This study aims to discuss the current challenges facing the adoption of many digital technology solutions in government institutions in Algeria to confront the COVID-19 crisis. During the pandemic, the government placed increasing emphasis on this technology and its uses as a tool for digital transformation. It was viewed as a driver for economic diversification and became a top priority on strategic agendas. Based on a structural analysis methodology, the study's results show that despite the advancements, Algeria is still lagging behind. Therefore, government institutions must provide opportunities for digital innovation by establishing favorable regulations and protective applications to ensure security for transactions, as well as addressing gaps in the information and communication technology infrastructure to accelerate the process of benefiting from digital solutions, applications, and services.

The Role of Electronic Management Systems in Improving the Quality of Academic Life

This study aims to explore the role of e-management systems in improving the quality of academic life from the perspective of permanent faculty members at the University of M'sila. To achieve the study's objectives, a questionnaire was developed and distributed to a random sample of 201 permanent professors working at the University of M'sila. Various statistical methods were employed to analyze the collected data. The results revealed a high level of agreement (77.8%) among permanent professors regarding the implementation of e-management systems within the university. Additionally, a statistically significant positive relationship was identified at a significance level of (α ≤ 0.05) between the implementation of e-management systems and the enhancement of academic life quality. The findings indicate a statistically significant impact of e-management systems on the quality of academic life, with the dimensions of e-management accounting for 61.5% of the variation in job performance. However, no statistically significant differences were observed in professors' perspectives based on demographic factors. Based on these findings, several recommendations were proposed to enhance and expand the use of e-management systems and transition all administrative and academic processes to electronic formats, aiming to improve the quality of academic life for permanent faculty members at the University of M'sila.

This study aims to determine the role of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) practices (green recruitment, green training, green motivation, and green performance appraisal) in environmental protection against pollution, focusing on a sample of economic institutions located in the municipal of Setif. To achieve the objectives of the study, a structured questionnaire was developed to collect data on the subject. The questionnaires were distributed to a sample consisting of 80 enterprises operating in the municipal of Setif. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS statistical software. The results shows that green HRM practices play a statistically significant role in protecting the environment from pollution at a 5% significance level, with a correlation coefficient of 72.8%. Furthermore, the study found that green recruitment, green training, green motivation, and green performance appraisal all have a positive impact on Protecting the environment from pollution. The study emphasizes the need to generalize training programs related to environmental protection across all administrative levels and recommends the establishment of a system to monitor the development of employees’ environmental performance after participating in such programs.

This research paper aims to highlight the role of green Islamic sukuk in achieving environmental sustainability, with reference to the experience of Indonesia, one of the leading countries in the field of Islamic finance. The study adopts a descriptive-analytical approach by describing and analyzing the key concepts and procedures related to green sukuk in Indonesia. The study found that green sukuk have significantly contributed to financing sustainable projects, helped attract foreign investment, and strengthened Indonesia’s commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals. It also showed that the lack of awareness among financial institutions about environmental risks, in addition to the weak role of the government in supporting environmentally friendly projects, are among the main obstacles hindering the effective implementation of green sukuk in Indonesia. Accordingly, the study recommends developing mechanisms to monitor environmental performance and increasing financial incentives to support this sustainable financing model.

This study examines the role of human rights organisations in promoting citizenship principles and protecting individual rights in Algeria, focusing on an anthropological case study of the National Association for the Defence of Human Rights - Oran Office. In Algeria’s complex socio-political environment, research has explored how local cultural values, power dynamics, and societal structures shape the strategies and effectiveness of associations. Using an ethnographic approach based on field observations and interviews, this study reveals the intricate relationships among human rights discourse, citizenship practices, and local realities. It analyses how the association navigates relationships with state authorities, engages with diverse community groups, and adapts its discourse to overcome cultural and social barriers. Special attention is given to women's rights, migration issues, and social discrimination challenges. The findings highlight the association's significant, yet contextually limited, impact on fostering sustainable social change and active citizenship. The research concludes with recommendations for enhancing the effectiveness of human rights advocacy within Algeria's evolving socio-political landscape.

The Role of Middle School Teachers in Developing Students' Positive Thinking Skills in the Classroom

The present study aims to explore the extent to which middle school teachers practice their role in developing positive thinking skills among their students in the classroom from the teachers' own perspectives. The study also seeks to identify differences in the mean estimates of the sample members regarding the role of middle school teachers in fostering positive thinking skills among their students, according to the following variables: (gender, years of experience). The sample con-sisted of 80 teachers, including 38 male and 42 female teachers, from several middle schools in Ghardaia Province. The researchers adopted the Hanan Al-Sir Scale (2014), which consists of 42 items. The descriptive exploratory method was employed, in addition to the comparative method at a later stage. Data were analyzed using a set of statistical methods through the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS, version 20). The study reached the following results: middle school teachers play a significant role in developing positive thinking skills among their students to a high degree. Additionally, there were no significant differences in the mean estimates of the sample members attributed to the gender variable. However, there were statistically significant differences attributed to the years of experience variable, in favor of teachers with greater experience (10 years or more).

