The objectives of study to focus on customers’ satisfaction of e-banking services in public sectors banks in Cuddalore District, presently the modern banking sector has been providing enormously services rendered to various customer amongst services, the customer would get empowered due to a wide choice of services available on the net at a competitive cost. Thus, Internet banking presents a convenient and timesaving service for customers compared to traditional banking and service is available on the web for twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week and anywhere they need. For the bankers, online banking presents more opportunity to provide customized services and appropriate supply and demand than the traditional services. The aim of this research study will have retentions of their customer and attract the new modern customer. Hence the banker will bring online banking services and remedy for all the grievances of banking customers.

Cybersecurity constitutes a fundamental pillar within the legal and regulatory framework aimed at safeguarding digital rights, foremost among them the right to privacy and the pr otection of personal data. In light of the accelerating digital transformation and the increasing reliance of economic actors and public authorities on digital systems for the collection and processing of data, it has become imperative to enact advanced le gislation that ensures a delicate balance between the freedom of use and the legal protection of individuals against unauthorized or unlawful handling of their personal information. In this context, cybersecurity can no longer be confined to its purel y technical dimension. It now represents a multifaceted legal and societal responsibility that lies at the heart of restoring legal trust in the digital realm. The curr ent challenges particularly the proliferation of cyber threats and attacks targeting inf ormation infrastructure necessitate the establishment of robust national and international cybersecurity policies. These must be underpinned by a clear, transparent, and multi layered legal framework that guarantees fairness in digital data processing and reinforces the principles of transparency, accountability, and trust in electronic interactions.

Data Visualization as a Tool for Improving Credit Analysis: A Field Study in the Banking Sector

This study aims to utilize data visualization as a data mining technique for the purpose of credit analysis. It employs the Weka data mining software and the Scatter Plot Matrix technique to identify data trends and patterns, facilitating a logical analysis of the financial situation, and by extension improve the decision-making process. The findings reveal that data visualization significantly enhances data comprehension by extracting pertinent information from the credit database managed by the studied agency of a public bank active in Algeria. This aids in understanding the bank's adopted strategies and various financial trends, which in turn influence customer satisfaction and requirements, as well as the country's overall economic growth.

The subject of the study is the demographic transformation of the social status of children and women in Great Britain in the 19th century. The negative impact of urbanization and the industrial revolution on their morale and health became a new social problem in Victorian Britain. Urbanization, unsanitary conditions of life and work of children and women, prostitution, drug use, lack of appropriate legislation undermined the health of the English nation, becoming a decisive factor in radical social research. and transformations. The author examines the demographic employment and sanitary conditions of children and women in the 19th century in Great Britain. Negative influence of urbanization and industrial revolution on their moral and health became a new social problem in Victorian Britain. The author resumes that urbanization, unsanitary conditions of children and women, prostitution, use of drugs, absence of adequate social code undermined the health of the nation, became the main factors of radical social investigations and reforms.

In this article, the author examines how the city is represented in literature, focusing on Une ville en temps de guerre by Abdelkader Djemaï. The study highlights the city as more than just a setting—it becomes a character shaped by cultural intersections, identity struggles, and social change. Since the 19th century, the city has been viewed as both a place of alienation and a space of creativity and memory. In Maghrebi literature, especially Algeri-an, the city often contrasts with the village, symbolizing the shift from tradition to a sometimes-violent modernity. The article centers on Oran during the Algerian War, as seen through the memories of Lahouari, the novel’s main character. Through his perspective, Djemaï depicts the fear, chaos, and emotional toll of war-torn urban life. Ulti-mately, the article reflects on the city’s role in literary creation—as a source of inspiration, memory, and expression of both suffering and dreams.

In the article, based on the analysis of theoretical views and legislative practice, a hypothesis is put forward about the existence of such a phenomenon in legal regulation as the devaluation of the criminal ban. The effectiveness of criminal law and its impact on the state of crime is an urgent issue not only for Ukraine but also for any country in the world. Excessive attention to the criminal law on the part of the legislator and attempts to resolve socio-political and economic issues by adjusting the criminal legislation cause, the strengthening of the criminal ban, which ultimately leads to such a negative phenomenon as the devaluation of the criminal ban. The publication identifies areas where such devaluation is possible and provides relevant examples. The article attempts to identify measures to stop the devaluation of criminal prohibitions, among which the most appropriate is considered to be compliance with the principle of ultima ratio. The article considers the current content of this principle in the criminal law doctrine. Human dignity is stated as an ultima ratio measure, and compliance with this principle will stop the devaluation of criminal prohibitions.

