Competence-based approach in the context of subject education

This article discusses the concept of competence in language education in general and describes the conditions for the successful implementation of the competence approach in teaching foreign languages. It describes the content of various types of competencies that are formed in foreign language classes and are the goal of language learning and language acquisition. An attempt is made to prove that in the modern educational paradigm, the competence approach is a priority methodological basis for the development of goals, objectives, and content of professional training of future specialists in the context of subject education.

Concepts of pedagogical process and its psychological bases

This article examines some conceptual differences between different approaches of the stage of determination, the purpose of education and the side of the property, the personality traits. And here the authors highlight as the most significant in sociocultural, activity and personal aspects of the pedagogical process. The authors will briefly define the role of a holistic person in education, which is important to the teacher and psychologist not only in the psycho-pedagogical plan itself, but also in their worldview and methodological priorities of understanding such a complex phenomenon as the personality appears.

The article presents modern concepts of the study of the culture of the linguistic personality at the junction of several sciences, which seems to be very fruitful and promising. Further, the expediency and even the need to study the culture of a linguistic personality within the framework of a linguistic paradigm is emphasized, since it is the linguistic sciences that have always had common subjects of study and areas, aspects of functioning. The purpose of the study is to prove the inseparable connection of language and personality and to present the structure of the language personality, highlighting the levels.

Teachers' mastery of subject areas and ability to effectively Impact the knowledge on the students are the major rudiments expected from an effective teacher. Conic sections coordinate geometry are regarded by students as difficult. Conic sections are a very powerful conceptual framework for bringing algebra, geometry, history of Mathematics, applications and use in many other fields of knowledge together. It is thus, a rich point of departure for the idea of integration or interconnectedness in and around Mathematics which is making the learning of Mathematics more meaningful and further higher-order thinking skills. The following work is prepared on the topic of econometric model of consumption function for Germany. The article considers the practical possibility of using the modified Keynesian model for closed economy in order to forecast Germany’s macroeconomic indicators, especially the country’s volume of consumption. This econometric model was evaluated with a least squares regression analysis (OLS).

Creation of software for research of Rossler attractor

The work examines the basic concepts of the theory of nonlinear dynamic systems, under certain conditions exhibiting the properties of both perseverance and chaoticism. In particular, the characteristics of the Rössler attractor are given. Described the functions and special libraries used in the Python program, designed to visualize and study the parameters of the Rössler system that change over time. Examples of calculations performed with the help of the program have been analyzed. The scope of application of the developed program is proposed.

Creative thinking strategies for primary school students

The article presents a study aimed at studying the characteristics of creative actions in situations of problem-writing by children studying in primary school (grades 3 and 4). Based on individual experiments, four strategies of creative thinking of children were identified and characterized when independently composing problems similar to those solved: formal, content, productive, original.

Crisis communication during the coronavirus period: the case of the Russian Orthodox Church

The article considers approaches to the definition of crisis communication and practical case of its implementation in the context of communicative strategy of the ROC in time period from March 25 to June 23, 2020 (period of the most stringent quarantine measures in connection with the Covid-19 pandemic). As a result of the analysis, three communication tendencies were identified: supporting state during a pandemic, the missionary tone of information policy and supporting people. These tendencies show that in the conditions of the changing external conjuncture, the church not only did not contribute to the aggravation of a possible social conflict, but also demonstrated its readiness to introduce new methods of interaction with the target audience.

Relevance and inadequate elaboration of the company development theory and methodology in view of cyclicity of company functioning, and urgent practical importance of activities for reorganization of domestic business entities have predetermined the line of the authors' research. A procedure of the management system development has been elaborated using the life cycle theory and making provision for interdependence of the basic components of a company, its internal and external environment. The reorganization process according to this procedure includes diagnostic, identification, realization and monitoring phases implemented by means of a broad range of methods.

The article researches specifics of temporal and cultural markers of Russian work of literature ‘A Country Doctor's Notebook' by M.A. Bulgakov and its' English translation. Elicited lexical units fall into thematic groups: person, artifact, actions, diseases and place. The part-of-speech classification followed and revealed prevailing nouns. Further stage involved the study of immediate context of the units.

