This article analyzes various approaches to the interpretation of philosophical texts. An attempt is made to identify the most general patterns of deciphering various scientific and artistic narratives. The effectiveness of the methodology of the humanities is reviewed in the context of the use of hermeneutic means in the reconstruction of meaning.

Рассмотрены особенности организации учебного процесса по дисциплине «Физическая культура» при введении фитнес-программ в учебный процесс. В эксперименте принимали участие 20 студенток. Занятия проводились по различным видам фитнес-программ. Установлено, что учебная дисциплина «Физическая культура» может быть расширена и дополнена с учетом регионально-территориальных, социокультурных, климатических факторов, особенностей подготовки профессиональных кадров, материально-технических условий.

How hard is it to come out in Russia?

Coming-out is a complex structure that requires psychological readiness. The study is devoted to the problem of the social attitude to individuals with non-traditional sexual orientation after the coming out. The article provides a content analysis of the interviews with the five respondents aged from 18 to 22 years old. The author comes to the conclusion that the coming-out and the response of the society have had an impact on the respondents’ wellbeing.

В статье рассмотрено появление и дальнейшее развитие инновационного и актуального способа финансирования стартап-проектов - ICO. Проведен небольшой сравнительный анализ двух форм привлечения инвестиций в стартапы - классического венчурного капитала и инновационного финансового инструмента - ICO. Сделан вывод о дальнейшей перспективности ICO, неугасающем и возрастающем интересе к нему, а также о постепенном формировании профессионального сообщества криптоинвесторов, в связи с более строгим регулированием рынка ICO многими государствами.

The article identifies the degrees of importance of psychological and physiological air traffic controllers in their successful professional activities is considered in this article. Results of the probationary stage of the research obtained by treating quantitative and qualitative values of their estimations of the importance of psychological and physiological factors of dispatchers of air traffic management in their successful professional activities are described and discussed. Complexities and limitations of the research are identified. Procedures for the improvement of the major part of the research are worked out. The ways for implementation of obtained results of the research are described.

Impact of modern technologies on learning English as a foreign language

Modern technologies have transformed English as a Foreign Language (EFL) learning by enhancing accessibility, interactivity, and personalization. Digital tools such as mobile apps, online platforms, and artificial intelligence provide learners with authentic materials, immediate feedback, and flexible learning environments. These innovations improve language skills, motivation, and global communication competence in diverse educational contexts. Using contemporary technologies to teach English as a second language is the focus of this paper. It gives some information about apps that can help English language learners enhance their technology-assisted skill learning. These apps include Duolingo, Mondly, Tandem, FluentU, Coursera, Hello talk that teach English online, Presentation software, electronic dictionaries, chat, and computer-assisted language learning programs learning video clips and listening to CD players. A case study was conducted to evaluate how average English language learners responded to employing technology in education and ends with some recommendations and suggestions.

This article is based on some of its physical and chemical properties in the assessment of the current ecological status of drinking water resources of Nukus city and Amudarya district of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. The article used mathematical formulas to compare the amount of chemicals in drinking water and to determine how its composition changes over the years.
