The computer can be used in education in three basic ways: as a teacher, as a learner, and as an assistant. While the computer can do a lot, it isn’t right for everything. In teaching and learning , as in model building, it is important to know when and how to use available tools appropriately.

In this information-exploding era, the user expects to spend short time retrieving really useful information rather than spending plenty of time and ending up with lots of garbage information. The purpose of this paper is firstly to highlight the problems that hamper the application of agents and web services separately. Our contribution is an overall solution based on a fully-fledged architecture and proof-of-concept implementation that serves as a meeting point for both service consumers and service providers through a simple web-based graphical ontology. The experiments show the algorithm could flexibly and dynamically discover resources and therefore provide a valuable addition to the field.

The article presents issues of the establishment of National Terminological Information System as one of the development perspectives of national terminology. The current state and problems in terminology sphere in Azerbaijan are explored and the necessity of system establishment is justified. Ongoing research works in computational terminology field within the system are mentioned and several conceptual approaches are presented. International practice and standards in this direction are investigated and analyzed. Conceptual foundations and architecture-technological principles of the National Terminological Information System are developed. Primary functions of web-portal developed within the system framework are presented. As a result of the study on the system establishment, the future prospects of the National Terminological Information System have been identified. The article also stresses the expected outcomes as a result of the implementation of National Terminological Information System.

This paper reports a study investigating the effects of connecting reading and writing in Chinese EFL teaching in the computer-mediated communication (CMC) learning environment. In this study, ways of reading which are likely to promote the development of writing ability are sought and tested. What the subjects in the experimental group and the control group did is almost the same except that subjects in the experimental group are asked to write a 400-word summary or reviews after they finish learning each text while those in the control group are not. Results show that connecting reading and writing has positive effects on helping the students to memorize the new words, reusing new words in their writing tasks and improving the students' writing quality.

Technological developments have rapidly become a global trend, which can be analyzed with specific activities are integrated using a computer to assist the work of man. Aware of the importance of mastering technology, preferably accounting teachers at the University emphasizes how important mastery of computers and software on most courses in order to equip the students so that they can increase their value in the business world. This research aims to confirm the influence of computer attitude, Grade Point Average, computer self efficacy against computer anxiety on University accounting majors Gunadarma. This research use 100 questionnaires as a method to acquire the datas. then the data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis and data processed to get a positive result the existence of negative influence among computer attitude, grade point average, computer self-efficacy against computer anxiety.

Decision making is a crucial process which is influenced by many factors in the decisions of a person. Especially the purchase decisions are very costlier whether it is towards a product or a service. When focusing on the children products, the decisions towards the purchase of children products and brands are influenced by many factors. The study focuses on the influence of emotional and rational factors on the purchase of children products and brands. It aims to investigate the factors that influence more in the purchase decisions of children products. By exploring the results this study will help the purchasers to take wise decisions since it will throw a light on the influential factors so that it will initiate the introspection of the purchasers. The research was conducted in Coimbatore city of Tamilnadu state in India with 500 respondents. Using a well structured questionnaire, after a pilot study the required primary data have been collected from the respondents. Using excel analysis tool pack the data obtained were computed and analyzed. The results depict that the rational thinking is increasing with the age in the purchase decisions. The middle income group people are more rational in the purchase decisions towards the children products. As a whole the results show that the emotional factors have more influence than the rational factors in the purchase decision of children products and brands. It implies the purchaser must be aware of the influence of emotional factors to limit it to take wise decisions in the purchase of children products and brands.

An on-line continuous casting slab surface quality prediction expert system is developed. The developing work is nearly completed and it may be the first system of the relating field in China. The main structure of the on-line continuous casting slab surface quality prediction expert system is that the slab surface quality is predicted online with expert system, and the system can alarm breakout in continuous casting with BP neural net and logic methods, based on the collected thermal couple data in mould and the process parameter transferred from the Continuous Casting machine server.

The number of entrepreneurs in Indonesia in 2017 has increased to 3.1%, which is a good development, compared to the previous years. Some of the factors that are suspected to contribute in this improvement are education and mentoring through various programs, including curriculum and incubator. Although it has increased, but this figure is still behind compared to neighbouring Indonesia's countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand. Therefore, it is important to conduct an explorative study of the role of curriculum and incubator. This article will review the curriculum and incubator strategies that help increase the number of entrepreneurs, especially in the field of information technology in Indonesia. A qualitative comparison among several incubators, including Ciputra University approach discussed. This study found that the role of curriculum is to create a formal knowledge about ideation and process of start-up, incubator role is to provide physical co-working space while widen network resources. Another finding shows that there are some similarities and differences between industrial-based and university-based incubator. There are similarities in the resources, networking and guidance. The significance difference is in the curriculum since university has more time to guide but the student has lesser capacity compare to the industrial-based incubator start up, hence both experiences are strongly suggested to increase the success rate of Information Technology based Venture Creation.

Blended teaching strategy becomes an integral part of the 21st-century education system to meet the industry 4.0 needs. As not only the online system can create the best system from the points of view of effectiveness and expending cost, but also the traditional teaching style cannot meet the higher level of industry needs. Therefore, the combination of the advancement of technology and the effective design of teaching theory appears in different blended systems to promote education level. This system also proposes a new model to initiate the teaching style that can supplement the requirements of this education era based on FLIP learning terms. The system is built by blending the online and face-to-face strategies using communication technology and multimedia components at pre-class, online test, and in-class times based on stakeholders’ satisfaction with the system. The outcome intends to build an effective education system that facilitates the developing country, the Myanmar situation. Moreover, the research methodology goal includes improving the problem-solving ability and performance results of the university students and to increase the self-reflection of all participants.

