The most important trends and principles of modern linguistics

The article is devoted to the new linguistic trends of the late 20th and early 21st century. The sources of these trends, the prospects of their further development, the subjects of research, and the problems are the subject of the study. In the article the main trends and principles of the modern linguistics are identified and described. These are integrative, anthropocentric, communicative, dialogical, discursive, culturocentric, interest in deep knowledge of the language, they interact even in one study.

The neurowave method as a body-oriented approach in dealing with psychoemotional blocks

The article is devoted to the study of the practical effectiveness of the «Neurowave» method as a body-oriented approach to working with psycho-emotional blocks. The relevance of the research is determined by the need to find tools that allow working with the deep, non-verbalized consequences of chronic stress, childhood trauma and suppressed emotions, which are fixed in the body in the form of muscle clamps and dysfunctional patterns of the nervous system. Unlike analytical methods, the Neurowave method focuses on direct bodily experience as a way to access and transform these blocks. The purpose of the study was to describe the mechanisms and results of the practical application of the method. The main content of the work reveals the step-by-step procedural model of the «Neurowave»: the gentle introduction of the client into a state of deep relaxation and meditative consciousness, focusing on internal bodily sensations and the subsequent activation of spontaneous discharge processes through impulses and touches. The key principle is not intellectual analysis, but direct somatic living and releasing blocked tension. The results obtained, based on practical experience, indicate that the Neurovolna method promotes deep relaxation of the nervous system, somatic response to suppressed emotions, and restoration of natural sensitivity and body integrity. It is concluded that this approach is an effective tool for working with those layers of psychotraumatic experience that are inaccessible to verbal psychotherapy, since the transformation occurs at the level of direct bodily experience, bypassing cognitive interpretations.

The article reveals the prospect of developing a hybrid education ecosystem for Siberian Transport University (Novosibirsk). To achieve this goal, foreign experience and approaches to the development of modern education ecosystems are studied considering the application of variable technological solutions - from electronic learning environments and multimedia to Artificial Intelligent assistants. Based on the results of research analysis, have been summarised pros and cons of hybrid education environments’ implementation, the concept of a hybrid education ecosystem is proposed, which appears to be quite universal for industry-related technical universities.

The article takes up the experience of New Zealand and Australia in prohibitions and restrictions on the export and import of certain categories of goods. Each category of goods is classified in a particular group depending on the objectives the countries are using these measures for (conservation of certain animal species, protection of environment, preservation of cultural values, etc.). A special procedure is provided for transportation of drugs. It also contains the details of the prohibitions and restrictions on import and export of certain categories of Russian goods.

This study was conducted to find out the correlation between the personality traits (Extraversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Emotional Stability, Openness to Experiences) and Communal Orientation among Afghan and Indian students. The results of the study found out that there is a significant positive correlation between emotional stability, agreeableness with communal orientation among Afghan and Indian students. The results also showed that there is a significant negative correlation between communal orientation and openness to experience among Afghan and Indian students. The result further presented that there is a significant negative correlation between communal orientations and extraversion among Afghan students. However, there is no significant correlation between communal orientation and extraversion among Indian students. The results also showed that there is no significant correlation between communal orientation and conscientiousness among Afghan students. However, there is significant positive correlations between communal orientation and conscientiousness among Indian students.

The reverse translation from English to DNA: how to encrypt messages in the genome

The year 2010 was significant for biology in the light of complete artificial synthesis of genome and its transplantation, which was realized in the Craig Venter institute, Rockville, Maryland. A research group, led by Nobel laureate H. O. Smith, J.C. Venter and C.A. Hutchison, transplanted a de novo synthesized chromosome of Mycoplasma mycoides into Mycoplasma capricolum. In order to verify the success of the experiment, the donor genome was edited by inserting the nucleotide sequence of four watermarks into different loci of the genome, antibiotic resistance gene and lacZ gene. Thus, the efficiency of transplantation could be evaluated using three approaches: 1. Control sequencing of the synthetic genome and identification of watermarks. 2. Testing viability of bacterial culture, treating their growth medium with antibiotics. 3. Turning the colony bright blue in the presence of an organic compound X-gal, metabolizing by a product of the lacZ gene. These three approaches confirmed success in transplantation, proclaiming that the first ever species was created by human. The linguistic interest of this great scientific breakthrough lies in watermarks, which were inserted into the donor genome. Each additional sequence encodes a message in English. In this light, the transplantation of de novo synthesized chromosome into the living cells became the first ever precedent where the human language has been translated to the language of nucleic acids. The aim of this study is to biologically and linguistically analyze the adaptation of the English alphabet to a genetic code, which is the first ever trial to encode a formally non-biologic information into a living cell, mapping the loci of watermarks and deciphering encoded data.

This article is devoted to the issue of the influence of globalization and the ever-growing influence of the English language on the speech of young people and the appearance of Anglicisms in their language. In our turbulent age, the flow of new ideas, things, information, technologies require a clear and capacious name for objects and phenomena, makes us use already existing foreign names in the language, and not expect the creation of original words. The scientific, technical, military, financial, banking, sports and even cultural vocabulary around the world is striving for internationalization. The craving for scientific progress, for civilization is reflected in the language. Discussing the current situation, many philologists and linguists note that the intensity of borrowing foreign vocabulary has reached enormous proportions. Of particular concern is the fact that borrowed words from English slang and their derivatives are increasingly common in everyday speech of young people. It is easier for young people to express their thoughts and feelings through the means of a foreign language. People around you do not always understand what teenagers or students are talking about. They speak a different language of their generation. This article was written as a part of a scientific project which is financed by Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University.

The Parliamentary Forum, held alongside the Third United Nations Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries (LLDC3), represented a critical platform for strengthening regional political integration and legislative development in Central Asia and neighboring regions. This article examines the Forum’s contribution to regional political dialogue, legislative harmonization, and the expansion of parliamentary oversight in the context of the Awaza Programme of Action (2024-2034). Drawing on official UN documents, academic literature and comparative analysis, the study highlights the emerging role of parliaments as key actors in advancing sustainable development, democratic accountability and legal cooperation. The findings demonstrate that parliamentary engagement is indispensable for consolidating stability, promoting trust among states, and laying the institutional foundations for long-term regional integration.

The role of the main social institutions in shaing the entrepreneurial motivation

According to sociological research, which were held in 2013 and in 2014 years among economically active citizens of Russia the desire to be an entrepreneur have expressed 2,6% citizens. Intensity of entrepreneurial orientation among economically active citizens, has right link with economic efficiency of country. From the point of view of the author such trends originate in history of Russia, specific features system of general education and specific features of other social institutions, that long time determined a lot of spheres life of Russian citizens, begin from work collectives and ending private life. The article says, that basic defect of such social institutions it is in concentration not on the potential of person and strong her said, and weaknesses and reveal mistakes after than inexorably followed by punitive sanctions. Such traditional formed over lot of decades and made several generations with low tolerance to risk management and motivation on the avoidance of failures. At the end of the article spells out the main conclusions that can be taken into account within the framework of adjustment programs in the process of reaching reforms of general and vocational education system of Russia.
