ESG-модная формулировка или новый вектор будущего?

В статье автор рассматривает ESG, актуальное направление современной эколого-экономической политики, раскрывается связь его базовых элементов во взаимодействии. Экологическая политика, законы или институты, не могут работать, если нет согласованности с остальными элементами системы; без эффективного участия общества не будет необходимой легитимности для применения продвигаемых механизмов сохранения и устойчивого использования.

Текущий период развития характеризуется актуализацией вопросов, связанных с реализацией концепции устойчивого развития на региональном уровне. Сбалансированное сочетание и взаимодействие социо-эколого-экономических аспектов выступает одним из главных факторов устойчивого развития территории. В работе выявлены особенности реализации ESG-повестки на региональном уровне, приведены результаты оценки территории в рамках различных рейтингов, а также обозначены направления устойчивого развития региона.

Earthquake network: toplogical characteristics (case of in Sichuan, China, 2008)

Such natural events as earthquakes exhibit complexity and have high uncertainty and non-linear characteristics as well. It has prompted many scientists from diverse domains to be interested in the problem and to perform its thorough exploration. In the last 20 years, scholars have brought methods of network science into earthquake research. In this work, we prepared a network model and analyzed the seismic network characteristics during the 2008 Wenchuan earthquake in Sichuan, China. The results of the study demonstrate that the seismic data relations in the Sichuan region are in line with the small-world and scale-free network properties.

This article explores the potential of literary poetry in fostering ecological consciousness among students. The study is situated within the framework of ecocriticism - an interdisciplinary approach that investigates how nature is represented in literary texts and examines the interplay between culture and the natural environment. The research methodology is based on ecocritical, interpretative, and comparative-analytical approaches to literary analysis. The study focuses on Robert Frost’s poem “The Road Not Taken” and William Henry Davies’ poem “Leisure”. Through an interpretative reading of these works, the article identifies key ecological themes, including the notions of choice, responsibility, reflection on nature, and the disruption of harmony between humans and their environment. The findings indicate that poetic texts possess substantial educational value and can be effectively employed in the educational process to cultivate an ecologically informed worldview among students.

This article explores ecological discourse in Kyrgyz and English literature through the works of Chingiz Aitmatov and Charles Dickens. It analyzes how nature is depicted as a moral, symbolic, and social force, influencing human behavior, ethics, and societal issues. Aitmatov emphasizes harmony, spiritual growth, and moral responsibility, while Dickens highlights industrialization, social critique, and the consequences of environmental neglect. The study reveals both cultural differences and universal themes in ecological awareness and ethical engagement with nature.

Economic security of Russia and quality of education

In the article the dependence of the competitive power of the economic security upon the education quality is considered. The formation of the social educational order and the introduction of the General Compulsory Education in our country allowed to liquidate the illiteracy, to carry out the scientific and technical revolution, to provide the economic independence of the USSR. Some decades Russia took priority positions in many branches of science. But the crisis of the 90-th years influenced less education financing. It became the reason of material base degradation, quality regressing of specialists training and decreasing of institutions' intellectual potential. The education financing increasing is the condition of the Russian`s future economic welfare.

It is noted that the usage of e-manuals and materials are targeted at several stages in the course of complementing the content of lesson. In is concluded that students evaluate the completed assignment while hearing the phrases actually pronounced by the orator. The author of the article lays an emphasis upon the idea that students take special interest in classes resorting to e-manuals and video materials, on the whole.

Efficient stream data processing for Backend model training

This paper examines approaches to stream data processing (SDP) for training machine learning (ML) models on the backend. Architectural solutions, including Lambda and Kappa architectures as well as microservice approaches, are explored with a focus on their advantages and limitations under modern conditions. Tools such as Apache Kafka, Apache Flink, and Apache Spark Streaming are analyzed, emphasizing their applicability to various data processing tasks. Special attention is given to performance optimization methods, including the use of online learning and incremental learning algorithms, data compression, efficient serialization, and resource management. The article presents examples of technology implementation demonstrating their practical value.

Zusammenfassung: Diese Arbeit basiert auf Daten einer Umfrage unter Einwohnern Deutschlands und Russlands (im Alter von 16 bis 50 Jahre). Die Frage, die gestellt wurde, klang wie folgt: wie bevorzugen Sie zu reisen - auf klassische oder auf thematische Weise? Das Ergebnis der Umfrage war vorhersehbar: Etwa 70% der Deutschen und der Russen haben sich für die erste Variante entschieden. Um die Touristen mit den wenig bekannten Orten in Deutschland bekannt zu machen, wurde eine Liste „Top 5 von den ungewöhnlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten Deutschlands“ aufgestellt. Heutzutage ist die deutsche Medizin sehr gut entwickelt, deshalb ist diese Liste zwar mit der Medizin verbunden. Der Bericht enthält die kurze Beschreibung jedes Ortes, die sich auf historische und andere interessante Fakten bezieht. Der Besuch dieser Orte ist eine Alternative für Reisende, die bereits mit diesem Land bekannt sind, sowie für diejenigen, die es vorziehen, ein anderes Land mit seltenen und originellen Kulturgütern kennenzulernen.

