Digitalization of lifelong education as a means for forming professional competences of students

The article is devoted to the study of the role of digitalization in the organization of lifelong education as a means of developing professional competencies in the context of informatization of education. The relevance of the study lies in the study of the system for implementing the effective functioning of the mechanism of continuous education at the university, as one of the effective means in implementing the strategy for the sustainable development of students’ professional competencies. The issues of continuous education should be considered as a multifaceted phenomenon in solving educational and cognitive problems, the essence of which is the formation of professional competence of students in conditions of independent cognitive activity. In this regard, it is especially important that students, mastering knowledge and methods of obtaining it, realize that independent work on writing scientific papers is designed to fulfill the tasks of all other types of educational work, since no knowledge that has not become the subject of one’s own activity can be considered a true property of professionalism and competence. Considerable interest in the development of continuous education allows us to conclude that the topic of the formation of professional competencies is in demand in the conditions of informatization of education. The article develops recommendations on the formation of professional competence of students in the context of digitalization of education, as a form of active organization of the “culture of educational and labor activity of a student”.

Education in Nakhchivan: stages of development and future perspectives

The main reason for this is that to reveal the development of educational history in the regions and the factors affecting this development, to opine the results gained in the field of education are important matters for our present and modern pedagogical science. That is, the research problem today is of social and political importance according to its pedagogical significance. On the other hand, this aspect, above all, serves the completeness and enrichment of the history of pedagogical thought in the country and helps to identify opportunities for the use of progressive traditions today. Although the history of education and training in Nakhchivan has its own specific features, the school and pedagogical ideas formed in this area are an integral part of all-Azerbaijani pedagogy. This educational experience is mainly conditioned by the national and cultural characteristics of the indigenous population of the region - the Azerbaijani Turks. The investigation of the development trends of national schools in the region, the formation of the Azerbaijani school and pedagogical ideas, and the study of a very important part of the development stages give a complementary and enriching nature to the research process. The success of the complex and difficult path through the various stages of the multidisciplinary education system is so interesting and multifaceted that each author's view of this process sheds a bright light on new realities, opens the way to suggestions, new ideas and considerations that serve progress. It is of particular importance to study the enlightenment movement in Nakhchivan, to discover its fruitful results, to identify pedagogical conceptions, the state of schools and public education, the factors influencing its development on a progressive basis. Because Nakhchivan is the land of Azerbaijan with long history, rich material and cultural monuments and ancient educational culture. Even in the Neolithic period, local tribes lived here, engaged in various economic and art fields, as well as in primitive training and educational works. The aim of the study. To analyze the features of the development of education in Nakhchivan period of independence, to examine the problems of integration, renewal and modernization of education. The aim is to examine the features of the development of education in Nakhchivan during the independence period, to examine in detail the services provided by our Great Leader Heydar Aliyev in the development of education in Nakhchivan, to determine the necessary conditions for the development of education. Research objectives. A number of complex tasks have been planned to achieve this goal. - To examine the activities of our great leader Heydar Aliyev in the development of education in Nakhchivan during the period of independence and in the implementation of education policy; - Determining the influence of the political, economic, cultural and scientific environment supporting the development of education in Nakhchivan during the independence period; - To analyze the factors determining the development of education in Nakhchivan during the independence period; - To research the implementation of education reforms in Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic depending on the development of education in the country. Research methodology. Guiding documents of classical educators on the development of education, our state's reform programs, orders, wise thoughts. Research methods. Theoretical, historical and comparative analysis is the examination of the sources related to the subject and archive documents, the generalization, grouping and systematization of the written sources related to the research. Research innovation. Our research is being developed for the first time in the Republic of Azerbaijan including Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. For the first time since independence, the development of education in Nakhchivan is being studied extensively.

The article deals with the development of electronic manual for the elective course “Complex numbers” in the Russian and English languages. In the modern world you must have a complete understanding of the numbers to master mathematical culture, but currently methodological developments in the study of the theory of complex numbers in schools is relatively small and designed electronic manual for the elective course “Complex number” allows not only to improve the mathematical culture of students, but also to develop communicative competence. The aim of the research is to develop the electronic manuals for the elective course “Complex numbers” in two languages. The following methods were used: analysis of psychological, pedagogical and methodical literature, analysis and synthesis of personal experience of the authors. The electronic manuals, presented in the form of a website, for the elective course “Complex numbers” in two languages became the result of the research. Materials of the article can be useful to enrich pedagogical knowledge, notably a deficiency in the study of complex numbers in the school mathematics course is made up. New ways of thinking at possibility of studying complex numbers in two languages opens up prospects for the development of both mathematical and communication skills. The results of the research can be used by teachers in the educational process in preparing students, pupils of 11 grades, as well as in improving mathematical and communicative culture of the general public.

This article discusses features of competence-oriented tasks used in mathematics lessons. Result of education is not only knowledge of specific disciplines, but also ability to apply them in everyday life, for use in the future training. Introduction of these concepts into teaching practice in school has required a change in the content and methods of education, specification of activity types that school students have to master at the end of an educational process and in the study of individual subjects. Success of today’s student in the future largely depends on his/her ability to acquire and develop skills, practices and competencies that can be used in any life situation. Therefore, it is necessary to educate children in readiness for change, developing of qualities such as mobility, constructiveness and ability to learn.

Junior school age is a sensitive period of tolerance education. In children, this age period is more intensive in the process of general development of personality.

The relevance of the problem of the formation of reader's competence increases for successful socialization and implementation in the modern information world, students must learn to navigate the flow of information, and for this to be able to: independently read works, express value judgments about what they read, independently choose sources of information, work with various types of books (dictionaries, reference books), periodicals (magazines, newspapers), Internet sources, perceive and transmit information from various types of texts, determine (predict) the content of the text by elements, use information from the text for productive activities. In this regard, this article is devoted to the theoretical aspects of the formation of reading competence among students in English lessons. The task of the modern education system is not only the development of specific subject knowledge and skills within individual disciplines, but also a set of universal educational activities. Universal learning activities are both the result of the educational process and the conditions for the assimilation of knowledge, skills and competencies. One of these universal learning activities is reading. Mastering reading at different stages of learning contributes to the development of both intellectual and emotional and moral spheres of personality. This problem is relevant recently, thanks to computers and various "gadgets", the status of reading and the attitude towards it have changed a lot. The formation of students' reading competence in general, and within the framework of the subject "English" in particular, is one of the priorities and integral components of the educational process in an educational organization.

The article examines the meaning and significance of tolerance in human life and behavior, as well as the formation of tolerant competencies in junior schoolchildren on the basis of folk pedagogy. The studies were conducted by researchers who consider tolerance to be an important personality value. The functions and types of tolerance in society have been identified. According to the results, it was found that in the process of teaching children's songs in elementary school, using the rich experience of folk pedagogy, students have an excellent opportunity to develop ethnocultural competence, including tolerance.
