Study of pumping stations in Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic

Reconstruction of reclamation and irrigation systems, construction of modern hydrotechnical facilities are kept in mind in the autonomous republic. Improving soil water supply contributes to high productivity in agriculture and food security, the demand is met by local production. In accordance with the Action Plan on increasing the fertility of agricultural lands in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, works in this area are being continued, new pumping stations are being built, and land plots are being cultivated.

Study on the incidence of various sheep diseases and its rearing status in Kapisa province

Kapisa is the province of Afghanistan which is located in the north part of Afghanistan. North area of the Afghanistan is very suitable for sheep rearing and grazing because it has normal and warm climate condition. Regarding to this study in Kapisa province, there were no major activities have been researched which has related to sheep rearing status, breeding and diseases incidence, so in this study, we had evaluated sheep rearing status, conditions and its diseases incidence in Kapisa province, in order to promote and raise the technical skills of farmers to provide for their herd and know them about suitable place, hygiene and prevention of diseases and give them information about quality production. Data and information’s included to this study were estimated and collected by three (observation, interview and distribution of questionnaires) methods. In observing method we had observed sheep rearing status in four seasons of the year and in the interview method we had gotten reports from the relevant animal health clinics and 50 livestock families in 10 large villages of Kapisa province, which were randomly selected and distributed through questionnaires related to sheep rearing condition and disease incidence, data and information were collected and analyzed by statistical method. According to the results of this research, sheep rearing is carried out in a rudimentary and non-technical way in Kapisa Province. So the way of rearing sheep is mainly for reproduction and serving life (expansionary and multiplicative). Usually all of the ranchers did not know about hygiene and diseases control, according to the reports of Animal Health Clinics, there were 24% of ranchers faced with contagious Caprine pleuropneumonia (CCPP) in their herds. Also the incidence of external parasites were 20%, internal parasites were 17%, FMD morbidity rate were 15%, sheep Pox were 10.66 %, foot rot inflammation 7.66% and other diseases, especially metabolic diseases were 5.33% had been reported from Animal clinics. The main obstacles to the status of sheep rearing in Kapisa are the lack of production and supply of quality food in winter, lack awareness of ranchers about the management and maintenance of sheep technical rearing systems, Insufficient and suitable rearing place for sheep herds in winter, weak economy of ranchers, lack of government attention to the services of veterinary preventions, supports and Absence of stable markets for productions.

Surgical 3D navigation templates in immediate dental implant: effectiveness of application

Treatment of edentulism has always been relevant, but the requirements for treatment techniques constantly grow. A few decades ago it was sufficient to compensate the defect of a missing tooth, currently it is necessary to perform prosthetics adequately, aesthetically, atraumatically and promptly. To solve all these problems, modern computer techniques are increasingly being used in dentistry nowadays. The use of 3D printers, intraoral scanners and new treatment options allows performing prosthetics in the area of a missing tooth on the day of extraction [1; 2]. Our study demonstrates that treatment of edentulism using tooth extraction and immediate dental implant technique has a number of advantages compared to the classical two-stage technology. In addition, the use of a 3D surgical navigation template significantly improves the accuracy of implant positioning, which leads to reduced complications.

For investment management, an analytical system and method are available that allow analyzing, planning, modeling and evaluating the investment process within a separate project (start-up) or a company, taking into account the impact of random investment risks and uncertainty. The computer method using mathematical and simulation modeling of the investment process allows, using the input data entered by the user, to calculate financial outflows and inflows for the investment period, determine the optimal volume of investments, predict the number of customers and the company's capital. The user can apply the coefficients of variation to the numerical values used in the calculation phase. This allows you to quickly and easily simulate different scenarios for the development of the company and make effective decisions.

