Escrow accounts as a new transaction instrument

The article deals with the modern instrument of transactions - escrow account taking into account its development in the real estate market. The result of using the escrow system is researched. The main tasks are to consider the escrow mechanism of accounts and comparing it with other banking instruments. The research includes the study of the consequences of the transition to a new system in the real estate market. Advantages and disadvantages of using escrow accounts are defined.

Nowadays, many enterprises of various sectors of the economy actively use modern information systems and innovative software products to gain additional competitive advantages and strengthen their positions in international markets. The quality of the development of information systems and innovative software products plays a decisive role in the successful solution of these tasks. The article clarifies the definition of the concept of "quality" of an innovative software product, defines the composition of requirements for the main functional quality indicators. The analysis of factors influencing the choice of metrics and scales, as well as methods suitable for measuring quantitative and qualitative quality indicators and the formation of a multi-criteria expert system for evaluating the quality of innovative software products is carried out. It is established that at present there is no universal multi-criteria expert system for evaluating the quality of innovative software products. It is proposed to develop an individual multi-criteria expert system to assess the quality of a specific innovative software product, which takes into account all the requirements for quality indicators. At the same time, the resulting assessment of the quality of an innovative software product will be an integral indicator determined on the basis of calculating the values of the entire complex of functional indicators.

In the article, the author presents scientific and theoretical approaches to the concept of "competitiveness". The factors influencing the competitiveness of the enterprise of Kazakhstan are systematized, which allowed to divide them into external and internal, as well as to reveal each factor depending on the impact. The author also considers ways to increase the competitiveness of domestic enterprises in modern economic conditions. It is noted that the steady growth of the competitiveness of companies in Kazakhstan can be ensured only under the condition of long-term, continuous improvement of the quality management system.

The article deals with the current state of the world textile market. The analysis showed that rapid access to the textile markets of developed countries is mainly carried out by national companies that are integrated into the global textile industry. In the article, the author investigated some features of the production activity of light industry enterprises: the structure of the industry, the application and consumption of light industry products, factors of placement of light industry enterprises. Areas of application and consumption of light industry products are described. In conclusion, recommendations for improving the technological cycle in the textile industry are given.

Forecasting the effectiveness of methods for managing the income potential of regional budgets

In the conditions of multidirectional influence of positive and negative investment factors the impossibility of creating fundamentally new methods for managing the incomes of regional budgets determines the current objectives of correction of the income potential of the regions. The key objectives are to equalize the innovative provision of budgets and optimize the economic risks of their innovative development. The purpose of the research is to build a theoretical model for achieving maximum innovative efficiency of the methods for managing the incomes of regional budgets selected according to the established criterion. On the example of Vladimir and Ivanovo regions with the use of this model the forecast trends in the development of the income potential of regional budgets arising as a result of the application of the selected methods are revealed. The practical significance of the theoretical model as the main result of this study consists in the expediency of its application in the development of a unified strategy for equalizing the income potential of regional budgets.

The passing of foreign investment law in 12/1987 have created a legal constrain which enables foreign investing in Vietnam. After 30 years, Foreign investment in general and foreign direct investment in particular have shown an active role in Vietnam's economic and social growth and development. Specifically: Foreign investment contributes to boosting economic growth, improving the efficiency of using domestic investment resources; Foreign investment promotes economic restructuring in the direction of industrialization and modernization; Foreign investment creates jobs, enhances the quality of human resources and changes the structure of labor. In this article, we assess the activities of attracting foreign direct investment (FDI) in Vietnam, the forecast of Vietnam's FDI from 2018-2020, to attract and use effectively FDI capital in the coming time.

The article examines the role of intuitive digital interfaces in the formation of customer loyalty in the banking sector under conditions of increasing competition and the growth of remote service channels. The multidimensional nature of loyalty is analyzed, including repeated service usage and affective-evaluative components related to trust, satisfaction, and willingness to recommend a product. It is emphasized that the quality of navigation, the predictability of user journeys, and the transparency of transaction statuses reduce cognitive load and improve the controllability of interaction. Special attention is paid to the operationalization of loyalty factors through measurable parameters of digital quality: end-to-end performance, standardized error handling, correctness of data and statuses, observability (logs, metrics, tracing), and the maturity of incident and release management.
