Prospects for the development of transformational creative tourism

The study explores the potential of developing transformative creative tourism in Azerbaijan as a new and promising form of tourism that responds to the evolving needs of modern travelers. The research highlights that while Azerbaijan possesses diverse tourism resources, existing activities remain seasonally and geographically concentrated, creating socioeconomic imbalances. The article examines the concepts of transformation and transformative learning, explaining how tourism can serve as a medium for deep, long-lasting personal change. It then analyzes the relationship between creative and transformative tourism and introduces the concept of “transformative creative tourism,” which integrates cultural participation with personal development. Practical examples, including the Chenot Palace Health Wellness Hotel in Gabala, demonstrate the applicability of this approach in Azerbaijan. The authors conclude that transformative creative tourism, based on the country’s rich cultural heritage and creative potential, can promote individual well-being while generating economic, social, and cultural benefits for sustainable tourism development.

This article examines the role of psychotherapy in reducing sick leave costs and associated expenses caused by psycho-emotional factors such as stress, depression, and anxiety disorders. The relationships between employees' mental health, their productivity, and the economic burden associated with temporary loss of work ability are explored. Data from scientific studies demonstrating the effectiveness of psychotherapy in the prevention and treatment of mental disorders are analyzed. Successful case studies of companies where psychotherapy helped significantly reduce the number of sick leaves and enhance the economic stability of organizations are discussed.

Radiomics for diagnostic process and comprehensive treatment in glioblastoma: clinical case

The paper highlights diagnostic and therapeutic options for glioblastoma. Glioblastoma is known to be a neuroepithelial malignant with an aggressive clinical course and extremely adverse prognosis. It is pointed out that contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is the “gold standard” in glioblastoma diagnostics. Special attention is paid to radiomics that presents a multi-stage process involving image acquisition and pre-processing, segmentation, feature extraction and selection, and advanced statistics using machine learning algorithms. The aim of the study is to investigate objective numerical control options of pathological process dynamics and monitoring of the comprehensive glioblastoma treatment effectiveness in a particular patient according to the informative parameters of MR-images. Primary confirmation of objectifying diagnostic and treatment process in patient with glioblastoma according to the indicated statistical parameters of T2-weighted images was obtained. Further research should be aimed at the use of radiomics for planning, monitoring treatment of glioblastoma, predicting clinical outcomes.

One of the main reasons for borrowing as a phenomenon was the process of globalization, which caused an unprecedented convergence of countries and peoples at the turn of the century. The reasons for borrowing words from English into Kyrgyz are considered. One of the reasons for the borrowing and use of English words is the development of American culture in the country. The use of anglicisms is due to idealization of American life.

SARS-CoV-2 и мужская репродуктивная система: механизмы, последствия и сопутствующие факторы

В статье рассматривается строение вируса SARS-CoV-2, который обладает белками в виде шипов, напоминающие корону. Данные шипы расщепляются и с помощью субъединиц, из которых они состоят происходит прикрепление к рецептору ACE II и дальнейшее проникновение в клетку. В статье затронуты именно сперматозоиды и мужская репродуктивная система, которые подвергаются действию вируса SARS-CoV-2, так как имеют рецепторы на своей поверхности. За счёт попадания вируса в половую систему нарушаются процессы сперматогенеза, появляются разрывы в ДНК, нарушается фертильность клеток, что в конечном итоге может служить причиной бесплодия.

The article is an analysis and summary of the problems of foreign language teaching in rural areas. The author points out that a rural school is not only an institution of general education, but also a source of the well-being of the country, of stability, of the basic development of the society and of the spirituality of the people.

This research paper presents clinical and clinical-functional examination and treatment data of 250 children with congenital vascular malformations (haemangiomas), aged less than 5 years, from 2018 to 2023. It is worth noting that Of the total number of patients with congenital haemangiomas, boys were 75 (40%) and girls were 1.5 times more - 175 (60%). Obviously, most of the patients with congenital haemangiomas were children under 3 years of age. A part of patients with haemangiomas (14 people - 22.4%) before admission to the clinic received preliminary treatment including X-ray therapy, hormone therapy and surgical treatment, which turned out to be ineffective. The size of vascular masses varied from small to large in area and different in shape. Most of the masses had a regular rounded shape. A smaller part of the sample (6%) were large defects up to 6 cm2 and a larger part were defects up to 1 cm2 (64%). Among the observed patients, non-resident patients (41-65%) predominated, who mostly had defects up to 3 cm2 (30%), 38.4% had combined lesions of several anatomical areas. In 24 patients (38.4%) there was a combined lesion of several different anatomical areas, which significantly complicated the treatment, but was not a contraindication to its performance. This study shows practical experience based on the use of alternative modern methods of treatment, which is extremely relevant in a situation where the number of patients with this malformation is increasing every year, especially among children. The aim of the study is to acquaint the general public of scientists to the study of this issue, as well as to familiarise with our practical experience, which, as we believe, makes a certain contribution to the development of medical sciences, namely in the treatment of hemangiomas.

This article is a brief theoretical review of the main techniques for monitoring the loyalty of the company's personnel. Realising the elements of internal marketing, modern companies face the problem of monitoring personnel loyalty. The scientific discourse has developed various quantitative and qualitative methods to identify this phenomenon. The article overlooks expensive research methods such as creating focus groups, conducting in-depth interviews, modelling conflicts, and others. Application of this or that questionnaire requires refinement from the personnel service of each organisation, taking into account the specifics of its functioning.

Significance of effective communication in healthcare and its implications for EMP syllabus design

It seems that unprecedented attention is devoted to communication skills training in medical education nowadays. It has become one of the central components of undergraduate medical curricula as well as the focus of a range of medical communication skills courses outside the curriculum. Notably, the development of medical communication skills is also becoming one of the core elements of English for Medical Purposes (EMP) syllabuses today. The aim of this paper is to present a discussion of health communication, its significance in medical care and its relevance in the context of EMP training. It attempts to determine why effective communication skills are necessary in the practice of healthcare nowadays and why medical communication should be included in the medical English syllabus.
