The paradigm of sects in Ukrainian philosophical discourse

The article reflects the history of the emergence and spread of Sufi sects in the historical and philosophical discourse in Ukraine. The sources of the research base are summarized, the names of Ukrainian philosophers and historians who are engaged in the study of the mentioned problematic are given. The essence of the religious and philosophical views of the main sects - Mawlawiyya and Khalvatiya - is shown and analyzed. Ukraine (reporting, copying the face of books) is investigated, the Sufi worldview is studied. Al-Krychi notes that the basis of human consciousness, first of all, is connected with moral qualities. The Crimean peninsula was under the political and ideological protectorate of the Ottoman Empire for 500 years, and played the role of one of the main centers of Sufism. Sufis played an important role in the religious and political life of the Crimean Khanate. One of the indicators of the influence of the Sufis is that the population of the Khanate, along with the officials and rulers of the Khanate, also turned to "Sufi sheikhs".

The parliament decisions in Azerbaijan: the case of establishing legislative

The article examines the activities of the Azerbaijani Democratic Republic's Parliament aimed in the establishing a legislative base of the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan, one of the im-portant steps in the field of army building. The researches show that the legal framework of the armed forces of the independent republic was mainly based on the law of the Russian Empire, but it was at the center of attention of the parliament to reform and adapt the legisla-tion of Azerbaijan to the national-mentality and consciousness of the parties. As a result of the activity of the parliament in this direction, the right of deferral of the military duty, the rules of their involvement in military service, the acquisition of natural military obligations were legally framed. The legal framework for these problems was calculated for significant quality changes in the attitude of the population to military service.

The political situation in South Azerbaijan during World War I

Southern Azerbaijan became a battlefield for Ottoman and Tsarist Russia during World War I. At the same time, foreign missions and missiona ry organizations of some Western states in the western region of South Azerbaijan organized a small number of Armenians and Aysors who had migrated and lived here in a scattered manner. After the October coup of 1917, the plan to create a united Armenian A ysor armed group consisting of Armenians Aysors living here and also newly taking refuge here in the western region of South Azerbaijan was accelerated. The weapons of the returning Russian army were also taken and given to the united Armenian Aysor armed group that was organized. The created armed group began the mass genocide of Azerbaijanis in the western region of South Azerbaijan in February 1918. As a result of the mass genocide that lasted 6 months, according to the census conducted on the ground by the commission established after the genocide, up to 200 thousand Azerbaijanis became victims of the genocide.

The problem of deviance as a social psychological factor in the social dynamics of society

