This paper aims at understanding the international political and strategic changes after the Russian Ukrainian con-flict that is supported by the West in general. The conflict includes an occidental pole that wants more control on the peoples of the world and the destruction of all the new powers that may oppose it. In fact, it is a global conflict, not between two neighbor states, as the media outlets say. This paper sheds light on the conflict of Russia against the NATO regarding its roots and historical, economic, and geostrategic repercussions.

The School and Upbringing: Curricula Between Education and Teaching in the Algerian School

The school is a social and educational institution established by society to contribute to the upbringing and education of its members by achieving their physical, psychological, mental, spiritual, moral, and social development. This is accomplished by providing appropriate means, frameworks, equipment, and curricula for each educational stage to achieve the desired outcomes of individual upbringing and education. The curricula are not limited to teaching and training content but extend to upbringing by providing opportunities for learners to develop their human personality in all aspects. Each curriculum comprises elements such as: • Educational Goals: Representing the intended changes in the learner's cognitive, emotional, and psychomotor domains. • Educational Content: Encompassing human experiences directed at the learner. • Activities: Engagements undertaken by the teacher or learner in classroom situations. • Evaluation: The process of measuring changes in the learner's behavior and knowledge. This theoretical study aims to identify the most important educational and teaching contents of the curricula, the foundations of their construction, and the significant changes they have undergone in the Algerian school system.

The Significance of Bioethics as an Ethical Inquiry into Science

Bioethics is a relatively recent research field that blends the cognitive and the ethical within a unified framework, such that neither domain stands out from the other. Instead, bioethics is a bridge that connects advanced knowledge, science, and technology with values, principles, and moral considerations within the bounds of what is scientifically and technologically possible and ethically permissible. Bioethics emerged as a response to numerous ethically charged issues brought to light by scientific and technological progress, particularly in medicine and life. These include, for instance, dilemmas surrounding the beginning and end of human life, such as genetic engineering, artificial fertilisation, in vitro fertilisation, organ donation, and surrogate motherhood. Ethical concerns also extend to the periods before and after life, such as prenatal genetic screening and gene editing, as well as the grief and mourning processes following death, especially in cases involving assisted dying.

This study explores the impact of consuming entertainment content through traditional and modern media on individuals and society. The effects highlighted in this study focus on social and psychological aspects. It was found that, from a social perspective, consuming media content can lead to virtual interaction between individuals, but in other cases, it may socially isolate individuals. Psychologically, media entertainment can have positive effects, such as amusement and stress relief, but it can also lead to numerous consequences for the individual, such as addiction when consumed excessively.

Political discourse in Mauritania reflects the social, economic, and cultural transformations the country has undergone. Mauritania has faced numerous challenges, ranging from identity issues and social divisions to political crises. This has significantly contributed to the development of political discourse, as parties and opinion leaders have sought to enhance their credibility by adopting new principles that meet the aspirations of the people. With the increase in political awareness among citizens, transparency and fairness have become essential in this discourse to reflect people's concerns and promote effective participation in political life. The early 1990s witnessed a major political transformation in Mauritania. On July 20, 1991, a new constitution was adopted, establishing a bicameral parliamentary system and allowing the establishment of political parties... Anyone studying political discourse in Mauritania clearly realizes that it reflects a complex interplay between culture, religion, and social history, making it a powerful tool for communicating with citizens. This discourse is also distinguished by its diversity, combining traditional values with modern variables, which directly impacts the country's political life. We can conclude that political discourse in Mauritania has profound implications that require everyone to exercise caution and strive to deliver a discourse that promotes the public interest.

Foreign investment is one of the most significant concerns for countries worldwide, whether developed or developing, as it serves as the primary driver of economic growth. Like other nations, Algeria has sought to attract as many foreign investments as possible by adopting a legislative policy that ensures adequate protection for foreign investors. This is reflected in the country’s legal framework, which recognizes a set of principles guiding foreign investors in making investment decisions in a particular country. Among the most prominent of these principles is the principle of investment freedom, which serves as a foundation for other principles that guarantee investor protection. However, what distinguishes this principle within Algerian legislation is that it has gone through two contrasting phases: marginalization and recognition.

The Algerian President "Abdelmadjid Tebboune" has made the "Digital Transition" project one of the top national priorities since assuming the responsibilities of the state. This requires determination and courage to implement the plan, which has encountered many obstacles, challenges, and clear resistance at various stages. However, despite these challenges, there have been several successes in this area, thanks to the collective will and the concerted efforts of many key actors who chose to strongly engage in this inevitable path. If the Algerian university wants to advance to the level of major universities and perform its tasks in the best possible way, this will open up vast and promising prospects for the Algerian university. This will allow it to contribute to the construction of a modern, balanced economy, overcome the corruption and stagnation it has experienced for several years, and reach a stage of transparency, accountability, and equality of opportunities in education and employment. This, in turn, will lead to achieving the conditions for an effective renaissance and advancing the Algerian university to the level of major universities internationally through embracing digital transformation.

The Algerian political system, like other political systems, is based on the existence of three branches: the executive branch, the legislative branch, and the judicial branch. Each branch has its own powers and functions in accordance with the principle of separation of powers, which is a key criterion for distinguishing the relationships among these branches within the state. The focus of our study in this research paper is primarily on the status and position of the President of the Republic as the foremost figure in the executive branch and his relationship with the First Minister or Head of Government, as applicable, under the Constitutional Amendment of 2020. This amendment emphasized the strengthening of the legal status of the President of the Republic and his superiority in all areas, establishing him as the most important institution within the executive branch. It also worked to enhance his position, both in relation to the other branches and at the expense of the First Minister or Head of Government, given that he is the second party in the executive authority.

