This article discusses the effectiveness of Web technologies on students’ self-study work in the English language learning process and gives the reasons of the need to create a new model for its organization. The experience of language preparation in the process of teaching languages at the Tashkent State University of Economics is presented in the article. The importance of the Web technologies in model of organization of students’ independent work is developed and scientifically justified. The results of experimental studies aimed to test the effectiveness of the developed model of formation of professionally language competence of students are given in this paper.

Conflicts between teachers and students can significantly affect the learning environment and academic results. This article examines various strategies for resolving conflicts between teachers and students, emphasizing the critical importance of pedagogical competence and tact for the effective resolution of such situations. Based on existing literature, empirical research and practical findings, this study aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of conflict resolution in educational institutions and to highlight the role of pedagogical competence and tact in strengthening positive relationships between teachers and students. Through in-depth analysis of theoretical foundations, case studies and best practices, this study provides valuable information on how teachers can deal with conflict by being empathetic, professional and focusing on promoting student growth and well-being. This study is aimed at studying the complex nature of conflicts between teachers and students, studying the underlying causes, manifestations and consequences of such conflicts. Focusing on conflict resolution strategies based on pedagogical competence and tact, this study aims to shed light on effective approaches to conflict management and strengthening positive relationships in educational institutions.

The ethnopedagogic orientation of education and upbringing is one of the main ones in the modern educational policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This is stated in the platform of the state policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan on socio-cultural development, that special attention is paid to the specifics of the culture of all peoples living in the republic, and that any culture is a unique, incomparable asset, and that a certain population fully presents itself to the world. Therefore, today the university offers conditionally three stages in order to reorient the ethnopedagogic system of education and upbringing. This program contains the content of ethnopedagogic education - a scientifically based system of students’ knowledge, attitude of responsibility to national history, language, culture, traditions, on the basis of which a model of the research problem is proposed through a systematic analysis of structural and substantive changes in ethnopedagogic education and upbringing of students. On the basis of the proposed model, the works of research scientists in the organization of the educational process were analyzed, the pedagogical possibilities of the ethnopedagogic heritage were taken into account, along with theoretical and methodological justification, a meaningful analysis of methodological manuals and educational programs operating in the pedagogical process was carried out in the development of scientific and methodological recommendations.

Under the context of growing demand for teachers’ professional training, the issues of the formation and improvement of their pedagogical mastery become of current interest. A teacher who wants to develop his/her pedagogical skills shall constantly learn to apply pedagogical methods in his/her work. After all, the professional competence of a teacher directly depends on the possession of professional technique. The purpose of this work is to clarify the concept of “pedagogical technique” and determine its place and role in improvement of teacher’s professional mastery. In this regard, methods of analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization, and clarification were used. The narrative of the importance of clarifying the definition of the term is presented for defense and the version proposed is as follows: “Pedagogical technique is an important component within the structure of pedagogical skills, their forms, practical manifestation, through which a high level of pedagogical professionalism can be formed and developed”. The knowledge of structure of pedagogical methods and formation of appropriate behavioral skills increase the teacher’s professionalism. Therefore, in teacher’s activities, pedagogical technique steps forward as a system of social and pedagogical support of the educational process, which performs a number of functions in teaching and educational work.

This article is devoted to studying teacher literacy of IELTS writing Task 2 assessment in Azerbaijan as a developing country. The problem regarding lack of teacher literacy in this area as well as reasons lying behind it were discussed to achieve an expedient conclusion. The article also describes further plans in regard to possible solutions to this problem. Writing is a very challenging module for IELTS teachers in Azerbaijan regarding the implementation of right tools while evaluating. We are convinced of this because of our awareness of students’ unfavorable writing Task 2 results in Azerbaijan. Considering the fact that ongoing assessment is an inseparable part of teaching, it appears reasonable that it is teacher’s literacy level of assessment, as one of the greatly influential factors, that lies at the root of students’ adverse writing test results. The reason that makes us to focus on teacher assessment literacy in regard to this issue is that both need for teaching to IELTS test as well as integration of assessment methods into teaching process are new tendencies in Azerbaijan which require some more time and efforts from teachers to adapt. So teacher literacy of IELTS writing Task 2 assessment is generally the main idea of this article.