В статье анализируются сценарии эмоционального состояния invidia, которое могли сопровождать опыт посетителей загородных вилл римской знати. На основе литературных свидетельств выявлено наличие разнонаправленных тенденций в отношении к зависти как к способу стимулирования соперничества внутри элит, что допускает возможность сознательного стремления к ее индуцированию посредством визуальных архитектурных приемов, в особенности перспективы. На материале поэмы Стация рассматриваются образы символического контроля, осуществляемого архитектурой и ее владельцами над состояниями природных стихий. При сопоставлении с архитектурными приемами на вилле Сан Марко выявляется целый ряд перспектив в глубинной части виллы, транслирующих идею контроля, в то время как перспективы, объединенные темой зависти, находятся в помещениях входной группы.

In this article, the author examines the issues of countering such a phenomenon as cybercrime, which is becoming more relevant, depending on the development of information resources in the world and in our state, in particular. According to the document approved by the President of the Russian Federation in 2008, all public services were supposed to be converted to electronic form in 2015. The purpose of the work is to analyze Russian legislation, analytical studies of the dynamics of cybercrime development and prospects for improving the counteraction to cybercrime in the Russian Federation at the present stage.

Cyber attacks and their impact on the digital economy

In a world where the digital economy is becoming a critical part of the global infrastructure, cyber attacks pose a serious threat to computer systems, networks and equipment. This article provides an in-depth overview of different types of cyberattacks, including DDoS attacks, phishing, and SQL injection, and describes their methods and potential consequences. Particular attention is paid to various sectors vulnerable to cyberattacks, such as the financial sector, education, e-commerce and the gaming industry. It also emphasizes the importance of taking precautions and preventive measures at the individual and organizational levels. It is recommended to use strong passwords, implement multi-factor authentication, regularly update software, and increase user awareness of cybersecurity. The article provides useful information on cybersecurity and focuses on preventing and protecting against cyber attacks in the digital world.

Deprivation and violations of social adaptation of the individual

The article defines the concepts of "deprivation", "adaptation" and "socio-psychological adaptation". The characteristic features of a person with deprivation syndrome are listed. Data on psychological maladaptation and successful social adaptation of the individual in society are presented. Methods for correcting the social maladjustment of a person are determined. It is considered how openness to social experience and the accumulation of cultural experience affect the adaptive capabilities of the individual.

The article discusses numerical methods for solving nonlinear equations applied to determine the parameters behind an oblique shock wave on a wedge in a supersonic gas flow. Two main methods are considered: the Newton method and the secant method. The specifics of their application and convergence in solving equations related to the angle of inclination of the shock wave are described. A comparison of the methods' performance is conducted on the example of determining the oblique shock wave angle (OSW), along with calculations of flow parameters behind the shock wave. Both methods yielded identical results, but the secant method required less computation time. The article also highlights important conditions affecting the convergence of the methods and the accuracy of the calculations.

The article discusses the importance of developing and improving speaking skills in teaching English. The authors consider subjective and objective reasons that influence the success of mastering the speaking skill. The article also analyzes the positions of various authors regarding the ways and methods aimed at developing the speaking skill. Some difficulties in mastering the skill of speaking that arise in the classroom of the English language are considered. The authors are convinced of the priority of the communicative competencies of the teacher and students in teaching English. In the process of analyzing scientific papers on the problem of developing the speaking skill, the author formulated his own vision on the main difficulties in developing the speaking skill and identified the causes that cause them. The article emphasizes the great importance of the educational level of an English teacher in the preparation of practical tasks for speech activity, as well as the ability to actively use their psychological and pedagogical competencies in practice.

E-commerce and its development are one of the most important trends in the development of the Russian economy. This scientific work focuses on identifying the key changes in the dynamics of the sales volume of E-commerce in the Russian Federation in 2011-2022 and aims to forecast the sales volumes for 2023. The influence of the coronavirus pandemic on the dynamics of the development of E-commerce is given an assessment. The final conclusions are formulated within the framework of research problems.

Development of relations between China and the European Union

Relations between China and the EU have developed in the face of significant geopolitical turbulence. This has caused earlier areas of cooperation such as trade, investment and infrastructure ties to become politicized and instrumental within the bilateral relationship and beyond. China continued to implement its Belt and Road Initiative in Europe, but the lack of specificity and clarity prevented EU partners from coherently responding to it. Pressure from the US and a growing view that China poses a major threat to the rules-based multilateral order have also contributed to a more assertive EU stance towards China. China continues to emphasize that its relationship with the EU is based on a comprehensive partnership and that it supports a multilateral system, while there is a growing view within the EU that the very nature of China's political and economic system may represent an alternative and even competitive form of global governance. Thus, different expectations about what each side is trying to achieve, different approaches and different standards associated with cooperation need to be updated.
