Characteristics of the ability to act "in the mind" of first-graders

The article is devoted to the presentation of a study aimed at describing the characteristics of the ability to act "in the mind" in children at the very beginning of schooling. Based on the material of two methods built on the principle of tasks "Labyrinths with rules", seven groups of children were identified according to the level of formation of the ability to act "in the mind".

Characteristics of the production of logical problems in primary school

The article presents a study of the characteristics of producing logical problems by the fourth grade students. There are methods of producing logical problems: formal, substantial and productive. The study of the distribution of these methods among fourth-grade students showed that the majority of children are characterized by the substantial method of producing logical tasks.

Clustering of Kazakhstan universities based on quality indicators

This study presents a clustering analysis of universities in Kazakhstan based on various quality indicators, including academic reputation, employer reputation, faculty-student ratio, citations per faculty, and internationalization metrics. The aim is to identify groups of universities with similar characteristics to facilitate targeted improvements and strategic planning. The Ward's method of hierarchical clustering was employed, resulting in four main clusters. The findings reveal distinct strengths and weaknesses of each cluster, providing valuable insights for policymakers and university administrators to enhance the quality of higher education in Kazakhstan. The study concludes with specific recommendations for improving academic reputation, international cooperation, infrastructure, and employer engagement.

Cognitive semantic peculiarities of paremiological means in English, Kyrgyz and Russian languages

One of the most topical issues is the current stage of the formation of cognitive paremiology with all the complex set of unsolved problems connected with it. Among them there are questions about the linguistic and linguistic status, about the uniqueness of the species, about the functional purpose and cultural significance of paremi as folklore and linguistic representations of the mentality. The article discusses the cognitive-semantic peculiarities of the paremiological units of the languages studied.

The problem of the evolution of modality in different languages acquires special significance at the present stage of linguistic development, since modality is a central linguistic category and has a universal character. The article considers the category of inductive modality and ways of its expression in modern English and Kyrgyz languages. The lexical meanings of conveying this category are given.

In this work, the species features of the genital apparatuses of species of the genus Coenonympha of the family Satyridae of Yakutia were studied. The materials of 4 species of butterflies of the genus Coenonympha were summarized on the basis of the structure of the genital apparatus. As a result of a comparative analysis, the features of differences and external similarity of the species were revealed, which can later be used for more accurate identification of the Satyridae family of Yakutia, which is very difficult in terms of determining this genus. For a visual image of the processed material, objects were photographed from nature through a stereoscopic microscope using digital photographic equipment.

Comparative study of various disinfectants efficiency in poultry farms

Pathogenic Micro-organisms are contaminating poultry or animal farms through various ways such as air, water, labors, feeds, insects, birds etc. For this reason, need to have biological risk management protocols, which are important to prevent, control and removing the risks of diseases and spread of microbes. Disinfection protocols, when implemented appropriately, economically and according to productivity rate is better for the reducing pathogenic Micro-organisms and it is a significant step for several biological risk Management programs and preventions from various diseases. Anticipation and disinfection of disease is normally very easier, economically and medically effective than addressing outbreak circumstances of the diseases. Therefore, general awareness about systematically disinfection protocol for the control and prevention of infectious disease has become chief for poultry farms and control of the diseases which is need to become develop. Aim of this study is to evaluate the efficiency of some available disinfectants in poultry farms and examine of its advantages and benefits against the control of various diseases. Four broiler farms were selected for the experiment, which had treated with three types of disinfectants: Veterinary Disinfectant cleaner, glutaraldehyde , quaternary ammonium salt and last one is the control group. Finally the result had shown a farm in which we had used Veterinary Disinfectant cleaner spray economically was better than other three groups. Similarly glutaraldehyde treated farm are better in second stage and quaternary ammonium salt treated farm are less economically better than the control group. Thus using of disinfectant in farm reducing the pressure and load of micro-organism and prevent farm from various diseases.

The aim of the study was to compare distance learning offers by Polish and Ukrainian Universities before COVID-19. The following methods were used for the research: literature review; sociology (planning of experiments, questionnaire survey, grouping and processing of results); statistics (primary processing, verification of statistical hypotheses). The object of the research is distance learning in Polish and Ukrainian Universities. The subject of the research is offers in distance learning of Polish and Ukrainian Universities. The Research hypothesis: there were not significant differences of the Universities' offers in distance learning in Poland and Ukraine before COVID-19. The results are of great practical importance: - University management systems in Poland and Ukraine must equip Universities for distance learning. - Polish and Ukrainian professors, policy makers, managers and educators must use distance learning methods for teaching. The results can be used to study the problem in East European universities.

Creation of software for research of Rossler attractor

The work examines the basic concepts of the theory of nonlinear dynamic systems, under certain conditions exhibiting the properties of both perseverance and chaoticism. In particular, the characteristics of the Rössler attractor are given. Described the functions and special libraries used in the Python program, designed to visualize and study the parameters of the Rössler system that change over time. Examples of calculations performed with the help of the program have been analyzed. The scope of application of the developed program is proposed.

Crisis communication during the coronavirus period: the case of the Russian Orthodox Church

The article considers approaches to the definition of crisis communication and practical case of its implementation in the context of communicative strategy of the ROC in time period from March 25 to June 23, 2020 (period of the most stringent quarantine measures in connection with the Covid-19 pandemic). As a result of the analysis, three communication tendencies were identified: supporting state during a pandemic, the missionary tone of information policy and supporting people. These tendencies show that in the conditions of the changing external conjuncture, the church not only did not contribute to the aggravation of a possible social conflict, but also demonstrated its readiness to introduce new methods of interaction with the target audience.

A procedure of the management system development has been elaborated using the life cycle theory and making provision for interdependence of the basic components of a company, its internal and external environment. The reorganization process according to this procedure includes diagnostic, identification, realization and monitoring phases implemented by means of a broad range of methods.

The article researches specifics of temporal and cultural markers of Russian work of literature ‘A Country Doctor's Notebook' by M.A. Bulgakov and its' English translation. Elicited lexical units fall into thematic groups: person, artifact, actions, diseases and place. The part-of-speech classification followed and revealed prevailing nouns. Further stage involved the study of immediate context of the units.

В статье анализируются сценарии эмоционального состояния invidia, которое могли сопровождать опыт посетителей загородных вилл римской знати. На основе литературных свидетельств выявлено наличие разнонаправленных тенденций в отношении к зависти как к способу стимулирования соперничества внутри элит, что допускает возможность сознательного стремления к ее индуцированию посредством визуальных архитектурных приемов, в особенности перспективы. На материале поэмы Стация рассматриваются образы символического контроля, осуществляемого архитектурой и ее владельцами над состояниями природных стихий. При сопоставлении с архитектурными приемами на вилле Сан Марко выявляется целый ряд перспектив в глубинной части виллы, транслирующих идею контроля, в то время как перспективы, объединенные темой зависти, находятся в помещениях входной группы.

Current problems of countering cybercrime in the Russian Federation at the present stage

In this article, the author examines the issues of countering such a phenomenon as cybercrime, which is becoming more relevant, depending on the development of information resources in the world and in our state, in particular. According to the document approved by the President of the Russian Federation in 2008, all public services were supposed to be converted to electronic form in 2015. The purpose of the work is to analyze Russian legislation, analytical studies of the dynamics of cybercrime development and prospects for improving the counteraction to cybercrime in the Russian Federation at the present stage.
