva E.V., Nikolaeva L.P., Ognev A.S., Ogneva N.A., Rudenko M.Y.

Статья научная

The article presents an experimental confirmation of the validity of the hypothesis that there are optimal combinations of such VKM varieties as GSM, KS and MAC. The results of the performed cardiometric measurements and the variants of subjective self-reports made by the examinees are described herein, which have shown that such optimal combinations include tasks, where and when the clients, acting as patients, first work with kinetic sand and only thereupon use metaphorical associative cards, followed by game sand modeling. In addition, the data obtained have demonstrated that the least comfortable work sequences include options that first use the techniques of game sand modeling, and then as those the varieties of VKM as KS and MAC. In addition, it has been found that the cardiometric support of visual kinetic modeling significantly increases the confidence therein by all its participants. It has been shown that the cardiometric support also successfully serves as an element of bio-feedback and contributes to a meaningful, substantive, dialogue between the client and the psychotherapist, aimed at increasing the level of awareness of what is happening and raising the effectiveness of the therapeutic process.

Статья научная

Aims The aim of our study is to empirically verify the conceptual possibility of constructing a taxonomy of diverse domestic situations, which may become the basis for choosing the best ways to increase an individual stress resistance in a human subject. Materials and methods To achieve the aim, after ranking of the subjective evaluations of the occurrence rate of this sort of situations and the degree of intensity of stress induced by the situational cases, we have prepared a set of their laconic descriptions. As a result, a catalogue of 10 paired tasks has been prepared by us. One of these tasks offers that an examinee should imagine and hold in his/her memory for a certain time an image of a stress-inducing situation case as designated by the examiner. The other examinee in this pair has been instructed to imagine an alternative situation, when anticipated are a high level of the calm, trouble-free state, physical comfort and good emotional balance. During the execution of each task, an ECG and a rheogram of every examinee have been recorded...

Тезисы

Our fundamental research in hemodynamics allows us to develop a new mathematical model of blood flow in the cardiovascular system which is in line with actual data in practice. It provides us some new data on the performance of various cardiovascular system segments responsible for the circulation maintenance. Our research has resulted in the development of an innovative technology and a device for accurate non-invasive measuring of hemodynamic parameters which was not possible earlier. The use of the device helps us obtain some new information that is the basis for a radically new ECG and Rheo classification. It is based on the cardiac cycle phase analysis. It is precisely the methodology that is capable of revealing the heart performance mechanism, which could not be explored earlier, and investigating progression of various pathological processes. Mechanisms of sudden cardiac death and those of energetic resources responsible for maintaining the normal hemodynamics have been detected by our R & D team. The method for non-invasive assessment of cardiac muscle metabolic processes has been developed. The core principles which constitute the basis of cardiometry as a new scientific field have been defined in our research.

The new high-tech era begins not with supply of an innovative product to the market, but rather with an intellectual leap in the field of open issues in fundamental engineering, healthcare and education. In the present essay, an example of the successful translation of mathematical, physics- and engineering-related philosophy into the digital platform of Cardiometry is discussed. The theory of hemodynamics, the laws of axiomatics, logic and adaptation can be expressed in terms of mathematics. The original analytical software used in PC-assisted device Cardiocode allows carrying out a phase analysis of the hemodynamics within an extended range. Pilot studies conducted by us in cancer patients at the stages of multi-course chemotherapy have revealed abnormalities and disorders in hemodynamics, energy exchange and adaptation expectancy of the heart at early stages of cancer treatment that is of prognostic significance. Pronounced processes of destabilization in hemodynamics, a suppressed energy exchange and a degradation of adaptation capabilities by the end of the chemotherapy courses involves the appearance of cardiotoxic effects...

Статья обзорная

The article provides a modern vision of the problem of cardiotoxicity in oncology. Integrity and generality of nodal pathogenetic events in the body in case of carcinogenesis, antitumor therapy and cardiopathology are caused by similar mechanisms at different hierarchical levels. Identity of potential risk factors, including inflammation, aging, obesity, diabetes and smoking, has been noted. Similarly, in the development of metabolic syndrome and carcinogenesis, the level of growth factors (IGF-1), neoangiogenesis, hormones and other triggers of oncological and cardiovascular pathology is increasing. It is important that a variety of clinical manifestations of cardiotoxicity are due to the rapid expansion of the number of therapeutic options for effects. This thesis is illustrated by vivid examples of the use of anthracycline-based drugs whose mechanism of action is aimed at damaging genetic targets. The use of monoclonal antibodies - trastuzumab, is directed against HER2 / ErB2 receptors in breast cancer and is accompanied by distinct signs of cardiotoxicity especially in the elderly...
