Diglossia is a sociolinguistic term that refers to the use of two different varieties or dialects within the same language of a community. It is found in various parts of the world. Algeria is considered a vivid example of this phenomenon, which appears through the presence of Arabic “Diglossia” that involves “The Modern Standard Arabic” and “The Algerian Arabic”. The focal point behind the current research work is to give an in-depth look at the existence of “Diglossia” as a sociolinguistics phenomenon in the Algerian Academic spaces and to shed light on the teachers’ attitudes towards including it inside classrooms by taking the teachers of “Moufdi Zakaria” Secondary school of both scientific and literary fields of study with Arabic as the language of instruction; as a case in point, and providing them by a questionnaire to get their answers and access the search results. To this end, the main findings proved that using “Diglossia” inside classrooms by the teachers can be a two-sided coin, which affects the pupils’ learning process and comprehension abilities.

A pedagogical experiment was conducted to determine the interest of students in the teaching of biology in higher pedagogical schools. The experiment covered three stages. The first stage is called the defining, the second is called the teaching, and the last is called the formative experiment. The work was carried out at the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University, where the author works. The dissertation has been working at the Department of Biology and its Teaching Methods for 15 years. Constantly monitored and made observations. Students were involved in a public survey, observations, discussions and interviews were conducted. The purpose was to determine the level of teaching biology in higher education.

The issue of terminology is one of the most challenging aspects in specialized lexicography in Arabic. In general, many terminological units in Arabic lexical systems have yet to reach a stage of stability or achieve unified efforts toward developing a comprehensive and standardized terminological dictionary. This situation has resulted in the lack of consensus on key dimensions, leading to the fragmentation of terms and concepts due to the multitude of references. In Arabic, phrasal verbs exhibit diverse terminological sources, ranging from foreign linguistic references (such as French and English) to classical Arabic heritage. As a result, the term has generally been approached by scholars from multiple perspectives, both in terms of terminology and conceptual structure. This is partly due to the prevalence of ambiguous terms that are challenging to define and abstract, as well as the varied interpretive frameworks applied to them. This study explores the issue of creating theatrical terminology in the Arabic language and examines how it can be addressed in specialized dictionaries. It highlights the importance of unifying theatrical terminology and providing reliable, up-to-date resources for professionals in the field. Furthermore, it showcases the specialized dictionaries and glossaries that have been developed while discussing the challenges encountered in these efforts, such as difficulties in translating terms from foreign languages and insufficient coordination among stakeholders.

Al-Hadi Al-Mshirqi, a Libyan by origin and Algerian in spirit, dedicated himself unwaveringly to the Algerian cause. His role in supporting the Algerian revolution cannot be confined to a simple article; entire books could be written about his contributions, and they still would not suffice. His support transcended political, material, military, and cultural domains. Politically, he sent numerous telegrams to Arab and foreign leaders and seized opportunities at Arab and international conferences to internationalize the Algerian cause. Materially, he founded the Libyan Committee to Support the National Liberation Army and collected donations to aid the revolution. Militarily, he facilitated the secure passage of weapons from Egypt to Algeria via Libya, ensuring they reached the Algerian mujahideen. His home served as a safe haven for Algerian fighters and activists. Culturally, his passion for travel was always intertwined with his advocacy for Algeria; wherever he went, he introduced the Algerian cause to the people and authorities. He tirelessly pursued these noble activities until Algeria gained its independence in 1962. As a final testament to his devotion, he instructed his family to bury him in the land of the Algerian martyrs, and his wish was honored. He was laid to rest in the El Alia Cemetery, near the Martyrs' Square, as a tribute to his invaluable efforts and his immeasurable love for Algeria.

Through this research paper, we aim to present Algeria's experience in confronting the COVID-19 crisis, based on the perspectives of randomly selected doctors from various institutions nationwide. After conducting appropriate methodological procedures, it was concluded that Algeria's experience in facing this health crisis was largely successful, despite some shortcomings in the healthcare sector, whether material or human, as agreed upon by most researchers. Additionally, we have come to the realization that Algeria lacks the capacity to confront such crises amidst the human shortage afflicting the sector.

The Middle East is considered one of the most strategically important regions in the world due to its vast natural re-sources and geographic location connecting three continents. This has made it a focal point of conflict and rivalry among major powers, primarily the United States and Russia. This study aims to analyze the dimensions of the U.S.-Russia rivalry in the Middle East by focusing on each side’s strategic objectives and the impact of this competition on regional stability. The study finds that the United States seeks to ensure energy security, support Israel, and contain Iranian influence, while Russia aims to restore its former Soviet-era influence, secure a permanent presence in warm waters, and counterbalance Western power. The study concludes that this rivalry is not merely a struggle for influence but represents a reconfiguration of regional alliances and directly affects the course of regional crises, particularly in Syria and Iran. As a result, the future of stability in the Middle East remains contingent upon the persistence of this geopolitical conflict.