Twitter network has millions of users spreading information in the form of 140 character messages called tweets. And each user expresses his or her opinion with the tweet, these tweets have been used to know a person’s state of mind, get recommendations and also predict the pattern. But a research is an effective one only if its results can be easily understood and a clear understanding requires visualization of the inferences. There isn’t any data-graph, pie chart or a tree depicting the results of twitter analysis. Hence this paper suggests “TweetRush” tool to analyze twitter data. It is able to find the influence of a particular user in his network. Graphs help us determine a user’s outreach. This tool will help advertisers to target the exact audience; budding entrepreneurs can make use of the influential factor to market their start-ups.

Dynamic sensor deployment is one of the key topics in the research of WSNs. The performance of virtual force algorithm may be deteriorated because the stationary sensor nodes will confine the global optimal searching ability. Genetic algorithm is an efficient optimization tool for multi-dimensional optimization problems in acontinuous space with some disadvantages such as slow convergence and prematurity. This paper proposes a two-stage dynamic sensor deployment strategy in WSNs based on virtual force and genetic algorithm. That is, the algorithm firstly deploys the dynamic sensors in continuous larger area in WSNs in an approximate optimal way to produce high quality initial population by virtual force. Then GA is employed to achieve global optimization coverage of WSNs based on the result of the first stage. Simulation results demonstrate that the algorithm presented in this paper is effective and efficient.

With the recent increase of infectious diseases characterized by epidemic outbreaks whose origin are from environmental factors, the use of environmental variables such as water bodies and weather variables for effective diseases analysis has dramatically increased. The situation has stirred up efforts of software engineers towards integrating the collection of environmental factors from Environmental Management Systems (EMSs) into Healthcare Information Systems (HISs). HISs and EMSs have a large diversity of stakeholders and technological application domains; as a result, they face interoperability complexities. In spite of the established knowledge of software-architecture, there is still a lack of unified architecture for integrated Healthcare and Environmental Management Information Systems (HEMISs) to support the development of HEMISs and solve the interoperability challenge in a holistic way. This work proposes conceptual design view of the unified architectural model for HEMIS that would serve as a blueprint for the development of HEMISs and also, enhancing the analysis of epidemic diseases which have a strong linkage with environmental factors. As a proof of concept, the designed unified architecture has adopted features from IEEE 42010-standard, Siemens’ Four View Model, Protocol Translator and Key Attribute Value table architecture style, and used Unified Modeling Language (UML) in its design visualization.

Currently, modern social technologies are used by hundreds of millions of users, are available free of charge, attractive and interesting. The article discusses the possibility of the use of social networks to improve e-learning institution of higher education. Considering the large amount of information disseminated by university students on the social network, it is proposed to use methods of data clustering - k-means (k-means) in the article, to personalize the content of educational materials. The results of the research can be used by teachers and instructors of higher education institutions to improve the content of the e-course and personalize e-learning.

The study creates collaborative learning environments with Mind Map, Blog and Wiki based on the curriculum named learning science and technology. Participants are 117 college students from Ningbo University. Case study and Questionnaires reveal using new technologies can support collaborative learning for them and improve their collaborative awareness and capability. In addition, learning technologies brings about the cognitive load in the learning process so that collaborative learning is not deep enough.

Gross Domestic Product is one of the most important economic indicators of the country and its positive or negative growth indicates the economic development of the country. It is calculated quarterly and yearly at the end of the financial year. The GDP growth of India has seen fluctuations from last few decades after independence and reached as high as 10.25 in 2010 and declined to low of -5.23 in 1979. The GDP growth has witnessed a continuous decline in the past five years, taking it from 8.15 in 2015 to 1.87 in 2020.The lockdown imposed in the country to curb the spread of COVID-19 has caused massive slowdown in the economy of the country by affecting all major contributing sectors of the GDP except agricultural sector. To keep on track on the GDP growth is one of the parameters for deciding the economic policies of the country. In this study, we are analyzing and forecasting the GDP growth using the time series forecasting techniques Prophet and Arima model. This model can assist policy makers in framing policies or making decisions.

It is essential to classify the reports of heart patients into correct subclasses to lower fatality rate. Over the years, Data mining classification and prediction approaches has been used extensively for disease prediction. This paper comes out with the compilation, analysis as well as comparative study of numerous classification approaches used for predictive analysis of several diseases. The goal of the survey is to provide a comprehensive review of the work done on disease prediction using different classification approaches in data mining.

We have studied the design method of wind power generator vanes. And on the basis of the whole structure’s analysis, we have simplified its structure by studying aerodynamics. We can consider the simplified continuous structure into the combined body which constructed by many finite units which are only connected by means of finite nodes. We have built rigidity equation for every unit firstly on the basis of unit analysis. Then we have gotten the whole structure’s equilibrium equation by combing all units. We have solved the equation by introducing boundary conditions. So we have gotten the approximate solution. During the process of solving, we have mainly studied the analyzing finite element method which based on computer.