This study aims to explore the role of play in the development of intelligence and life skills in children with Down syndrome through the analysis of three cases at a psychological centre. The research adopted the case study method and focused on the impact of play on children's cognitive and behavioural development. Data were collected via various tools, including direct observation to monitor children's interactions with different types of play, interviews with parents and therapists to understand developmental changes, and psychological and educational tests to measure changes in intelligence and life skills after specific periods of play activities. The results showed that guided and free play significantly improved the participating children's thinking, communication, independence, and social interaction skills. Furthermore, motor and educational games enhance cognitive abilities and support acquiring essential life skills. The study recommends intensifying play as an educational and rehabilitative tool for children with Down syndrome, emphasising the need for a stimulating and supportive environment in psychological and educational centres and the development of specialised play programmes.

Concern for the quality of life of families of children with special needs has become a modern trend in the field of psychology and special education, as a high or low quality of life in a family has a positive or negative impact on the child, either transforming them into an effective and productive individual or a complex, negative, and weak-willed individual in the future. Convinced of the importance of positive thinking in improving quality of life, particularly for families of children with special needs, we decided to shed light on this topic with a scientific contribution, where we seek and aim to provide a clearer understanding of the concepts of quality of life and positive thinking, as well as to clarify the importance of the latter, which is considered the fundamental key to achieving positive mental health and improving quality of life for families in general, and families of children with special needs in particular.

The Role of Quantification in Enhancing Objectivity in the Content Analysis Methodology

This article addresses a fundamental issue concerning attempts to introduce quantification into the content analysis method, which is traditionally classified as a qualitative approach. It stems from the fact that such methods frequently face criticism for being influenced by researcher subjectivity and for their weak level of standardization, which undermines their objectivity compared to quantitative methods. In response to these concerns, researchers have sought to enhance objectivity and reliability by applying quantitative procedures at various stages of the content analysis process. The article will discuss in detail how quantification is employed—from sample selection, through the formulation of analysis categories and coding procedures, to the measurement of reliability and data classification. To provide comprehensive coverage of the topic, this discussion will be preceded by an overview of the concept of content analysis, its objectives, main steps, and types. The article concludes by evaluating the extent to which these quantification attempts have succeeded in compensating for the qualitative shortcomings and in determining whether they can truly enhance the scientific value and credibility of the results derived from content analysis.

The research problem was presented as follows: Does resistance training using strengthening machines play a role in constructing body image among karate athletes? The research hypotheses were presented as follows: General Hypothesis: Resistance training using strengthening machines plays a role in constructing body image among karate athletes. Partial Hypotheses: Resistance training using strengthening machines plays a role in constructing the external appearance among karate athletes. Resistance training using strengthening machines plays a role in constructing motor performance among karate athletes. Resistance training using strengthening machines plays a role in constructing health among karate athletes. Study Sample: 18 karate athletes aged between 15–17 years. Method: The adopted method is the descriptive method. Tools: Body Image Scale by Dr. “Nafi Sufyan”. Results: Resistance training using strengthening machines plays a role in constructing body image among karate athletes through its proper and effective application. Resistance training using strengthening machines plays a role in constructing the external appearance through the necessary and appropriate appearance for the karate athlete, and it also has a prominent role in constructing the motor performance and health dimensions. Suggestions: We propose the generalization of using resistance training machines in all karate clubs in the Wilaya of M’sila.

This study aimed to investigate the role of semi-sports games in developing physical and motor abilities in children, and the extent to which these games contribute to achieving good motor performance in children. The researchers used the descriptive method with a survey approach due to its suitability for the objectives and nature of the study. The study sample consisted of 20 elementary school teachers in the eastern Algiers province, who were randomly selected. The researchers concluded that semi-sports games have a positive role in developing the physical and motor abilities of children, and that they contribute to achieving good motor performance in children.

This article addresses the role of social justice in carbon pricing as a way to balance the environment and the economy. Carbon pricing is essential to reducing greenhouse gas emissions and stimulating innovations in renewable energy. However, policies must take into account unequal impacts on low-income communities, which often suffer from the repercussions of climate change. Through a fair carbon pricing structure, including revenue recycling and progressive pricing strategies, more equitable economic and environmental outcomes can be achieved. The participation of societies in decision-making and the ongoing assessment of the impact of policies is key to ensuring social justice in this context.