The social dynamics and structure of society are structured in such a way that difference and uniqueness dominates here in the true sense of the word. Sociality and uniqueness are generally purely intertwined concepts. These meanings, whether they are part of a large civilization or separate local soci-eties, are almost directly related to human nature and are conditioned by the geographical environment. In the background of the individual's social world, the role of what he has achieved up to his current state is, of course, important. The mechanism of social development of society is based on mutual and friendly relations of individuals with each other, normal stable behaviors, correct upbringing methods, etc. For this, it is necessary to have a healthy social environment, choose the correct upbringing method and style, apply the customs and traditions that have been ingrained in the blood memory of society for thousands of years, and apply stable behaviors. However, there is also the concept of deviance, which is outdated in all of our sayings, and the basis of this concept is the behavior that stems from the socio-psychological world of the individual, the level of consciousness, the relationship with the surrounding world, and the development mechanism of the world around him. Deviance is called a chain of behav-iors observed in human individuals, each link of which is disproportionate to the existence of the correct upbringing method mentioned above, the set of social behaviors that society is accustomed to, and new social systems that are adopted or imposed on society from the outside, and are considered abnormal or alien to them by custom, and is rebellious. Deviant behaviors have been observed in all human societies throughout history. Deviance, which is more characteristic of the lifestyle of young people, manifests itself in the social sphere in various forms such as alcoholism and drug addiction, family problems, crim-inality, immorality, depression, suicide and other cases that we have not listed. The study of deviance is of great relevance in terms of studying the social environment of both Iran and Azerbaijan and taking preventive measures to solve the problem. As is known, today we are residents of a modern, rapidly integrated into Europe, new values, and a strong connection with organized social systems. Our modern society is distinguished by its versatility and diversity. We would also like to note that it is very important for the youth of our Republic, which is integrating into the world, to master the correct methods of upbringing, not to oppose the accepted, sta-ble behaviors of our society, to protect and preserve moral values, to develop them further, to know the directions of formation of moral development, to study the features of its manifestation in order to pro-tect and preserve our moral values. The increasingly globalized world inevitably has its impact on the society that is taking new steps towards modernity and strong stable economic development. Naturally, these impacts should be understood in positive or negative terms. By positive meaning, we mainly mean the positive effects that serve to increase the intellectual capabilities of our young people who are still taking new steps in society and making themselves known, and support their growth as honest, patriotic, and caring people for society. By negative meaning, we mean the perception and application of correct and abnormal behaviors that arise from the willpower of young people in our society, as in every social environment, or stem from an upbringing model that has strayed from the correct upbringing method in families. All the new values that our developing society has adopted have been felt and heard more and more every year, adding more color to our lives. Thus, the versatility and dynamism of the development pro-cess also makes people's attitude to these new values more open. This set of new values, unlike their predecessors in the past, requires an intellectual level from people. It is also important to note that the recent emphasis on intellectualization in the educational process has actually pushed the development of moral qualities in young people to the background. This often leads to the emergence and formation of a number of aspects that are far from the national mentality. In this regard, determining the mechanism of moral development in young people, studying the directions of formation, genesis, and clarifying re-lated issues directly allows us to move away from deviance and determine the principles of the correct method of education and upbringing. On the other hand, the study of this problem allows for the re-finement of the educational process, the ways of its development, and ultimately the formation of young people who are psychologically prepared for society.

The article emphasizes that deviant behavior is a set of social behaviors that are characterized by their own characteristics in the lives of individuals who make up society and are not alien to the social sphere. It is stated that the nature, essence, and most importantly, the cause of behavior are an interesting subject of socio-psychological research. It is noted that the main source of deviance should be sought in a social system with a wide social spectrum. As social systems are renewed, its impact on the psyche and consciousness of individuals also becomes greater. It is very difficult to determine initial deviance in people. This is almost not observed at first glance. However, when complications and addiction appear later, it becomes much more difficult to prevent it. The difficulty of the issue is also conditioned by the fact that the person does not feel guilty and considers this normal, while in fact the situation is quite complex and frightening, if there is no public condemnation, he will continue these behaviors that he considers "normal", as a result, deviant behaviors will lead him to an unethical path.

It is directly related to the evolutionary stage of mental cognition. However, philosophers considered the divine to be the source of all three knowledge of mental cognition. In these matters, they persistently emphasized, that the origin of personality, the divine will are decisive factors. From this it becomes clear that the Eastern Peripatetics, commenting on their philosophical views, tried to reconcile religion with philosophy.

The current study aims to uncover the types of identifications made by adolescent drug addicts residing in rehabilitation and vocational centers, relying on the case study method and employing clinical interviews and the Thematic Apperception Test (TAT). The study's findings reveal that the identifications of adolescent drug addicts in rehabilitation centers are characterized by a certain rigidity, evident in the dominance of conflict scenarios that affect their ability to partially extricate themselves from the conflict stirred by issues related to father-son relationships and the Oedipal triangle.

This inter-overlap between informatics as a science and linguistic sciences led to the emergence of what we currently call language computing or computational linguistics, which is one of the first new sciences emerging from this cognitive cohesion. The basis for its emergence is to make what is implicit in the text clear to the machine, i.e. unambiguous, with the aim of providing an unprecedented amount of linguistic data, and the presence of superior computational power in analyzing and processing it.

In psychological and social studies, research on women's work has been of great debate thanks to the forced growths in the number of working women, regardless of her family responsibilities. The woman as a mother is the main engine that is reflective of the values and morals of the family. Her departure to work transformed her position and social role, which obliged her to assume double responsibilities towards both home and professionalduties. Though, the diversity of her roles and social jobscaused various family problems that affected the children and the husband as well as the steadiness of the family. This study is complementary to that of social research in this fielded by determining the social constraints facing working woman and to suggest solutions that could help woman to face her difficulties or at least diminish.

