In the current context, the importance of having human capital capable of responding in a concrete and effective way to events that require a research profile has become evident, being essential to have the ability to materialize intellectual virtues in favor of general well-being. However, this is a difficult objective to carry out, provided that there is a lack of scientific training aimed at encouraging future professionals to be high-level researchers, explained by the significant differences between the transversal competences that they should have, in this case, in university higher education. Mainly, the cognitive instrumental competences, manifest the basic and essential characteristics, highly linked to the development of the scientific method. In this sense, the present work shows the diagnosis started in march 2019 and concluded in april 2020, regarding the existing heterogenei-ty in the cognitive competences for research that the participants should have (ideally), regarding what they manifest when they are in the process of preparing a thesis (actual status); as part of the research courses in the business sciences career and within the framework of the andragogic learning process.

The national ideology of Azerbaijan is based on the idea of national, ethnic, religious equality, national unity of all peoples living in the country, this ideology serves the Motherland, people and statehood. Arab Water Security: Between Challenges and the Failures of Its Realization

Through this intervention, we seek to study the reality of the water crisis in the Arab world, as achieving water security in the Arab world is hampered by several natural, human, and even political problems, and this is what threatens the individual's right to water in the Arab world, in addition to studying the required strategies for the Arab world. In managing the water crisis, through several requirements for this, the issue of Arab water security is of great importance to all local and international actors, and therefore this study aims to become familiar with the problem of Arab water security, the obstacles that prevent it from being achieved, and what the countries of the Arab world must adopt. In order to achieve this and preserve this vital wealth, these countries must be more stringent and resolute in the strategies adopted in order to be at the required level and to a high degree of achieving water security for every citizen in all Arab lands without exception. Water is an indispensable natural resource in various aspects of life, and its uses are multiple, especially with the increase in population and the development in the industrial and agricultural fields. Achieving water security ha s become of great importance throughout the world, and this is no less important in the Arab world, especially with the reality of the water crisis in the Arab countries. The per capita share of water in the Arab world is decreasing day by day, and this is what studies prove and the reality increases. We see an imbalance between the demand for water and its provision in all fields, that is, the weakness of meeting water needs in the Arab world, which led to the failure to achieve water security in the Arab world.

Arabic in Educational Institutions: Reality and Prospects – A Field Study

This field study investigates the current state and future prospects of the Arabic language within educational institutions across several Arab countries, including Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia. Recognizing language as a reflection of national identity and civilization, the research highlights the deteriorating condition of Arabic despite its historical and religious significance. Through a structured questionnaire distributed across diverse educational contexts, the study explores key challenges, such as diglossia, dominance of foreign languages, limited familiarity with Arabic’s linguistic features, outdated pedagogical methods, and institutional negligence. The study critically examines the role of educators, policymakers, and social attitudes in the decline of Arabic language usage and instruction. It concludes with recommendations aimed at revitalizing Arabic, including curriculum reform, teacher training, Arabization of scientific disciplines, and promoting linguistic pride among learners. The findings call for a coordinated and strategic intervention to safeguard the status and functionality of Arabic in the educational sphere.

Archaeology and Heritage Resource Management in Siuyu, Singida Region (Tanzania)

This paper was produced as a part of our ongoing research endeavors in Singida destined to provide a better understanding of early humans’ cultures, and to promote the conservation of cultural and natural heritages of the region. The overreaching goals of this research are to holistically reconstruct the archaeology of Singida by studying cultural processes over time and space. Equally important is to promote tourism in the Singida eastern axis and, to salvage the heritage assets of the region from total disappearance as evinced by the activities of modern day civilization, broadly, to shed more light about the past life ways, and the subsistence behaviours of our ancestors. Our recent archaeological reconnaissance conducted in January 2016 in Siuyu ward discovered rock paintings and a rock shelter with archeological potential (Ngaghe rock shelter), containing a large scatter of Later Stone Age (LSA) archaeological artifacts that are crucial to the unravelling of the prehistoric human behaviours in Singida. Preliminary results from our research revealed that Singida region is an ideal place for undertaking research on early human bio-cultural evolution from LSA times to the present. Data from this study will be utilized to re-write the history of Singida region, to make sure that it is sustained for future generations. Despite their rarity, uniqueness, scientific and aesthetic values, these heritage assets are neither protected by village nor regional bylaws. Before deliberate conservation measures are put in place, it is very important to have good records of the areas that are attractive to tourism, and their current state of preservation. These sites were undocumented by the previous researchers, and in certain circumstances are unknown even to the local people of the Siuyu ward. Although the archaeology of Singida east is much “terra incognita”, this article is timely, for promoting archaeo-tourism and raising public awareness on the archaeology of Singida. Additionally, this work provides a stimulus to the authorities to take action by introducing effective conservation measures for the sustainability of these priceless non-renewable resources.

There are relations of the Republic of Armenia with Arab countries, particularly with Egypt. The study of which Muslim Arab states Egypt with Christians, who make up the majority of the population of Armenia, in diplomatic, political, economic, military relations is important in terms of determining the foreign policy pursued by our country. After the Republic of Armenia gained independence in 1991, Egypt was one of the first Arab states to recognize the independence of this country. In March 1992, diplomatic relations were established between the two countries. In the same year, the Republic of Armenia opened its diplomatic mission in Cairo, which is the first Arab country. The Nagorno-Karabakh conflict occupies an important place in the relations between Armenia and Egypt. Egypt prefers to maintain its neutral position in this conflict. Egyptian media reports reflecting the relations between Armenia and Egypt occasionally give in. It can be said that Egypt supports the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and OIC meetings and diplomatic support for Azerbaijan.

