Research of well-known scholar-orientalist Vladimir Fedorovich Minorsky (1877-1966) is based on a large and often new factual material. Since 1937, he has investigated some of the important issues of political and social organization of the Safavid state. Eminent scholar emphasizes that the Safavid state was a typical feudal monarchy. Being the head of the Safavid state shahs had not only unlimited power as secular rulers, but, most importantly incarnated the highest spiritual authority as hereditary head of Ardebil dervish order. According to V.Minorsky's research, when the Safavids came to power, the rulers headed double administration “like kings, they inherited a control system of their predecessors (mainly Ak-Koyunlu ); as the supreme head of the initial orders they demanded blind obedience to their Sufi.” Besides with the description of the organization of power of various state institutions, the author in “ Tadhkirat al- Muluk ” examines the financial and economic structure of the state, including highlights of a number of issues of coinage and economy of the Safavid state. And more detailed described the duties of the bureaucracy, the payment system of the officials characterized the military units, the tax system, etc., which allows to trace better the evolution of social institutions on the example of the Safavid state.

Ethics is no longer limited to a personal normative issue; it is now framed by internationally accepted, sometimes binding, social institutions and moral rules. This evolution, influenced by global scientific elites, highlights the emergence of a new moral and legal thinking aimed at universality similar to that of human rights. This study explores how some Arab and Algerian re-searchers, particularly through bioethics, address these ethical challenges. Is it possible to say with certainty that ethics has replaced morality? Philosophy and mysticism of Hurufism and modern knowledge

The history of mental traditions constantly confronts the researcher with amazing parallels between the past, present and future. 2019 - declared in Azerbaijan as the year of Seyid Imadeddin Nasimi (1369-1417) - a brilliant poet, outstanding thinker, philosopher, mystic, who continued the development of the ideas of his teacher - Shah Fazlallah (Fazl) ibn Muhammad Naimi al-Tabrizi al-Astrabadi (d. 1394 г.). These ideas, the result of a long mystical experience, multiplied by a deep mastery of the unity of the Abrahamic religions and its philosophical consequences, were officially declared by Naimi in Tabriz (1376-1377) as a new movement - Hurufism. Despite all the remote-ness from the problems of the history of philosophy, the lack of knowledge of oriental languages, poor familiarity with the sources, it can be stated that Hurufism was an outstanding example of mystical and philosophical reflection of its time. And its creator and his closest disciples, being en-cyclopedists of their time, can quite deservedly take their place in the line of brilliant thinkers of humanity. To confirm such an assessment, however, it is necessary to conduct meaningful research work on both the insufficiently mastered texts of Hurufism and its ideas, which have not yet been fully systematized.

The concept of the pathological mind in knowledge emerges through the critique of the dominant simplifying thesis in science, now replaced by the paradigm of complexity. Once considered a temporary limitation linked to a lack of data or insufficient methodological tools, complexity is today recognized as an essential characteristic of natural phenomena, confirmed by major advances in physics, astronomy, and biology. This recognition has led to the emergence of ―complex thought,‖ an integrative approach aimed at understanding the diversity, contradictions, and evolution of human and natural realities. For example, atomic physics illustrates this complexity through the probabilistic behavior of electrons, challenging simplistic models of fixed trajectories. In this sense, traditional scientific thinking, described as ―blind intelligence,‖ reveals its limits when faced with this structural richness, highlighting the need to adopt more nuanced and systemic epistemological approaches to better comprehend reality.

This paper explores the contemporary challenges and transformations in the philosophy of dialogue, aiming to bridge theory and practice in today’s complex social and technological contexts. It examines foundational concepts such as intersubjectivity, the limitations of language, and the ethical-pragmatic tension in dialogical interactions. The study critically analyzes classical theories (e.g., Buber, Gadamer, Levinas) and their relevance in intercultural, digital, and educational contexts. Results show that dialogue, while essential, is often hindered by power asymmetries, ambiguous language, and the influence of AI and media algorithms. The paper emphasizes the need for a shift toward more experiential, inclusive, and critical dialogical models. Key recommendations include transformative, practice-based, and intercultural dialogue frameworks. These approaches aim to restore depth, empathy, and ethical integrity to human communication. Ultimately, dialogue must evolve into a living, daily practice to sustain understanding and coexistence in a polarized world.

