Significance to protect ecological safety

Article is devoted to realizing of necessary measures for protection of ecological safety. It is indicated there that, this case is under constant control of the republican leadership. Moreover, it is noted there that, the Republic of Armenia has inflicted merciless blows on the nature and destroyed the biodiversity in the territories of Azerbaijan, which he kept under occupation for 30 years. Forests were cut down, greenery was destroyed, parks and gardens were destroyed, wealth was looted. As a result of the glorious victory, the lands were freed from occupation, forests began to be planted, and Azerbaijan began to take necessary measures to maintain the ecological balance in its territory.

This article examines the role of pragmatic context in simultaneous and consecutive inter-pretation, particularly in international and political settings, where cultural, social, and political factors significantly shape the transmission of meaning between languages. Interpretation is not merely the transfer of words but a complex discursive process that necessitates an understanding of intentions, rhetorical strategies, and the cultural backgrounds of both the speaker and the target audience. The significance of this study stems from the urgent need to enhance the quality of simul-taneous and consecutive interpretation due to its crucial role in diplomacy, politics, media, and international relations. The article seeks to analyze how pragmatic context influences interpreta-tion, investigate the impact of cultural and social differences between English and Arabic on trans-lation accuracy, and provide practical examples illustrating how interpretation can lead to meaning shifts depending on context. The study adopts a pragmatic and analytical methodology, examining translated political speeches with a focus on how cultural and political context shapes the final meaning. Case studies and applied examples are also presented to highlight the challenges faced by interpreters and the strategies they employ to navigate them. The research concludes that pragmatic context plays a fundamental role in interpretation, as meaning is not solely derived from words but is deeply intertwined with the speaker’s intent, the audience, and the political or cultural situation.

Smart Real-Time Object Detection for Blind Individuals

The integration of real-time object detection with advanced text-to-speech (TTS) systems offers transformative potential for enhancing accessibility for visually impaired individuals. This paper presents a system employing cutting-edge artificial intelligence (AI) techniques, specifically YOLOv8 for object detection and Tesseract OCR for text recognition, to process visual data into audible feedback. The system achieves real-time performance with a robust architecture that integrates preprocessing, detection, and audio feedback modules. Testing demonstrates approximately 90% accuracy in object detection and 85% accuracy in text recognition, paving the way for a scalable and user-friendly assistive technology. Furthermore, the system’s adaptability to diverse environments and seamless integration with existing technologies underline its utility in addressing accessibility challenges.

The present study aimed to explore the relationship between social intelligence and problem-solving strategies in light of certain personal and organizational variables. The analytical descriptive method was adopted, with a sample consisting of 144 male & female workers selected randomly. Data were analyzed using version 22 of the SPSS statistical program, & the results revealed the following: There is a correlational relationship between the behavioral attitude index of social intelligence & problem-solving strategies among the company’s workers. There is a correlational relationship between the verbal behavioral attitude index and problem-solving strategies among the company’s workers. There are no differences in problem-solving strategies attributable to gender. There are no differences in problem-solving strategies attributable to years of seniority.

With the rise of social media usage, individuals and organizations are increasingly exposed to the risk of harmful false statements that can damage reputations. This study explores the legal frameworks in place to address such offenses, particularly in the context of social media platforms, and evaluates their effectiveness in protecting individuals from defamation. Additionally, it considers the role of social media companies and their responsibilities in monitoring and responding to defamatory content. The article further discusses the balance between freedom of expression and the right to protect one's reputation in the digital age.

Social media is getting more popular, and MSEs must manage it to fulfill their strategic goals. To improve MSE performance, MSEs must modify their approach to customer relationship management and develop new administrative and marketing skills. This study's goal is to discover how social media may assist MSEs to improve their marketing strategy and performance. Thus, our study suggests that social CRM skills are critical when MSEs employ social media to improve MSE performance. A survey of 129 MSE managers in Jordan yielded data for regression analysis. With the use of resource-based theory, this study confirms a unique kind of social CRM capabilities and shows how social media may help maximize the effect of social CRM capabilities on MSE performance.

The fear of the unknown is the lived reality of the handloom industry in India. Handloom is the second largest employment provider in the country, after agriculture. According to the 2019-20 National Census of Handloom Weavers, there are 31.44 lakh households engaged in weaving and allied activities, out of which 87% are in rural areas. The objective of this article is to study the social enterprises that are looking for innovative ways to receive the handloom sector in the post-pandemic period. Further its aim to study the digital impact on the handloom sector, especially on women.

Sociodemographic Transformations and Their Impact on Fertility Decline in Algeria (1970 - 2012)

According to national demographic surveys, Algeria has experienced a sharp decline in fertility since 1970, with the total fertility rate falling from 8.1 to 2.7 children per woman by 2012. This decline, particularly pronounced among age groups under 25 years, reflects social transformations such as an increase in the age of marriage and a decrease in early marriages. Fertility has also been influenced by sociodemographic factors, including education, women's employment, and urbanisation. Despite relative stability in fertility between 2002 and 2012, the increase in the number of women of childbearing age contributed to maintaining a relatively high birth rate.

