Prospects for the development of energy management systems in the Russian Federation

This article deals, an analysis was made of the state of the main problems in the energy sector. Modern methods of controlling generation, transportation and distribution of electric power were studied. The table of comparison of methods of the account of the electric power in Russia with some European countries is resulted. The structural scheme of intellectual metering of electric power is given. Next, intelligent grid networks (Smart Grid) were reviewed - modernized power supply networks using information and communication networks and technologies to collect information on production and consumption of energy.

Created by a group of students quests-travel to places of military glory of Kaluga were tested on groups of Junior students of a number of Kaluga schools. Conversations with students, their teachers, parents, as well as conducted a survey of quest participants allowed students to verify the importance, necessity and timeliness of the developed and conducted activities.

Many patients with community acquired pneumonia (CAP) are polymorbid and this requires a comprehensive evaluation of comorbid illnesses to determine the risk of unfavorable outcome of pneumonia. Aim: To evaluate the complex impact of comorbidity, assessed by Charlson Comorbidity Index (ССІ), on the severity and prognosis of CAP. Materials and Methods: 1292 patients hospitalized in the Clinic of Pneumonology and Phthisiatrics of MHAT “Saint Marina” - Varna were retrospectively studied for the period from 2012 to 2015. For each patient ССІ was calculated and patients were divided into three levels of comorbidity: low (ССІ=0); intermediate (ССІ=1-2) and high (ССІ≥3). The assessment of the severity of CAP was made according to PSI, CURB-65 and IDSA/ATS criteria. Results: Patients were at average age of 59,94±17,03, 57,2% of them were male. Anmerkung: Der folgende Artikel befasst sich mit dem Thema der russischen Sprache als Minderheitensprache. Zunächst unterscheidet der Autor jedoch zwischen Russisch, das unter den Einheimischen als Fremdsprache gesprochen wird, und Russisch, das als Sprache der russischsprachigen Minderheit in der Stadt gesprochen wird. Der Autor geht auch auf die Geschichte der russischen Sprache als Minderheitensprache ein, analysiert den aktuellen Stand der russischen Sprache und der russischsprachigen Minderheit. Am Ende des Artikels werden die Entwicklungstrends der russischen Sprache notiert.

Sample model for training women and control of conducting prophylaxis of breast cancer

Introduction: The high incidence of breast cancer and the comparatively low cost of the study make screening appropriate and economically justifiable. In the context of comprehensive screening programs at national level, the World Health Organization encourages breast cancer control. Demand for new ways and means in the fight against breast cancer should be a priority of any state policy. Aim: To present a Model for women's training and control of breast cancer prophylaxis to be applied to the personal ambulatory card of the adults. Material and methods: 1102 women living in the districts of Varna, Dobrich, Silistra and Shumen were interviewed, about 1/3 of the respondents living in the village. The opinion of 260 nurses working in hospital and outpatient medical care in the regions concerned was also investigated. The surveys of both groups of respondents were completed in 2015.