For comparative analysis, although the authors of both works are known, “Varga and Gulshah," "Leyli and Majnun" were memorized as an epic by folk artists in ancient times. Our goal is not to investigate the origins of these two works, but to compare the language of the images in work with the environment in which they live, their desires, want to realize and to analyze the main points in parallel in by the writing patterns of both centuries - also, showing similarity of the works, the linguistic and stylistic features of both Azerbaijani-Turkic poets, the sequence of events in work in terms of plot and composition, etc., such as to convey the literary issues. Yusif Maddah wrote "Varga and Gulshah" in the form of "assemblies," and by his style; at the end of each assembly, he referred to both written and oral examples of folk literature. This tradition was seen in Muhammad Fuzuli's "Leyli and Majnun." No matter how much both the predecessor and the successor refer to sources close to the content, the sequence of events shows that both Azerbaijani-Turkic poets benefited more from Turkic folk art.

In recent decades, there have been significant transformations in the nature of international conflicts, with political and humanitarian crises emerging as a new facet that complicates international relations. A central role has increasingly been played by political media in shaping narratives and influencing public opinion and decision-makers. The Palestinian issue—particularly the Israeli aggression on Gaza—stands out as a prominent example of this complexity, where political and humanitarian dimensions intertwine amid divergent media coverage between international and Arab outlets. This study aims to analyze the role of political media in managing international crises, using the Israeli aggression on Gaza as a case study. It focuses on how media coverage is employed as a tool for international pressure and its impact on shaping global public opinion. The study also highlights the differences in media discourse, as well as the professional and ethical challenges faced by media outlets in objectively reporting events, especially in light of censorship, media bias, and the spread of misinformation. The study concludes that political media not only plays a role in reporting events but also actively contributes to directing the course of crises, achieving political gains, or intensifying polarization, making it a central actor in the dynamics of international conflict management.

The Iranian revolution of 1978-1979 led to a fundamental change in the basic principles and forms of activity of the economic, political, cultural, spiritual and ideological spheres of society in this country. The state sector was declared the dominant sector of the economy, the political system was improved with a number of specific institutions, along with generally accepted structures, the legal system was subordinated to Islamic norms, all spheres of public life were placed under the control of ideological views based on Islamic principles. Thus, the political power of a certain social, or rather, corporate body, and at the same time its social, political, economic and spiritual control function were ensured from a legal perspective. These fundamental intra-system changes led to a certain change in the country's place in the system of international relations and,-- accordingly, to significant changes in its foreign policy.

This study examines the evolution of the written press in Algeria from 1962 to the present, focusing on the transformations it has undergone in the political landscape. The media's journey is divided into two distinct phases: the period of unilateral political control from 1962--1989 and the era of political pluralism from 1989--present. This paper investigates the role of censorship, political interference, and legal frameworks that shaped the media environment during these phases. While the state monopolised audiovisual media, the written press witnessed varying degrees of freedom, especially after 1989, with the introduction of pluralism. The challenges faced by the Algerian media, including financial struggles, political pressures, and fluctuating laws, are critically analysed, with the conclusion highlighting the impact of these forces on the media's credibility and its role in political socialisation.

With the advent of Islamic law, polygamy was structured, its rules were refined, and strict conditions and limitations were imposed, including not having more than four wives, and being fair between wives. Arab family laws have addressed polygamy based on Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh), with varying approaches some expanding its scope, others restricting it, and some prohibiting it altogether. The Algerian Family Law is among those that have regulated polygamy within a defined legal framework.

This study aims to shed light on the presentation and disclosure requirements in financial statements issued in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standard No. 18 (IFRS 18), and to highlight its impact on other IFRS standards. The paper concludes that the newly introduced presentation and disclosure requirements under IFRS 18 have improved the quality of financial statements, thereby better fulfilling the needs of financial statement users. Consequently, it is essential to encourage entities to plan for the transition to adopting IFRS 18.