Artificial intelligence technology, which increases the seriousness of the new situation, and what robots will try to do with humanity in the future.

I am not exaggerating when I say that we are currently living in an era where machines intervene and perhaps dominate various aspects of life. Does this not compel us to adhere to the necessity and priority of utilizing and employing artificial intelligence within educational institutions, curricula, and even at the administrative level of educational structures? Are we not in dire need of providing tools and methods that can support education, teachers, and learners alike? Or at least assist in assessing learning and teaching, achieving other educational goals, and facilitating tasks such as supporting educational administration, offering learning opportunities for all, and developing skills necessary for success in life and work? This would benefit various stakeholders, including institutions, students, teachers, administrators, and even parents, making the process of teaching and learning more flexible and transparent for everyone, which is the ultimate goal of education. In this research paper, I strive to present some justifications for this approach by addressing the issue of balancing the benefits expected from the proper or improper use of artificial intelligence in education, as well as outlining the various roles this automated model will play in enhancing forms of education, naturally in line with the different crises, places, peoples, cultures, and peculiarities.

The integration of generative artificial intelligence (AI) tools—such as ChatGPT, GrammarlyGO, and Jasper—into academic writing has ushered in a new era of productivity, accessibility, and linguistic refinement. These technologies offer multifaceted support across various stages of scholarly work, from drafting and editing to idea structuring and literature synthesis. However, their widespread adoption has triggered a range of ethical and pedagogical concerns, particularly with regard to authorship attribution, academic integrity, originality, and data privacy. This article critically examines the ethical landscape surrounding AI-assisted academic writing. It analyzes the distinction between acceptable assistance and inappropriate substitution, explores institutional and publishing policies on AI usage, and discusses the implications for data protection and human intellectual contribution. Drawing on recent research and policy frameworks, the paper argues that while AI can enhance scholarly communication, its use must be governed by transparent, responsible, and human-centered ethical guidelines. The article concludes with practical recommendations to ensure the preservation of academic rigor, integrity, and the authenticity of the scholarly voice in the age of intelligent writing technologies.

Aspects of Supporting the Legal Status of Women in Algerian Family Law

Through Ordinance No. 05-02, which amends and supplements Family Law No. 84-11, the Algerian legislator intended to strengthen the legal status of women. This is manifested on several levels, notably the provisions relating to the conclusion and dissolution of marriage. The legislator enhanced the woman’s role in concluding the marriage contract by amending rules regarding legal capacity, guardianship, and other related provisions, in addition to financial and non-financial consequences of marriage. The legal status of women was also reinforced in cases of marital dissolution, whether by divorce or khula (unilateral divorce initiated by the wife), including the resulting rights such as custody and guardianship of children.

The recent ministerial decree on integrating English into higher education has raised important questions about its implementation in various disciplines, including Political Science. This study investigates the extent to which English is currently used in teaching Political Science at Setif University, examining faculty perspectives, challenges, and institutional support. Through a structured questionnaire distributed to Political Science instructors, the research aims to assess their preparedness, the obstacles they face, and their attitudes toward the transition. The findings will provide insights into the feasibility of adopting English as a medium of instruction and offer recommendations for enhancing language support and policy implementation.

This study aims to shed light on the current state of accounting practices in Algeria’s insurance sector, particularly in the context of the country’s broader efforts to align with international accounting standards. Since the implementation of the Financial Accounting System (FAS) at the beginning of 2010, Algeria has been working to harmonize its national accounting framework with global norms. The FAS was designed to be comprehensive and applicable to all types of entities, including insurance companies, which have unique operational and financial characteristics. Through an applied case study on TRUST Insurance Company, El Oued branch, the research investigates the extent to which these companies comply with Accounting Standard No. 04, which corresponds to International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) 4. The findings reveal that while insurance companies in Algeria tend to apply IFRS 4 for initial measurement of insurance contracts, they do not consistently adopt it for subsequent measurements. This partial implementation is largely due to the fact that financial statements are primarily prepared for tax authorities rather than for external investors or stakeholders, limiting the motivation to fully adhere to international standards. The study highlights the need for regulatory reforms and greater emphasis on transparency and comparability in financial reporting within the insurance industry.

Assessment of Mental Health Levels Among Nurses – A Field Study

This study aimed to assess the level of mental health among nurses working in the Hemodialysis and Nephrology Unit at Belkheir Nour El-Din Hospital in Tiaret. The evaluation focused on several dimensions, including self-acceptance, general commitment, happiness, psychological stress, and positive behaviors. To achieve the study’s objectives, the descriptive method was employed, and the study was conducted on a sample of 50 nurses (male and female). The following results were obtained: First, the mental health level is average among nurses in the Hemodialysis and Nephrology Unit. Second, the self-acceptance level is average among these nurses. Third, the psychological stress level is average among them. Fourth, the happiness level is average as well. Fifth, the positive behavior level is average among nurses. Sixth, there are differences in the level of mental health among nurses based on the gender variable. Seventh, there are no differences in mental health level based on seniority. Last, but no least, there are differences in mental health level based on the age variable.
