The risk can be caused by technogenic accidents, as well as occupational diseases and cause material damage. Risk assessment is a structured process that identifies ways to achieve goals, analyze the consequences and probabilities of events for making decisions about the need for risk treatment. This article describes one of the methods for risk assessment - Fain-Kinni method.

Prospects for the development of energy management systems in the Russian Federation

This article deals, an analysis was made of the state of the main problems in the energy sector. Modern methods of controlling generation, transportation and distribution of electric power were studied. The table of comparison of methods of the account of the electric power in Russia with some European countries is resulted. The structural scheme of intellectual metering of electric power is given. Next, intelligent grid networks (Smart Grid) were reviewed - modernized power supply networks using information and communication networks and technologies to collect information on production and consumption of energy.

Folklor motivlarining xalq oqinlari she’riyatidagi poetik o‘ziga xosligi, ramziy mazmuni va tarixiy voqealarni yoritishdagi vazifasi ochib berilgan. Oqinlarning ijodida folklor motivlaridan foydalanish orqali xalqning madaniy merosi, milliy qadriyatlari hamda ijtimoiy-tarixiy tajribasi qanday ifodalanganligi misollar orqali asoslangan. Shuningdek, maqolada folklor elementlarining milliy o‘zlikni saqlash, yosh avlod tarbiyasi hamda tarixiy ongni shakllantirishdagi muhim o‘rni ham ko‘rsatib o‘tilgan. Tadqiqot natijasida oqinlarning ijodiy merosidagi folklor motivlari nafaqat poetik obraz yaratish vositasi, balki xalqning ijtimoiy hayoti va tarixiy taraqqiyotini aks ettiruvchi muhim vosita ekanligi isbotlangan.

Created by a group of students quests-travel to places of military glory of Kaluga were tested on groups of Junior students of a number of Kaluga schools. Conversations with students, their teachers, parents, as well as conducted a survey of quest participants allowed students to verify the importance, necessity and timeliness of the developed and conducted activities.

The Yellow River basin in Inner Mongolia is an important part of the ecological barrier in northern Xinjiang, but in recent years, due to the influence of climate change and human activities, the instability and mutability of the Yellow River water resources have increased, and the water use contradiction has become prominent. Agriculture, as the main water industry in the Yellow River Basin, has a relatively low water resource utilization efficiency. Through analyzing the current situation of agricultural water resources utilization in the Yellow River Basin of Inner Mongolia in the past ten years, this study found the existing problems in the comprehensive and efficient utilization of agricultural water resources in the Yellow River Basin of Inner Mongolia, including strengthening agricultural water-saving irrigation and promoting the construction of high standard farmland. Strengthen water-saving technology transformation in irrigation district, and do a good job in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements; Construct a cascade water price system and popularize water-saving consciousness; Actively promote the conversion of water rights, strengthen the cooperation between agriculture and enterprises, and put forward solutions, trying to find a precise water-saving path in terms of improving the efficiency of agricultural water-saving irrigation, innovating key technologies for agricultural water-saving, and realizing the green development of water-saving agriculture. It provides scientific basis for sustainable and healthy development, rational and optimal allocation and orderly management of the Yellow River water resources in Inner Mongolia.

Many patients with community acquired pneumonia (CAP) are polymorbid and this requires a comprehensive evaluation of comorbid illnesses to determine the risk of unfavorable outcome of pneumonia. Aim: To evaluate the complex impact of comorbidity, assessed by Charlson Comorbidity Index (ССІ), on the severity and prognosis of CAP. Materials and Methods: 1292 patients hospitalized in the Clinic of Pneumonology and Phthisiatrics of MHAT “Saint Marina” - Varna were retrospectively studied for the period from 2012 to 2015. For each patient ССІ was calculated and patients were divided into three levels of comorbidity: low (ССІ=0); intermediate (ССІ=1-2) and high (ССІ≥3). The assessment of the severity of CAP was made according to PSI, CURB-65 and IDSA/ATS criteria. Results: Patients were at average age of 59,94±17,03, 57,2% of them were male. Anmerkung: Der folgende Artikel befasst sich mit dem Thema der russischen Sprache als Minderheitensprache. Zunächst unterscheidet der Autor jedoch zwischen Russisch, das unter den Einheimischen als Fremdsprache gesprochen wird, und Russisch, das als Sprache der russischsprachigen Minderheit in der Stadt gesprochen wird. Der Autor geht auch auf die Geschichte der russischen Sprache als Minderheitensprache ein, analysiert den aktuellen Stand der russischen Sprache und der russischsprachigen Minderheit. Am Ende des Artikels werden die Entwicklungstrends der russischen Sprache notiert.
