Influence of the personal transfers to economy of country delivering labour

The article examines the economic aspects of migration-related cross-border cash flows. Based on the comparative characteristics of migration, the authors attempt to assess the importance of migrant remittances for the economic status of developing countries. The article weighs the economic consequences of migration from a number of Central Asian countries, pointing to the need to develop and implement a unified interstate strategy in the field of migration to achieve synergies in managing labor resources.

Innovativeness as a determinant of enterprise competitiveness

The article analyses the issues related to the role of innovation in ensuring the competitiveness of the enterprise at the current stage of economic development. It is stated that the success of innovation activity of the company is based on the principle of permanence, which implies that each innovation should be supported by the subsequent one. The analysis of statistical data of internal costs of research and development in Russia for the period from 2012 to 2023 showed positive dynamics, however, the study of the distribution of these costs by Russian Federation subjects revealed the presence of a significant imbalance between the regions, which needs to be smoothed by conducting a competent state policy in the field of innovation activity. In conclusion, it is noted that the increase in expenditures on research and development, as well as further commercialisation of the obtained results should become a priority direction of strategic development of any enterprise.

This article substantiates the role of managerial and professional competencies of personnel in the formation of the intellectual capital of enterprises. Based on the example of a study of the managerial competencies of middle managers of one of the enterprises in the most dynamically developing area - digitalization of the economy (design, implementation and development of digital economy products), a new approach to assessing their existing level is proposed. Based on the results obtained, a brief analysis was carried out and recommendations were developed for transforming the structure of management competencies in order to determine the strengths and areas of development of competencies of middle managers, as well as building programs for their individual development.

In this article the main points of leasing transaction and obligations of each side were described. Besides that, the detailed analysis was made and in result the optimal formulas for counting a leasing payments was gathered. And also the main advantages in leasing development in Russia were highlighted.

This article aims to conduct an econometric assessment of the impact of individual macroeconomic variables on the dynamics of the index of herd behavior of commercial banks on the example of Russia. Based on the analysis of the data on the loan portfolio of commercial banks, the number of registered credit institutions in the Russian Federation, the number of Bank credit institutions with foreign participation in the capital, the dynamics of the refinancing rate and the key rate of the Bank of Russia, as well as the weighted average exchange rate of the ruble to the us dollar for the period from the first quarter of 2009 to the fourth quarter of 2018, using the autoregressive model with distributed lags (ARDL), we established, that the elasticity of the loan portfolios of the sample banks is in co-integration with the explanatory variables.

In article we considered crucial issues of a concept corruption and its main types and classification. Further in details provided analysis of economic and social problems which promote an emergence and a high level of corruption with its consequences in society in present conditions. Additionally we highlighted some indicators and acts concerning corruption and fight against its fundamental basics. As conclusion we gave some recommendations to reduce a corruption level to minimum in economic conditions of Uzbekistan.

It describes key approaches such as Value-at-Risk, stress testing, and scenario analysis, along with their application in times of economic instability. The study focuses on mathematical models that allow more accurate forecasting of potential losses and enhance business resilience. Theoretical and methodological foundations, as well as practical aspects of integrating quantitative methods into strategic company planning, are discussed. Particular attention is given to the integration of quantitative risk assessment models into corporate decision support systems, enabling the development of adaptive management strategies based on predictive data.

Mobile banking is a service provided by a bank or other financial institution that allows its customers to conduct financial transactions remotely using a mobile device such as a mobile phone or tablet. Transactions through mobile banking may include obtaining account balances and lists of latest transactions, electronic bill payments, and funds transfers between a customer's or another's accounts. In this paper, the author examines the dynamics of development, the current state and the role of mobile banking in the global payment system. Based on the results of the analysis, a number of measures aimed at the development of mobile banking in the Republic of Uzbekistan were proposed.

This study proposes a theoretical framework to explore the impact of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on customer brand commitment, mediated by perceived CSR and brand trust. The Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) theory and Social Identity Theory (SIT) provide the theoretical underpinnings for explaining how CSR initiatives influence customer perceptions and behaviors. The proposed model outlines five hypotheses: (1) CSR positively impacts brand commitment, (2) CSR positively influences perceived CSR, (3) CSR positively affects brand trust, (4) perceived CSR positively influences brand commitment, and (5) brand trust positively affects brand commitment. The findings of this study offer a conceptual framework for understanding how CSR drives brand commitment.

Modeling the results of factor analysis in the corporate financial management system

In this study, the author makes an attempt to model the impact of key factors for the construction industry on the profitability and prospects for the development of a corporate entity in general. Factor decomposition, as a method of modeling, was chosen by the author due to the universality of the analysis of factors of the external conjuncture and for subsequent ranking. The result of the study was a model representation of the influence of factors on the volume of financing of a construction project based on the forecasting of incoming and outgoing transactions in the context of the financial management system.

Modern approach to effective management resources of Russian gas industry enterprises

In modern geopolitical conditions, economic growth and sustainable development of gas companies and the gas industry as a whole is directly related to the intensification of production aimed at resource conservation and increasing resource efficiency. The object of the study is the Russian gas industry, including its constituent large companies and segments of gas production, processing and transportation. PJSC NOVATEK was accepted as the "gas production" segment, JSC SIBUR as the "gas processing" segment and PJSC Gazprom as the "gas pipeline transport" segment. The paper analyzes the current state and level of development of gas companies, which showed that companies do not see a holistic efficiency in their development, can not develop a set of measures covering all areas of development of their activities and determine the sustainable state, and do not use modern methods and tools to assess and predict the effectiveness of their activities. In the study, the author proposes an economic and mathematical model and a method of complex assessment of resource efficiency indicators as a predictive tool. A resource-efficient option based on the implementation of companies ' own development strategies is considered. The calculation of efficiency indicators was carried out by segments: production, processing, transportation of gas.

This article describes some approaches to improving the activities of basketball clubs that can be attributed to modern for this industry. Procedures for introducing modern tools are presented in terms of existing basketball clubs. Arithmetic formula for calculating economic efficiency is presented subject to the implementation of an digital project in the marketing activities of a basketball club.
