Modeling the results of factor analysis in the corporate financial management system

In this study, the author makes an attempt to model the impact of key factors for the construction industry on the profitability and prospects for the development of a corporate entity in general. Factor decomposition, as a method of modeling, was chosen by the author due to the universality of the analysis of factors of the external conjuncture and for subsequent ranking. The result of the study was a model representation of the influence of factors on the volume of financing of a construction project based on the forecasting of incoming and outgoing transactions in the context of the financial management system.

Modern approach to effective management resources of Russian gas industry enterprises

In modern geopolitical conditions, economic growth and sustainable development of gas companies and the gas industry as a whole is directly related to the intensification of production aimed at resource conservation and increasing resource efficiency. The object of the study is the Russian gas industry, including its constituent large companies and segments of gas production, processing and transportation. PJSC NOVATEK was accepted as the "gas production" segment, JSC SIBUR as the "gas processing" segment and PJSC Gazprom as the "gas pipeline transport" segment. The paper analyzes the current state and level of development of gas companies, which showed that companies do not see a holistic efficiency in their development, can not develop a set of measures covering all areas of development of their activities and determine the sustainable state, and do not use modern methods and tools to assess and predict the effectiveness of their activities. In the study, the author proposes an economic and mathematical model and a method of complex assessment of resource efficiency indicators as a predictive tool. A resource-efficient option based on the implementation of companies ' own development strategies is considered. The calculation of efficiency indicators was carried out by segments: production, processing, transportation of gas.

This article describes some approaches to improving the activities of basketball clubs that can be attributed to modern for this industry. Procedures for introducing modern tools are presented in terms of existing basketball clubs. Arithmetic formula for calculating economic efficiency is presented subject to the implementation of an digital project in the marketing activities of a basketball club.

Monetary policy development trends in the US federal reserve system

The article discusses the main stages and trends in the development of the monetary policy of the US Federal Reserve for the period from the 50s of the last century to the present. The methods and tools used by the Federal Reserve System in various periods of the American economy are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the modification of the strategic and tactical goals of monetary policy. It is shown that in the conditions of the global financial crisis of 2008-2009 the classic monetary policy instruments previously used by Federal Reserve System did not give the desired result, as a result of which the Federal Reserve System developed a non-standard solution - a program of quantitative easing - the purchase of financial assets, which was called LSAP (Large-scale Asset Purchase). It is concluded that, in general, the economic situation in the US economy in recent years has remained favorable largely due to the fact that the Federal Reserve System is quickly adjusting its policy and constantly revising its forecast for basic economic growth rates.

Financial stability and financial state of the company are tested using dynamic norms method. The method enables analysis using various indices. Indices then are ranged and compared with the normal range. Based on the violations of normal expected ranges, the conclusion is made on whether the company holds fixed position in the market.

The article is devoted to the issues of organization of activities in low-tax jurisdictions in the Russian tax practice. Under the conditions of constantly changing tax legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of preferential taxation there is a necessity of its detailed analysis in terms of existing restrictions and tax benefits provided to Russian companies. The article discusses in a comparative perspective two ways of organizing activities in low-tax jurisdictions, whose regulation is enshrined in the Russian tax code: controlled foreign companies (CFC) and residence in special administrative regions (SAR). The comparative characteristics presented by the author allow to determine the attractiveness and feasibility of using each of the regimes by Russian companies.

Paper or digital: which security should a business choose?

The article reveals the topic of data security in the context of the choice between paper and digital form. The author tries to explain the advantages and disadvantages of both approaches, citing specific examples from various industries and analyzing the risks and benefits for business. Real-world implementations of both paper and digital security are discussed, including their impact on operational processes and financial costs. The author states that each security system has its own unique strengths and weaknesses. In particular, paper security emphasizes the importance of physical security and legal acceptability, while digital security emphasizes speed of access, efficiency of data management, and the ability to withstand physical disasters. Thus, the author concludes that the optimal solution for most companies may be a hybrid approach that combines the best elements of both paper and digital security to ensure maximum data protection in the modern business environment.

Pest-анализ в системе стратегического маркетингового анализа

В статье представлена сущность PEST-анализа как одного из основных инструментов стратегического анализа внешней среды функционирования организаций. Методика PEST-анализа апробирована на сельскохозяйственных организациях Зерноградского района Ростовской области. По результатам оценки построена матрица PEST-анализа, позволяющая выявить влияние положительных и негативных факторов макросреды функционирования сельскохозяйственных организаций. Среди наиболее значимых отрицательных PEST-факторов выделены социальные факторы, обусловившие сокращение численности сельского населения, и технологические факторы, связанные с несвоевременным обновлением материально-технической базы сельскохозяйственных предприятий и высокой степенью ее износа.