Throughout history, nations have been measured by their diverse civilizational manifestations, including that deeply rooted heritage. The Amazigh society in general, and the Imuhagh (Tuareg)* in particular, have left us a rich and diverse legacy composed of various artistic expressions from one region to another. This diversity has attracted the attention of researchers and enthusiasts of Amazigh culture across different disciplines. Our choice of this topic is an attempt to highlight the social and economic values and functions through the use of various symbols on different materialssymbols that carry meanings and aesthetic values reflecting the level of creativity achieved by the Tuareg people in the Ahaggar region. This development and flourishing would not have been possible without an openness to other cultures. The Tuareg artist embodied his imagination in traditional crafts, creating a distinctive artistic style that set him apart from others.

The Systemic Implications in Narrative Discourse: Frankenstein in Baghdad as a Case Study

This study seeks to approach narrative discourse from the perspective of cultural criticism by analyzing Frankenstein in Baghdad by Ahmed Saadawi, in order to uncover the implicit cultural systems embedded within its deep structure. The study is based on the hypothesis that narrative texts are not produced solely within an aesthetic framework, but also express cultural, social, religious, and political systems underlying their surface structure. Its objective is to demonstrate the applicability of cultural criticism tools to the modern Arabic novel and to assess the extent to which Arab critical approaches have benefited from Western achievements in this field. The study concludes that Frankenstein in Baghdad serves as a narrative model rich in cultural systems that reflect the fragmentation of Iraqi identity and the transformations of post-occupation society. The analysis also highlights the capacity of cultural criticism to penetrate the rhetorical and aesthetic layers of the text to uncover the intellectual and ideological structures that shape it.

The Treatment of Depression using Oncology Nurses

Depression is an issue that affects all medically unwell people. The frequency of serious depression in cancer patients has been reported to be as high as 50%. Patients with concurrent major depressive illness who seek treatment in general practice or medical centers are more likely than not to get proper treatment. Therefore, more efficient ways for identifying and treating cancer patients as well as those suffering from depression are urgently required. The paper highlights study that examines if oncology nurses could be educated to have a more active part in the treatment of patients who are suffering from major depression. A properly trained oncology nurse can give an intervention that researchers created and piloted. It necessitates a broadening of the scope of specialized nurses' duties and skills. The difficulties that nurses face in this capacity are explored. Researchers believe they need a diversified work schedule that isn't only focused on depression management that they need enough peer support, and so they are usually effective when they collaborate with other members of a heterogeneous psycho-oncology department.

This study explores the extent to which artificial intelligence (AI) technologies are used in producing satirical digital content. It begins by examining the concept of AI and its applications in media work, along with identifying key features of AI releva nt to content creation. The importance of this topic lies in the growing impact of AI tools, which have enabled individuals with minimal technical skills to create and manipulate satirical digital content. This technological development has transformed med ia production, particularly in the satire genre. However, the study reveals that while satirical content may serve constructive purposes such as highlighting social flaws or prompting reform the involvement of AI in its production has raised several concer ns. Notably, AI generated satire can infringe on individuals' personal lives, often leading to cyber bullying . This has contributed to the rise of social tensions and conflicts within communities, underscoring the need for ethical guidelines and responsibl e use of AI in digital media.

This study aims to clarify the importance of using artificial intelligence in education, particularly for individuals with special needs who possess high capabilities, and its role in developing educational communication skills both among students and through their interaction with educational materials. It also facilitates the methods by which teachers engage with this special group. International models have demonstrated the effectiveness of teaching methods that employ intelligent applications on samples of people with special needs by providing interactive features and the contribution of robotics in enhancing this group's communicative and educational skills. The study utilised a descriptive approach to diagnosing the variables defining the phenomenon under investigation by delving into the characteristics of innovative education and the outcomes of employing artificial intelligence in teaching individuals with special needs, comparing the results with successful international models in the field. The study reached several conclusions, the most significant of which are that artificial intelligence applications contribute to the development of education and the enhancement of the efficiency of learners with special needs; educating special groups depends on the innovation of new and effective methods that keep pace with the demands of the artificial intelligence era, and the development of communication skills requires training courses before adopting intelligent teaching methods.

This study aims to highlight the most significant persuasive techniques used in Turkish drama series as a form of soft power to influence the cultural identity of audiences from various countries and cultural backgrounds, including Algerian viewers. Turkish drama has garnered remarkable attention over the past two decades as a fully integrated industry, achieving considerable success, particularly in Arab countries, notably Algeria. This has prompted us to investigate the extent to which these series influence Algerian audiences through their persuasive techniques. Following an analytical review of a sample series (Shakir Pasha family), we found that among the most impactful persuasive techniques used in Turkish drama that can effectively influence the cultural identity of the viewing audience are dramatic directing elements, repetition, visual spectacle, music, and sound effects. These elements are prominent and can threaten the viewer's original cultural identity through their persuasive power as soft tools.

In order to understand the influence of college students' motivation on the use of some social media functions of different social platforms, the commonly used social platforms of college students are analyzed, and the "Hashtag" function is interacted through artificial intelligence technology, so as to realize the relationship between college students' psychological behavior, the use of social media "Hashtag" function and media bias. The results show that Wechat, microblog and QQ are the most popular social platforms at present, and college students can get more information from the platform to further complete their communication tasks. Therefore, the research on the use of social media "Hashtag" function and media bias based on college students' psychological behavior motivation is of great significance to the study of college students' social psychology and media bias.