These include elements related to the student themselves and the level of ambition they set for their own success, as well as factors linked to the parents‘ cultural background and their positive or negative attitudes toward their children's education, which reflect their ambitions for their children's academic success. Therefore, the family's involvement serves as a key determinant of the student's academic performance, as children's ambition is greatly influenced by their parents' expectations.

The study aims to shed light on the nature of the relationship between tourism activity and GDP in Algeria. It is an analytical study through which we seek to highlight the importance of tourism development and its economic and social impacts, relying on the descriptive-analytical approach. The research problem is formulated as follows: What is the impact of tourism activity in Algeria on GDP? And what is its effect on the economic and social aspects? The study is based on the hypothesis that tourism activity contributes directly and indirectly to improving Algeria’s economic and social conditions, with increasing development rates in recent years. The study concluded that there is a strong relationship between tourism activity and non-hydrocarbon GDP. The economic impacts of tourism activity in Algeria are manifested in stimulating production and investment, creating new projects, attracting foreign investment, providing currency, building strong economic, and improving the balance of payments situation. On the social side, tourism activity contributes to developing tourism awareness, attracting tourists, creating job opportunities, absorbing unemployment and poverty.

Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) represents a crucial dimension of national identity, encompassing oral traditions, performing arts, social practices, rituals, and traditional craftsmanship. Unlike tangible heritage, which is physically preserved through monuments and artifacts, ICH is transmitted across generations through human interaction, making it highly susceptible to globalization, digital transformation, and socio-political changes. Algeria, with its rich and diverse cultural heritage shaped by Amazigh, Arab, Andalusian, and Ottoman influences, faces significant challenges in safeguarding ICH amidst rapid modernization, urban expansion, demographic shifts, and the diminishing transmission of traditional knowledge. This study explores the critical role of communication media—both traditional and digital—in the documentation, dissemination, and preservation of Algeria’s ICH. While television, radio, and print media have historically contributed to cultural representation, the rise of digital platforms, social media, artificial intelligence (AI), and virtual reality (VR) has redefined the ways in which cultural heritage is archived and accessed. Despite their potential to enhance cultural engagement, these digital innovations raise concerns about authenticity, cultural misrepresentation, and ethical dilemmas regarding ownership and intellectual property rights. By examining Algeria’s policy frameworks and the efforts of both governmental and non-governmental organizations in media-driven heritage preservation, this study assesses the effectiveness of existing strategies and highlights the need for more inclusive, sustainable, and ethically guided approaches. The findings emphasize the importance of balancing digital innovation with cultural integrity, ensuring that technological advancements serve as tools for heritage conservation rather than instruments of cultural dilution.

For this reason, the study was conducted on children with autism spectrum disorder with a slight degree, and they reached 23 children, ranging in age from 4 years and a half and 10 years, and to collect information in the past, using a se t of tools, which were: Karz test, Oral comprehension test O52, and sentence processing test, which was designed in this study.The descriptive method was used in this study with some statistical methods, including the Pearson correlation coefficient.

Theoretical and legal principles and practice of judicial bodies in proceedings on military administrative offences, which is very relevant not only in Ukraine but also abroad have been analysed in the article. The mentioned above problems once again emphasize the importance of the effectiveness of justice in the special conditions of military service during the aggravation of the military situation due to illegal military formations in eastern Ukraine, which negatively affects military discipline, legality and law and order. The need to strengthen the administrative responsibility of servicemen, conscripts and reservists during training (inspection) and special gatherings in order to prevent them from committing offences, their conscious attitude to military service, ensuring high combat readiness and combat capability of military units and subdivisions has been proved. It has been noted that one of the reasons for committing military administrative offences and crimes by the military men is their insufficient legal competence. Outlining the peculiarities of proceedings in cases of military administrative offences by judicial authorities, the problematic issues in determining the qualifications of wrongful acts (inaction) committed by servicemen and persons equated to them have been indicated. Taking into consideration foreign and national legislation, proposals and recommendations of the military and law enforcement agencies, the attention was drawn to the issues of standardization of the legal framework for the administration of justice by military courts both in peacetime and in wartime.
