The article describes the organization of accounting in joint ventures on the basis of international standards and the analysis of issues related to its role in attracting investment to Uzbekistan. Based on the results of the analysis, the main sources and directions of investment are projected to increase due to private investment (including public-private partnership). Studies of such a topic as investment records and the evaluation of the influence of direct foreign investments (DFI) and of referred effects on the economics of receiving countries for more than fifty years attract the attention of foreign and Russian economists. Numerous scientific works have developed a range of theories, disclosing different approaches to the solution of this problem, as well as offer various mathematic instruments. It has been expressed through the formation of a complex of econometric models, used for the evaluation and taking into consideration the influence of DFI on the economics of receiving countries. The mentioned circumstance confirms the high topicality of the considered subject. Quite a number of theoretic approaches and models have been developed by national economists. As a rule, all of them have got its preferences and shortages, which should be considered at the selection of such or such approach and model for the evaluation and recording of the DFI in each certain case. It seems obvious that with such a choice it is necessary to base on a determined combination of the group of factors, on which are based theories and models, developed by different economists. The main target of the work hereunder is to perform the comparative analysis of approaches and models, offered by national economists for the evaluation and recording of the DFI influence on the economics of receiving countries. As a result of the comparative analysis of approaches and models, offered by national economists for the evaluation and recording of the DFI influence on the economics of receiving countries it seems possible to obtain more substantiated evaluations of the potential DFI influence on the economics of receiving countries. Such evaluations will contribute to the more effective use of the DFI in order to increase rates of the economic growth in Russia as well.

Innovativeness as a determinant of enterprise competitiveness

The article analyses the issues related to the role of innovation in ensuring the competitiveness of the enterprise at the current stage of economic development. It is stated that the success of innovation activity of the company is based on the principle of permanence, which implies that each innovation should be supported by the subsequent one. The analysis of statistical data of internal costs of research and development in Russia for the period from 2012 to 2023 showed positive dynamics, however, the study of the distribution of these costs by Russian Federation subjects revealed the presence of a significant imbalance between the regions, which needs to be smoothed by conducting a competent state policy in the field of innovation activity. In conclusion, it is noted that the increase in expenditures on research and development, as well as further commercialisation of the obtained results should become a priority direction of strategic development of any enterprise.

Integration of digital identification systems into B2B service architectures

The article examines the architecture and integration practices of digital identification systems within B2B services, with a focus on interface compatibility, protocol standardization and operational reliability under high load. It analyzes the use of protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML and SCIM in combination with architectural approaches including REST, gRPC and GraphQL. The empirical component is based on case studies of integrating identification solutions into external B2B environments, including corporate channels, digital platforms and offline infrastructures. The importance of standardized API contracts and technical documentation is emphasized as a key factor in reducing onboarding time and increasing system robustness. The findings provide a substantiated framework for designing identification components in B2B service architectures with regard to requirements of reliability, interoperability and scalability.

This article substantiates the role of managerial and professional competencies of personnel in the formation of the intellectual capital of enterprises. Based on the example of a study of the managerial competencies of middle managers of one of the enterprises in the most dynamically developing area - digitalization of the economy (design, implementation and development of digital economy products), a new approach to assessing their existing level is proposed. Based on the results obtained, a brief analysis was carried out and recommendations were developed for transforming the structure of management competencies in order to determine the strengths and areas of development of competencies of middle managers, as well as building programs for their individual development.

This article aims to conduct an econometric assessment of the impact of individual macroeconomic variables on the dynamics of the index of herd behavior of commercial banks on the example of Russia. Based on the analysis of the data on the loan portfolio of commercial banks, the number of registered credit institutions in the Russian Federation, the number of Bank credit institutions with foreign participation in the capital, the dynamics of the refinancing rate and the key rate of the Bank of Russia, as well as the weighted average exchange rate of the ruble to the us dollar for the period from the first quarter of 2009 to the fourth quarter of 2018, using the autoregressive model with distributed lags (ARDL), we established, that the elasticity of the loan portfolios of the sample banks is in co-integration with the explanatory variables.

In article we considered crucial issues of a concept corruption and its main types and classification. Further in details provided analysis of economic and social problems which promote an emergence and a high level of corruption with its consequences in society in present conditions. Additionally we highlighted some indicators and acts concerning corruption and fight against its fundamental basics. As conclusion we gave some recommendations to reduce a corruption level to minimum in economic conditions of Uzbekistan.