Air pollution presents a major threat to health and climate and is responsible for death of an estimated seven million people would wide every year. This increased mortality is due to stroke, heart disease, pulmonary dis-ease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, lung cancer and actuate respiratory injections. Thus, there is a need to utilize the non-renewable resources in a better way besides searching for alternative energy sources. The automobile industry is one of the major sectors contributing towards the air pollution. In the given scenario it is advisable to find an approach which may curb it. This paper discusses about the heating and cooling of the au-tomobile cabin via utilization of waste heat which is released from the flue gases. The work is aimed to develop a Thermo-Electric heating and cooling system to maintain the cabin temperature within the optimum range. A prototype based on Thermo-Electric system has been fabricated and deployed to investigate the efficiency of the system. The initial result of the experiment yield encouraging results. Hence, it may be concluded that such sys-tem may have good commercial applications.

Skin cancer is a major public health melanoma, is one of the most aggressive and deadly forms of skin cancer. Early detection is crucial for improving survival rates, and advancements in machine learning, particularly Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), have shown promise in automating the diagnosis of skin lesions. This report focuses on the development and evaluation of a CNN-based model for predicting melanoma from dermoscopic images. The model leverages the deep learning capabilities of CNNs to automatically extract relevant features from input images, enabling accurate classification of benign and malignant lesions. The dataset used for training and testing the model comprises thousands of labeled skin images, which include various stages and types of melanoma and non-melanoma lesions. Through preprocessing steps, including normalization and augmentation, the model is trained to handle variations in image quality and environmental factors. The CNN model's architecture is designed to optimize accuracy, reduce over fitting, and enhance generalization. Evaluation metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, and the F1-score are employed to assess the model's performance. The results demonstrate that the proposed CNN model achieves high classification accuracy, outperforming traditional image-processing techniques, and shows significant potential as a tool for aiding dermatologists in the early detection and diagnosis of melanoma. The study highlights the importance of AI in healthcare and the potential for future improvements in skin cancer diagnosis.

Objective: Employees from selected private enterprises in Guizhou, China, were recruited for this study, with the goal of examining the impact of job demands, job control, and supervisory support on workplace deviant behaviour among those employed in those organisations. Methodology: The survey questionnaire was delivered to 200 workers of chosen enterprises in Guizhou, China, according to the survey methodology. To evaluate the data and test the hypotheses that job demands and supervisory support influence workplace deviant behaviour, statistical approaches, especially descriptive, correlation, and regression analyses, were utilised. Results: The findings showed that the hypothesised correlations were supported by the evidence. According to the findings of the study, job demands and supervisor support have a substantial impact on workplace deviant behaviour among employees who work for specific organisations in the study. Furthermore, according to the respondents to this survey, the issue of job expectations is the most significant predictor of workplace deviant conduct. Implication: It provides a conceptually sound yet empirically validated framework for describing the impact of job demands, task control, and supervisor support on workplace deviant conduct among employees of private enterprises in the Chinese province of Guizhou. The study is particularly valuable for practitioners since it assists them in identifying the downsides of job demands and increasing employee support from their supervisors. It is hoped that this study would be of use to managers, practitioners, and administrators who are involved in the planning or decision-making processes of private enterprises in Guizhou, China, to take into account the dispersion of work needs across employees.

