This article is devoted to studying teacher literacy of IELTS writing Task 2 assessment in Azerbaijan as a developing country. The problem regarding lack of teacher literacy in this area as well as reasons lying behind it were discussed to achieve an expedient conclusion. The article also describes further plans in regard to possible solutions to this problem. Writing is a very challenging module for IELTS teachers in Azerbaijan regarding the implementation of right tools while evaluating. We are convinced of this because of our awareness of students’ unfavorable writing Task 2 results in Azerbaijan. Considering the fact that ongoing assessment is an inseparable part of teaching, it appears reasonable that it is teacher’s literacy level of assessment, as one of the greatly influential factors, that lies at the root of students’ adverse writing test results. The reason that makes us to focus on teacher assessment literacy in regard to this issue is that both need for teaching to IELTS test as well as integration of assessment methods into teaching process are new tendencies in Azerbaijan which require some more time and efforts from teachers to adapt. So teacher literacy of IELTS writing Task 2 assessment is generally the main idea of this article.

The purpose of this article is to identify the possibilities of audiovisual means in teaching a professional foreign language. To solve this problem, the article considers the ways of integration of network educational resources in the educational process, which allows creating a more effective educational environment, expands the range of topics and enriches the educational material with authentic sound and visual material. It is obvious that the use of these means of training in foreign language classes is not an absolute guarantee of the successful formation of foreign language competence. These training materials should be used purposefully and rationally, within a certain methodological system, which involves the consistent implementation of didactic principles.

Portrait, which is a genre (type) of fine art, performs quite deep and complex tasks. The work does not end here with the similarity of a person’s external appearance. Here, the inner world of a person, the state of his soul, is in the foreground. Therefore, any image cannot be called a portrait. A portrait is an artistic image of a person. In the portrait, only and only the external features, psychology, and moral character belonging to him should be reflected in a concrete personality.

Training at school and university: results of the imitating modeling

In the article the features of use of the computer simulations for study of the didactic systems are discussed. It is offered the three-component model of training of the learner interested by exact sciences, which after leaving school goes to university on physical and mathematical faculty. The purpose and tasks. To study opportunities of construction of the “teacher-learner” model which takes into account: 1) division of the educational disciplines on the “exact” and "humanitarian-qualitative" subjects; 2) distributions of the educational information on years of training; 3) transitions of the weak (quickly forgotten) knowledge in the strong knowledge, which the pupil forgets slower; 4) dependences of the learner’s motivation and the assimilation coefficient from character of the learned subjects and year of training; 5) degrees of use of the studied material on various disciplines at the subsequent training and everyday life. To create the imitating model of training at school and university, to analyse the results of modeling. Methodology. The methods of the qualitative, mathematical and computer (imitating) modeling are used. It is analysed the one-component model of the didactic system. The three-component model of training at school and university is created, the system of the differential equations is written, the computer program, which calculates the learner's knowledge in the various time moments, is submitted. Results. The computer model of the system “teacher-learner” is offered. The graphs of temporary dependences of the strong and weak knowledge of the physical and mathematical and “humanitarian-qualitative” disciplines are received and analysed. Conclusions. It is proved the possibility of creation of the imitating model of training at school and university which for any moment of time allows to calculate approximate quantity of: 1) the strong and weak knowledge of learner; 2) the knowledge of the “exact” and “humanitarian” subjects; 3) the pupil’s knowledge studied within concrete year of training.

Use of internet resources in teaching a foreign language

This article discusses the relevance of the use of modern Internet technologies in the teaching of foreign language and also analyzes the importance and effectiveness of the use of web technologies in the study of foreign language both in class and in the independent work of students. The author analyzes different points of view on the expediency of using information technology in the teaching of foreign language and expresses a comprehensive position on this issue, supported by illustrative examples of the positive effect of using modern technology. The author believes that using web resources, teachers greatly simplify the process of communication of students both among themselves and with native speakers, as students are able to communicate both in writing and orally through video conferences or social networks, and not only on the subject matter, but discovering situations of daily communication, as close to real-life communication as possible.

Ways of teaching the native language in primary school

The ways of teaching and writing the Kyrgyz language in primary school are presented. The problem of teaching children to read and write has always been very acute not only in pedagogy, but also in public life, since popular literacy is its tool in the struggle for culture. Achieving quality spelling skills remains one of the most challenging tasks in primary education. A distinctive feature of any literary language, unlike other types of national language, is the presence of certain norms. The literary language is the highest, exemplary, revised and standardized form of the national language. Vernacular is an unprocessed, unprocessed language, part of which is the literary language, dialects, slang, idioms, proverbs, terms related to the profession, and the individual speech of each of them.

Создавая виртуальную среду обучения и используя мультимедийные средства обучения, можно получить значительный результат, способствуя развитию интеллектуальных способностей студентов. Одним из эффективных способов формирования знаний и навыков студентов является проведение дистанционного обучения. Выполняя практические занятия с помощью автоматизированной информационной системы Platonus, можно ставить различные цели, способствующие расширению границ знаний, значительному обогащению и диверсификации обучения.

В статье указаны особенности современной высшей школы в рамках глобальных тенденций современности, оказывающих влияние на подготовку специалиста. Актуализирована задача развития мировоззренческого мышления студента, его инновационной направленности, готовности к коллективному творчеству, критическому анализу реалий современности. Поскольку процесс подготовки выпускников вуза связан с вопросом оптимальной образовательной среды, в этой статье мы выделяем эффективные дидактические инструменты, которые помогают обучающемуся сделать свой выбор. В статье рассматривается образовательный потенциал авторской методики обучения, ее цели, принципы отбора содержания, особенности и преимущества по сравнению с традиционными учебными методами.

В этой связи усовершенствование учебного процесса связано с внедрением эффективных специальных методов и методик для улучшения образования. Одним из таких методов является интерактивное обучения. Целью которого является создание комфортных условий для более продуктивного усвоения, а в дальнейшем использования полученных знаний и навыков. При использовании интерактивных методов обучаемый становится полноправным участником процесса восприятия, его опыт служит основным источником учебного познания. В интерактивном обучении меняется взаимодействие преподавателя и обучаемого: активность педагога уступает место активности обучаемого, и задача преподавателя создание условий для его инициативы.

Приведен анализ преподавания английского языка студентам факультета естественных наук в Узбекистане на основе интегративного подхода к предметам специальности. На нескольких примерах показано, насколько важно, чтобы студенты изучали свои профессиональные компетенции на английском языке одновременно с их родным языком посредством интегративного подхода. Также подчеркивается, на что должен обратить внимание учитель при использовании этого подхода.