This study explores the role of health-related content produced by social media influencers in promoting health aware-ness among Algerian youth who use the Facebook platform. It also aims to determine the extent to which Algerian youth rely on social media influencers for health information, to identify the types of health-related content preferred by the study sample, and to assess the credibility of the health content disseminated by influencers via Facebook. The study adopted the sample survey method, involving 212 participants, with the electronic questionnaire used as the pri-mary research tool. The findings indicate that influencers play a role in health awareness, as 75% of the sample report-ed trusting the health content provided by these influencers and acquiring positive health behaviours.

This study aims to highlight the critical role that startups fulfill in enhancing and diversifying the national economy, particularly through their capacity to develop innovative products and services that support sustainable development and generate added value outside the hydrocarbons sector. Recent developments in the Algerian context have illustrated a clear and deliberate political inclination toward formalizing this entrepreneurial model. This orientation is reflected in the establishment of a ministry dedicated to the knowledge economy and startups, as well as the implementation of a comprehensive support system. This system encompasses incubators, a startup support and development fund, and tax incentives integrated into the finance laws. Additionally, public authorities have undertaken efforts to create a legal and regulatory framework that is favorable to technological investment. Such a framework is designed to empower young individuals to transform their ideas into economically viable projects with tangible societal and economic impact. These initiatives contribute to steering the national economy toward a knowledge-based development paradigm.

This study aims to understand the role and contribution of technology and Artificial Intelligence in simplifying the Accounting Processes. We surveyed the opinions of professionals and academics, as they are the group most interested in the subject of the study. Data was collected through a questionnaire, which was distributed manually and electronically. A total of 91 questionnaires were distributed and retrieved after the study sample responded. After analyzing and interpreting the data, it becomes clear that Technology and Artificial Intelligence plays an important role in improving efficiency and simplifying the Accounting Processes, as most of the sample members tended to agree and strongly agree with the statements across all sections of the questionnaire.

Urban planning tools (SNAT) and (PDAU) are essential instruments for regulating urban space and achieving sustainable development. The SNAT aims to guide national development through the fair distribution of resources and populations, and environmental protection, while the PDAU focuses on local land use organization, regulated urban expansion, and the protection of agricultural land. These tools contribute to achieving sustainable development through environmental (protection of natural resources), social (improving quality of life), and economic (optimal use of resources) dimensions. Thus, SNAT and PDAU form an integrated system for achieving balanced and sustainable urban devel-opment.

This study aims to explore the role of the physical education teacher in promoting proper behavior among secondary school students. The researcher used a descriptive-analytical approach to assess the impact of teaching methods and sports supervision techniques on the students' social and behavioral conduct. The sample included 100 students from secondary schools in Tissemsilt Province, selected randomly. The study results showed a strong positive relationship between the physical education teacher's interaction with students and the development of their proper behavior. Organized sports activities under the teacher’s supervision contributed to enhancing discipline, cooperation, and respect for ethical and social values. The study emphasizes the important role of the physical education teacher as an active factor in fostering positive behaviors, which supports a healthy educational environment and helps raise a conscious and responsible generation.

This study explores the role of university professors in developing modern assessment methods and their impact on student performance at the Institute of Science and Techniques of Physical and Sports Activities. Assessment is viewed not just as a tool for measuring knowledge, but as a means to enhance learning outcomes. Using a d escriptive analytical approach, data were collected from 47 professors and 73 second year students through questionnaires and interviews. Findings highlight varied levels of awareness among professors regarding updated assessment practices. While some stil l use traditional methods, others apply modern strategies that foster critical thinking and accommodate individual differences, positively influencing students’ academic achievement.

The rural environment has been and continues to be a fertile field of study for all human sciences. When geographers began to study and analyze the existing relationships between humans and the natu-ral environment, they turned towards rural areas to study the spatial distribution of human phenomena. Therefore, it can be said that the study of the countryside, wherever it may be, requires the attention of various scientific disciplines, and that rural issues cannot be separated from the issues concerning society as a whole. Rural development has traditionally fallen within the broader context of comprehensive de-velopment studies, which necessitates that we briefly consider development, given that development aims for a comprehensive advancement of society in all its components and formations, enabling it to meet the expanding basic needs of its members and achieve their welfare. The development process is carried out after identifying all available resources and setting a clear, goal-oriented, applicable plan with-in a specific timeframe.

This is especially significant for the firm and the growing presence of Israel, which was backed by the United States of America.