This article aims to provide a socio-historical reading of the reality of student movements in the Algerian university, which is a fundamental axis of student activity, as it has contributed significantly to building political and social awareness. This role is evident through its close relationship with student organization movements in both Arab and Western countries, especially during the French colonial period. The university has become a platform that expresses national identity and confronts French colonialism, through student organization movements, influenced by the political and social developments witnessed by the Arab world in that era. This was reflected in the Algerian student movement’s adoption of Arab nationalist ideas. We will shed light on its concept, origins, and the establishment of Algerian student organizations, as well as the history, reality, and roles of Algerian student organizations in terms of the general strike of Algerian students during the French colonial period and student organizations after 1988, and their models during the French colonial period, such as the Association of Algerian Muslim Students in France, the Friendly Association of Muslim Students in North Africa, the National Union of Algerian Students, and the Association of North African Muslim Students, and the importance of the role of student conferences in contributing to spreading the voice of Algerian student organizations in Arab and Western countries during the French colonial period.

One of the areas in which oil money flowed into the country during the oil boom was the real estate sector. Especially in Baku and Absheron, the repeated, sometimes astronomical, rise in real estate prices reflects the influence of local factors, rather than global trends. Therefore, when we talk about the real estate sector in Azerbaijan, we focus more on Baku (it should be borne in 78 mind that Baku refers to the entire Absheron Peninsula, including Sumgayit, because this area has become an economic zone and concept). Also, due to the inaccuracy and tendency of local statistics, more theoretical considerations were preferred.

The article considers the main problems of study of the biography of the distinguished English playwright and poet William Shakespeare, based on the biographic novel «Shakespeare: The biography» written by the modern English writer and the author of world bestsellers - Peter Acroyd. By analyzing some scientific-research works, textbooks, and monographic publication, connected with Wil-liam Shakespeare‟s biography, the author of the research proposes her own concept in the study of live and creative activity of the great poet on base of historically established facts. However, a great deal of scientific researches, containing additional evidence and some clarifications on indicated facts, are written in the Azerbaijan literature science. By all these and many other issues, the author of the article presents estab-lished facts and persuasive arguments. Thus, it is underlined, that multiple archive and historic-literature sources, displaying significant scientific interest for future researches in the area of Azerbaijan-English litera-ture relationship were applied in Peter Acroyd‟s biographic novel «Shakespeare: The biography».

Present article deals with ethnic conflicts in the South East Asia. One of the ethnic conflict regions of the world is Southeast Asia. Southeast Asia is the most summoned region as its ethnic, cultural and religion. Surely, we can say that minorities have three groups in this region: ethnic and linguistic minorities, religious minorities and local peoples. Eth-nic, linguistic and religious minorities differ from local nations and it is clear that they are inhabitants afterwards. Among such countries in the Southeast Asia are Philippine, Indonesia, Malaysia. Apart from, like other countries of the world, it is not so easy to distinguish dominant ethnic groups from others in the South-East Asia, too. Island states such as Indonesia and Philippine save their national culture and language which considering the main attribute of na-tional identity. A large number of ethnic minorities are in Indonesia, Malaysia and Myanmar in the South-East Asia. In such cases, ethnic and cultural distinctions usually is considered danger to national and social unity and the power of post-modern thinks to change these different relations into national unity.

It also seeks to examine Algeria's capabilities and current reality regarding sports infrastructure that supports the success of sports tourism, which in turn plays a role in boosting national tourism and the national economy.

This study aimed to identify the relationship between sports enjoyment and psychological resilience among football players. The researcher employed a descriptive method, which was deemed appropriate for the study topic. Data were collected using the Sports Enjoyment Scale (José Carmelo Adsuar Sala, 2021) and the Psychological Toughness Scale (Mekheimer, 2002). These were applied to a purposive sample of 89 players from three football clubs in Touggourt, selected via a comprehensive survey. The study concluded that football players exhibit high levels of both sports enjoyment and psychological toughness, and that there is a positive correlation between the two.

The current study aims to standardize the Future Anxiety with secondary school students, in an effort to identify the psychometric properties of the scale and the extent of its compatibility with the properties of a good scale. To achieve the objectives of the current study, we used the descriptive approach. The scale was applied to a sample representing the research community, consisting of (42) male and female secondary school students in Mostaganem Province –Algeria- The validity of the scale was verified through: internal consistency, one-way comparison validity (discriminant validity), and its stability was measured by: split-half method, and Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The aforementioned statistical methods showed that the future anxiety scale is characterized by good levels of validity and stability, and the ability to be applied in the Algerian environment.

The Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Education” clearly states that the level of educa-tion in the country is determined by this law in the normative-legal framework, which also gives rise to the approaches that standards are a state requirement and that quality is formed in propor-tion to it. This inevitably creates a need to explain the concept of quality in education in a pedagogi-cal way in order to implement these activities more purposefully and on a scientific-pedagogical basis. Based on the research of scientists, it is possible to conclude that the quality of education in general, including general education, which plays a decisive role in the formation of human person-ality, is distinguished by its expression of its integrity and status as a social phenomenon. The quali-ty of education has always made society think at different times and has prompted activities to improve it. Of course, the position in these approaches has always been the same, and the educa-tional policy carried out has played a role in its direction.