Emotional and modal nature of musical image

This article provides an analysis of musical image of composer’s world, where remarks, undoubtedly, are: representators of expressive and speech style of music, adjustments of performance interpretation, containing essential characteristics of intonational and creative images. The developed method of pragmatic and linguistic diagnosis of composer’s personality is based on the acknowledgement of the fact that author of the text actualizes the pragmatic aspect reflecting its speech activity together with semantic and syntax aspects. An array of musical terminoid remarks introduced into musical practice was not the subject of system analysis up to day. An interpretation of the values of context-style meanings of musical remarks and corresponding psychological, subject, behavioral, image modalities require apprehension.

Empirical methods of modeling self-organization of lexical innovations in the mental lexicon

Owing to the large-scale national ideology for the modernization of public consciousness, it is relevant to consider the process of lexical innovations self-organization in a person’s mental lexicon along with other problems of Kazakh linguistics. A new style of scientific thinking - synergetics is proposed an appropriate methodology, universal principles to study such a complex system. It is possible to identify common patterns and processes of the evolution of the national language as a complex system and characterize lexical innovations in the Kazakh language by using a synergistic methodology. The synergetic methodological platform - is a complex of integrated theoretical and empirical methods as well as universal principles characterized by interdisciplinary features. The article analyzes the types of empirical methods and the possibility of achieving the results of synergetic modeling of self-organization of Kazakhized lexical innovations in the mental lexicon.

Empirical study of social representations of users about new products of the digital economy

The article presents an analysis of the results of an empirical study of social perceptions of users about new products and services of the digital economy, such as dark kitchen, co-living and Netflix. In the study, authors solved the problem of adapting the methodology for analyzing social representations in the part that related to data processing. The algorithm of structural data analysis according to Vergès used as a tool. The results of the analysis showed the capabilities of the structural analysis algorithm used in terms of speed, convenience of data calculation and their convex visualization to obtain estimates of users' social perceptions of new products and services of the digital economy.

Endothelium-dependent vasodilation disorders in patients with acute myocardial infarction

The results of the value of indicators analysis of endothelium-dependent vasodilation in patients with acute myocardial infarction (MI) (n=63) are presented in the article. Patients with acute MI were divided into 4 subgroups: patients with Q wave MI (QWMI) (n=33), patients with non-Q wave MI (NQWMI) (n=30), patients with uncomplicated MI (n=33) and patients with complicated MI (n=13). Life-threatening complications: pulmonary edema and cardiogenic shock were identified in patients with complicated MI. Pharmacological test with 5% acetylcholine was used to assess the functional state of the vascular endothelium. The most pronounced, statistically significant changes of endothelium-dependent vasodilation indicators among the examined patients with acute MI were observed in patients with QWMI compared to patients with NQWMI and in patients with complicated MI compared to patients with uncomplicated MI. Among patients with complicated MI, the most pronounced changes of endothelium-dependent vasodilation indicators were observed in patients with cardiogenic shock, compared to patients with pulmonary edema.

The languages of the globe influence various social situations, phenomena occurring in society. As in all languages of the world, the vocabulary of the Russian and Kyrgyz languages is also continuously updated with new words. Every day, changes occur in his vocabulary: new words appear, some of them become obsolete, some even go out of use, others undergo semantic changes in meanings, acquire new roles. In this article, the authors consider the problem of using borrowed vocabulary, in particular, neologisms that originated from the English language. The classification of the reasons for the emergence of anglicisms is given, the ways of their assimilation with the Russian and Kyrgyz languages are given.

English for a Russian medical practitioner: challenges and benefits

English is an essential part of academic programmes in any medical university in Russia. According to the Federal educational standards undergraduate medical students study Anatomy, Biology, Chemistry and other basic subjects to understand how human bodies work. However, there are humanities including English that give some extra knowledge apart from specifically medical. There must be some important reasons for this. So in this article I would like to deal with the main aims and benefits of studying medical English and also cover some challenges that may appear. Every country has its own history, language, unique national and cultural features. At the same time, medicine and health studies share universal aspects that are common for all countries. The main goals of healthcare and medicine are disease prevention and treatment, health promotion and prolonging life. These are global objectives. The author of this paper argues that English along with professional competencies can be an effective instrument to achieve these goals. Medicine is an international science and speaking the same language doctors can succeed in dealing with global health challenges and threats.

In today’s highly globalized economy, transport and logistics play an important role in value creation and national competitiveness. Transport and logistics industry of Russia is a growing sector that strongly influences the economic performance of all the others. For the transport and logistics specialists, it is essential nowadays to be able to coordinate negotiations, communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and business partners in the professional settings, interpret the documentation involved in the transportation of goods, such as insurance contracts and customs information that are commonly found in English. Thus, university graduates apart from the occupation-specific knowledge need to be equipped with the right English language skills determined by the ongoing development of cross-border transportation networks. The current paper aims at presenting the English language skills required most in the transport and logistics industry. The author also provides an example of how higher education institutions meet the challenges of the changeable requirements of the industry.
