Adapting of individualization technique in foreign language teaching

The article deals with the problem of the individualized activities in foreign lan-guage teaching. In this aspect, an individual educational task on the example of the discussion of personality-oriented issues in the process of classroom work of future engineers is considered as appropriate solving the problem of forming communicative competence. The authours come to the conclusion that individualization techniques approach proves to be an effective way of developing communication skills for work in small classes in the absence of an authentic environment at non-language faculties of higher education institutions.

Advanced framework module structures for the IRIS development platform

The IRIS Development Platform delivers compilation, cross-project linkage and data fetch services, while allowing hot-swaps for performance comparison of the modules under development. While previous work was dedicated to the framework itself [1], the current paper details the structure of the AFM modules assembled under IRIS. The development arised from the need for advanced performance modules, that are standardised and independent of frameworks conceptually C++98 tributary. It provides an example based guide to scientists towards direct implementation of code in separate compilation model of templated C++11 technology (with a vision for conforming to ConceptsTS, allowing relatively facile upgrade to C++20).

This article considers the impact of e-commerce on the international logistics industry. The authors refer to the key definitions of e-commerce. A case study of Amazon's successful emergence in e-commerce provides an insight into the prospects of this type of business. The research summarises the advantages and disadvantages of e-commerce for the stakeholders - sellers and buyers.

Analysis and evaluation of prospects for the development of institutional mechanisms in agriculture

This article reveals the role and place of agriculture in the economy of the region in particular, and the country as a whole, and also gives the main results of research on improving institutional mechanisms for agricultural development, in particular, an algorithm for optimal placement of major crops, taking into account yields, as the main factor of rational use of land resources, offers on the wide distribution of property rights, the institution of the contract, as well as mechanisms to reduce transaction costs in agriculture.

During several last decades such issues as the research of the influence of direct foreign investment (DFI) and related effects on the receiving economics is widely debated in numerous works of foreign and Russian economists. This circumstance witnesses the high topicality of this work. Nowadays there are many enough multifaceted approaches and developed mathematic models, used for the evaluation of the DFI influence on the receiving economics. Each such approach has got its advantages and shortages, which are necessary to be taken into account while selecting such or such approach in order to assess the DFI influence in each certain case. It is obvious, that such a choice should be made basing on a certain totality of factors, which have been included by different authors in models they are being developed. The main purpose of such a research is to systematize approaches, offered by foreign economists in order to evaluate the DFI influence on the economics of the receiving country. Provided the adaptation of obtained results to realities of the Russian economics it will allow to obtain more substantiated evaluations of the potential DFI influence on the receiving economics.

В данной работе рассматриваются особенностей применения Applied Behavioral Analisis (АВА) в работе по реабилитации и коррекции поведения ребенка с расстройством аутистического спектра в рамках отечественной системы инклюзивного образования. АВА-терапия является эффективным методом, направленная на психолого-педагогическую коррекцию поведения ребенка с РАС. В статье дается обобщенная характеристика АВА-терапии. Описываются результаты использования данного метода: ускоренная адаптация к социальным условиям, повышение уровня самостоятельности, улучшение способности к обучению.

Atrial fibrillation in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in Eastern Afghanistan

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is the leading respiratory disease which not only bears complications in the lungs but also in other systems of the body including heart which for example complicates to atrial fibrillation. The aim of the study was to investigate the incidences of atrial fibrillation in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. It was a retrospective cross sectional study conducted on the data of two years from patients admitted under the diagnosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in multiple centers in Nangarhar. The study included both male and female patients aging 18 years and over based on purposive sampling. The study included 296 patients of whom 158 (53.6%) were males and 138 (44.4%) were females. Mean age of the study population was 59.5±11.6 years. 51 out of 296 (17.2%) patients had atrial fibrillation: 26 (16.3%) males and 25 (18.1%) females. There was no case in age group 18-28 years but increased further on such as 3 cases (5.9%) in 29-39 years, 5 (9.8%) cases in 40-49 years, 14 (27.5%) cases in 50-59 years, and 27 (56.8%) cases in age group 60 and over. Atrial fibrillation was more prevalent in smokers 27 (20.3%) compared to non-smokers 14 (14.1%). Mean pulse deficit across atrial fibrillation patients was 23 ± 7 beats per minute. Atrial fibrillation was more prevalent in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease especially in females, old age, smokers, and physically inactive patients. Awareness programs should be designed to early detect cases and precision should be made in selecting medicine for chronic obstructive lung disease taking atrial fibrillation into consideration.

In this work, using the example of the work of Charles John Huffham Dickens "Posthumous Notes of the Pickwick Club", such features of phraseology as semantic, stylistic, lexical and morphological elements are investigated. The brightest and most diverse authorial phraseological units in Dickens' works made him prominent in the literature of that time and one of the most memorable personalities in the English literary environment. Various phraseological techniques used in this work are also analyzed: the technique of wedging, replacement, double actualization, the technique of contamination and convergence.