Strategic programs and plans of production of the science consuming items are implemented by industrial enterprises of different branches of Russian economics. Most such programs and plans have been approved at the level of relevant ministries and agencies and have been agreed with the Government of Russia. Naturally, results obtained in the course of its implementation, as well as revealed problems year by year attract more and more attention from governing organs of enterprises, the directorship of branch ministries and agencies, the Government of the country, as well as from socially active citizens. Main efforts, referred to the implementation of strategic programs and of plans of production of science consuming items, are directed to the formation of fundamental bases for the development of the industrial potential of Russian economics. For the purpose of the active involvement of regions in entities of the Russian Federation in the solution of this task was created the extensive industrial infrastructure. In comparison with the year 2012 the number of regional industrial parks (RIP) has increased in 4 times. Nowadays in the territory of such 110 RIP are functioning more than 2,5 thousands of Russian and foreign industries. More than 3 thousands of other companies are releasing high technology production in 45 industrial technical parks. Mentioned measures, as well as some other ones have contributed to the prompt solution of the task of the increase of production of high technologic items. During last 5-6 years this trend has shown a range of positive results. Anyway, its existence keeps on the acuteness of the evaluation of the efficiency of spending of provided funds and of the implementation of several measure within frames of strategic programs and plans. This article will offer the system of indices, which can be used for the solution of the studied problem.

Teaching clinical disciplines to foreign students: bilingual training in medical universities

The article discusses principal issues of teaching basic and clinical disciplines to foreign students in medical universities of Russia. Currently, in almost all Russian universities foreign students English is the mediun of classroom instruction. The export of medical education to foreign countries is acquiring a promising direction of development in the field of providing medical education in the educational services market. However, methodological and material support, training of teachers who speak a foreign language as an intermediary, as well as the difficulty of communicating in clinical departments with direct communication with patients, contribute to the learning process. In addition, there are certain differences in the approaches and principles of teaching various disciplines between domestic and foreign schools, which requires the release of textbooks and teaching aids in English at a medical university.

A definition or synonym was given to every linguistic unit under study. The modifiers frequently used in preposition to the obsolete words were analyzed in British and American English. The semantic structure of the material involved four parameters: person, artifact, action, and time.

The article analyzes the structure of the concept of "child" in the English and Kyrgyz pictures of the world according to the associative experiment. The similarity of the nuclear zone of the concept is revealed, which confirms its high universal value. It also gives a linguistic and cultural description of the paremic material of the Kyrgyz and English languages, which consolidated the knowledge and ideas about the child, his ties with his parents and their relationships. An attempt is made to organize proverbs and sayings in the paremiological field in order to identify the cognitive features of the concept under study.

The description of linguistic components of the discourse

The analysis of theoretical and practical material describes explicit macrostructures as the components of linguistic meanings of the discourse. Consequently, the explicit macroproposition of discourse, we mean a statement that is the result of a cognitive-semantic operation. The appeal to explicit macropropositions, organized by the author's efforts into explicit macrostructures, provides a relatively rare opportunity to trace how semantic, pragmatic and referential basses are realized into macrostructures of discourse. When working with explicit macrostructures, we get the opportunity to operate not with hypothetical cognitive-semantic units, but with explicit units clothed in syntactic structures. The material of research was the text of the English writer Jerome K. Jerome "Three Men in a Boat: To Say Nothing of the Dog!" This story includes the sequences of explicit macro-propositions, combined into macrostructures in each chapters of the text.

Process of adaptation of exchange students influence their involvement in educational procedures and social communication. The effectiveness of adaptation of students and their expectation compared to real situation affect their perceptions of the country they visit. The paper concerns the importance of obtaining professional English for the practice of a doctor, especially an infectious disease specialist. The language barrier is an obstacle that must be overcome through working English. Knowing professional medical English allows presenting the results of scientific research to the international medical community in the form of an article or report. The aim of our study was to prove that English is the leading language in the field of infectious diseases and the current coverage of COVID 19. In the course of the study, we analyzed the quantity of publications in English on several infectious diseases that are a global problem around the world. For the search, we used an international database PubMed with open access. In the course of our work, we have confirmed that the vast majority of medical articles on infectious diseases that are important for the whole world, such as malaria, typhoid fever and the new covid-19 coronavirus infection, are published in English. In this way, we have confirmed the role of English as the international language of science.