This study aims to investigate the determinants of financial solvency for Algerian insurance companies and the strength and direction of their impact on the solvency margin of these compa-nies. This was done by constructing an econometric model of financial solvency and its influencing variables using the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) methodology with Eviews 12 software for the period 1998–2021. The study found that the determinants of solvency—namely, insurance premiums, compensation, financial investments, and technical provisions—maintain a long-term equilibrium relationship with financial solvency. The findings revealed that a 1% increase in insur-ance premiums, financial investments, and technical provisions will lead to an increase in the finan-cial solvency margin by 1.75%, 0.38%, and 0.78%, respectively, in the long term. Moreover, the study identified a long-term inverse relationship between compensation and the financial solvency margin, where a 1% increase in compensation results in a 1.79% decrease in the financial solvency margin. Additionally, the study found that any 1% shock to solvency determinants will have a last-ing impact for one year and seven months before returning to its normal equilibrium state. The study recommends adopting an underwriting policy that increases the value of insurance premi-ums, thereby enhancing technical provisions and ensuring their optimal investment. It also empha-sizes the importance of investment activities by reassessing the optimal composition of financial investments. Furthermore, it highlights the necessity of minimizing the negative impact of insur-ance compensations on financial solvency by swiftly addressing incurred losses to strengthen sol-vency and reinforce the financial stability of insurance companies.

This research aims to develop and validate a scale for measuring motivation for recovery from drug addiction, grounded in Self-Determination Theory (SDT). A 36-item scale was developed, distributed across six dimensions reflecting the basic psychological needs (autonomy, competence, and relatedness), types of motivation (intrinsic and extrinsic), and psychological well-being. The study sample comprised 92 participants from Al-Waseet addiction treatment centers in western Algeria. The psychometric properties of the scale were assessed through reliability analysis (Cronbach's alpha coefficient and split-half reliability) and validity analysis (content validity, discriminant validity, and internal consistency). The results indicated acceptable reliability, with a Cronbach's alpha coefficient of (α = 0.864) and a Guttman split-half coefficient of (0.874). Furthermore, the discriminant validity of the scale was verified using an independent samples t-test, with results indicating statistically significant differences (p < 0.001) between groups of individuals with high and low motivation. Additionally, correlation coefficients between the scale items and dimensional scores supported its internal consistency. These findings suggest that the Motivation for Recovery Scale possesses good psychometric properties in terms of reliability and validity, making it a promising tool for assessing motivation for recovery in the field of addiction. Practitioners can utilize this scale to gain a deeper understanding of individuals' motivations for recovery, thereby contributing to the development of effective individualized treatment plans and enhancing the therapeutic alliance by designing strategies tailored to their motivations.

The article shows the reasons for the violation of the principle of the unity of education and training, its relationship with the development of students' competencies is established, and the main conditions for the restoration of the driving forces of education in synthesis with training are identified. It is proved that the development of the activity component is the fundamental principle of updating the content of vocational education. The necessity of studying and developing innovative types, types and forms of practical activity in a higher educational institution is substantiated. The article describes the causes of failure of the unity principle in ethical training and education, ascertains the interrelation of the unity principle with the development of the students' competence and reveals the main conditions for reinstating the operating forces of ethical training in its synthesis with education . We prove here that developing the pragmatist component, should be the most essential principle for revising the contents of professional education. Reasons are given for studies and development of innovational types, kinds and forms of practical activity in a higher education institute.

This research paper focuses on the prevailing linguistic phenomena in Algeria, particularly in educational settings, where learners face a hybrid linguistic reality. They navigate between their colloquial dialect, acquired from their social environment, and Modern Standard Arabic, which is used in Algerian schools. Furthermore, they begin learning foreign languages—French and English—while still in primary school. Amidst this linguistic interaction, the paper discusses the relationship between Algeria's dialectal diversity and Modern Standard Arabic, as well as how they are managed in the educational context. We have studied the linguistic reality in Algeria, analyzed it, and compared it with Modern Standard Arabic to reach the desired conclusions.

This paper selects three typical social enterprises to conduct exploratory case studies on their growth paths based on grounded theory. The findings show that different types of organiza-tions are different in paths to grow into social enterprises, that is, non-profit organizations to carry out market-oriented practice, independent creation of social enterprises and commercial enter-prises of public innovation. Meanwhile, In the process of s ocial enterprise growth, similarities and differences of social enterprises growth coexist due to the effects of various combinations of factors. Business model innovation and management control are both used, but growth motivation and re-source bricolage are different in the process of growth. On the basis of single case analysis and cross case comparison, this paper further deconstructs the relevant concepts, and proposes an integrated framework for the growth path of social enterprises, which provides enlightenment for the follow-up research.
