The article describes the organization of accounting in joint ventures on the basis of international standards and the analysis of issues related to its role in attracting investment to Uzbekistan. Based on the results of the analysis, the main sources and directions of investment are projected to increase due to private investment (including public-private partnership). It is based on the fact that the attraction of investments in Uzbekistan depends in many respects on the fact that business entities conduct accounting and reporting in accordance with international standards.

Studies of such a topic as investment records and the evaluation of the influence of direct foreign investments (DFI) and of referred effects on the economics of receiving countries for more than fifty years attract the attention of foreign and Russian economists. Numerous scientific works have developed a range of theories, disclosing different approaches to the solution of this problem, as well as offer various mathematic instruments. It has been expressed through the formation of a complex of econometric models, used for the evaluation and taking into consideration the influence of DFI on the economics of receiving countries. The mentioned circumstance confirms the high topicality of the considered subject. Quite a number of theoretic approaches and models have been developed by national economists. As a rule, all of them have got its preferences and shortages, which should be considered at the selection of such or such approach and model for the evaluation and recording of the DFI in each certain case. It seems obvious that with such a choice it is necessary to base on a determined combination of the group of factors, on which are based theories and models, developed by different economists. The main target of the work hereunder is to perform the comparative analysis of approaches and models, offered by national economists for the evaluation and recording of the DFI influence on the economics of receiving countries. As a result of the comparative analysis of approaches and models, offered by national economists for the evaluation and recording of the DFI influence on the economics of receiving countries it seems possible to obtain more substantiated evaluations of the potential DFI influence on the economics of receiving countries. Such evaluations will contribute to the more effective use of the DFI in order to increase rates of the economic growth in Russia as well.

This article substantiates the role of managerial and professional competencies of personnel in the formation of the intellectual capital of enterprises. Based on the example of a study of the managerial competencies of middle managers of one of the enterprises in the most dynamically developing area - digitalization of the economy (design, implementation and development of digital economy products), a new approach to assessing their existing level is proposed. Based on the results obtained, a brief analysis was carried out and recommendations were developed for transforming the structure of management competencies in order to determine the strengths and areas of development of competencies of middle managers, as well as building programs for their individual development.

This article aims to conduct an econometric assessment of the impact of individual macroeconomic variables on the dynamics of the index of herd behavior of commercial banks on the example of Russia. Based on the analysis of the data on the loan portfolio of commercial banks, the number of registered credit institutions in the Russian Federation, the number of Bank credit institutions with foreign participation in the capital, the dynamics of the refinancing rate and the key rate of the Bank of Russia, as well as the weighted average exchange rate of the ruble to the us dollar for the period from the first quarter of 2009 to the fourth quarter of 2018, using the autoregressive model with distributed lags (ARDL), we established, that the elasticity of the loan portfolios of the sample banks is in co-integration with the explanatory variables.

Further in details provided analysis of economic and social problems which promote an emergence and a high level of corruption with its consequences in society in present conditions. Mobile banking is a service provided by a bank or other financial institution that allows its customers to conduct financial transactions remotely using a mobile device such as a mobile phone or tablet. Transactions through mobile banking may include obtaining account balances and lists of latest transactions, electronic bill payments, and funds transfers between a customer's or another's accounts. In this paper, the author examines the dynamics of development, the current state and the role of mobile banking in the global payment system. Based on the results of the analysis, a number of measures aimed at the development of mobile banking in the Republic of Uzbekistan were proposed.

Modern approach to effective management resources of Russian gas industry enterprises

In modern geopolitical conditions, economic growth and sustainable development of gas companies and the gas industry as a whole is directly related to the intensification of production aimed at resource conservation and increasing resource efficiency. The object of the study is the Russian gas industry, including its constituent large companies and segments of gas production, processing and transportation. PJSC NOVATEK was accepted as the "gas production" segment, JSC SIBUR as the "gas processing" segment and PJSC Gazprom as the "gas pipeline transport" segment. The paper analyzes the current state and level of development of gas companies, which showed that companies do not see a holistic efficiency in their development, can not develop a set of measures covering all areas of development of their activities and determine the sustainable state, and do not use modern methods and tools to assess and predict the effectiveness of their activities. In the study, the author proposes an economic and mathematical model and a method of complex assessment of resource efficiency indicators as a predictive tool. A resource-efficient option based on the implementation of companies ' own development strategies is considered. The calculation of efficiency indicators was carried out by segments: production, processing, transportation of gas.
