Leasing as a method of financing capital investments in Russia

An unusual form of financing investment is leasing - long -term lease of movable and immovable property. In this article the main points of leasing transaction and obligations of each side were described. Besides that, the detailed analysis was made and in result the optimal formulas for counting a leasing payments was gathered. And also the main advantages in leasing development in Russia were highlighted.

This article aims to conduct an econometric assessment of the impact of individual macroeconomic variables on the dynamics of the index of herd behavior of commercial banks on the example of Russia. Based on the analysis of the data on the loan portfolio of commercial banks, the number of registered credit institutions in the Russian Federation, the number of Bank credit institutions with foreign participation in the capital, the dynamics of the refinancing rate and the key rate of the Bank of Russia, as well as the weighted average exchange rate of the ruble to the us dollar for the period from the first quarter of 2009 to the fourth quarter of 2018, using the autoregressive model with distributed lags (ARDL), we established, that the elasticity of the loan portfolios of the sample banks is in co-integration with the explanatory variables.

In article we considered crucial issues of a concept corruption and its main types and classification. Further in details provided analysis of economic and social problems which promote an emergence and a high level of corruption with its consequences in society in present conditions. Additionally we highlighted some indicators and acts concerning corruption and fight against its fundamental basics. As conclusion we gave some recommendations to reduce a corruption level to minimum in economic conditions of Uzbekistan.

The article explores modern methods of quantitative analysis and forecasting of financial risks in corporate governance. It describes key approaches such as Value-at-Risk, stress testing, and scenario analysis, along with their application in times of economic instability. The study focuses on mathematical models that allow more accurate forecasting of potential losses and enhance business resilience. Theoretical and methodological foundations, as well as practical aspects of integrating quantitative methods into strategic company planning, are discussed. Particular attention is given to the integration of quantitative risk assessment models into corporate decision support systems, enabling the development of adaptive management strategies based on predictive data.

Mobile banking: advantages and disadvantages

Mobile banking is a service provided by a bank or other financial institution that allows its customers to conduct financial transactions remotely using a mobile device such as a mobile phone or tablet. Transactions through mobile banking may include obtaining account balances and lists of latest transactions, electronic bill payments, and funds transfers between a customer's or another's accounts. In this paper, the author examines the dynamics of development, the current state and the role of mobile banking in the global payment system. Based on the results of the analysis, a number of measures aimed at the development of mobile banking in the Republic of Uzbekistan were proposed.

This study proposes a theoretical framework to explore the impact of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on customer brand commitment, mediated by perceived CSR and brand trust. The Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) theory and Social Identity Theory (SIT) provide the theoretical underpinnings for explaining how CSR initiatives influence customer perceptions and behaviors. The proposed model outlines five hypotheses: (1) CSR positively impacts brand commitment, (2) CSR positively influences perceived CSR, (3) CSR positively affects brand trust, (4) perceived CSR positively influences brand commitment, and (5) brand trust positively affects brand commitment. The findings of this study offer a conceptual framework for understanding how CSR drives brand commitment.

Modeling the results of factor analysis in the corporate financial management system

In this study, the author makes an attempt to model the impact of key factors for the construction industry on the profitability and prospects for the development of a corporate entity in general. Factor decomposition, as a method of modeling, was chosen by the author due to the universality of the analysis of factors of the external conjuncture and for subsequent ranking. The result of the study was a model representation of the influence of factors on the volume of financing of a construction project based on the forecasting of incoming and outgoing transactions in the context of the financial management system.

Modern approach to effective management resources of Russian gas industry enterprises

In modern geopolitical conditions, economic growth and sustainable development of gas companies and the gas industry as a whole is directly related to the intensification of production aimed at resource conservation and increasing resource efficiency. The object of the study is the Russian gas industry, including its constituent large companies and segments of gas production, processing and transportation. PJSC NOVATEK was accepted as the "gas production" segment, JSC SIBUR as the "gas processing" segment and PJSC Gazprom as the "gas pipeline transport" segment. The paper analyzes the current state and level of development of gas companies, which showed that companies do not see a holistic efficiency in their development, can not develop a set of measures covering all areas of development of their activities and determine the sustainable state, and do not use modern methods and tools to assess and predict the effectiveness of their activities. In the study, the author proposes an economic and mathematical model and a method of complex assessment of resource efficiency indicators as a predictive tool. A resource-efficient option based on the implementation of companies ' own development strategies is considered. The calculation of efficiency indicators was carried out by segments: production, processing, transportation of gas.

This article describes some approaches to improving the activities of basketball clubs that can be attributed to modern for this industry. Procedures for introducing modern tools are presented in terms of existing basketball clubs. Arithmetic formula for calculating economic efficiency is presented subject to the implementation of an digital project in the marketing activities of a basketball club.

Monetary policy development trends in the US federal reserve system

The article discusses the main stages and trends in the development of the monetary policy of the US Federal Reserve for the period from the 50s of the last century to the present. The methods and tools used by the Federal Reserve System in various periods of the American economy are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the modification of the strategic and tactical goals of monetary policy. It is shown that in the conditions of the global financial crisis of 2008-2009 the classic monetary policy instruments previously used by Federal Reserve System did not give the desired result, as a result of which the Federal Reserve System developed a non-standard solution - a program of quantitative easing - the purchase of financial assets, which was called LSAP (Large-scale Asset Purchase). It is concluded that, in general, the economic situation in the US economy in recent years has remained favorable largely due to the fact that the Federal Reserve System is quickly adjusting its policy and constantly revising its forecast for basic economic growth rates.

The article is devoted to the issues of organization of activities in low-tax jurisdictions in the Russian tax practice. Under the conditions of constantly changing tax legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of preferential taxation there is a necessity of its detailed analysis in terms of existing restrictions and tax benefits provided to Russian companies. The article discusses in a comparative perspective two ways of organizing activities in low-tax jurisdictions, whose regulation is enshrined in the Russian tax code: controlled foreign companies (CFC) and residence in special administrative regions (SAR). The comparative characteristics presented by the author allow to determine the attractiveness and feasibility of using each of the regimes by Russian companies.
