One of these tasks is the optimization of lessons to improve the educational process. The organization of the student's learning work in each lesson at the correct level , at the level of modern requirements. It should be borne in mind that since it is unrealistic to achieve the optimization of training in just one lesson , it is possible to achieve this optimization by effectively building a system of all lessons. On the other hand , optimizing the training process requires revealing internal, hidden opportunities that give impetus to increasing the effectiveness of training . From all of this, we can conclude that the main goal of optimization in teaching is to expand the didactic and educational opportunities of the les-son and to make the most of these opportunities. That is, the optimization of teaching is measured not only by the learning success of students, but also by their level of education. Problem solving plays an important role in optimizing mathematics education in primary schools . Because it is through problem solving that the content of this course is fully revealed and understood by stu-dents . Organization of Real Estate Seizure in Algerian Procedural Law

This article aims to outline how the Algerian legislator regulated seizure in general and real estate seizure in partic-ular, following the issuance of the Civil and Administrative Procedures Code in 2008. Previously, the Civil Proce-dures Law, now repealed, was characterized by procedural ambiguity and the dispersion of relevant provisions across multiple articles. Through the analysis and interpretation of the provisions of both laws, this study con-cludes that, although the legislator succeeded in consolidating, clarifying, and simplifying the provisions related to seizure and alleviating certain ambiguities within the Civil and Administrative Procedures Code, some shortcom-ings remain. Consequently, a review of the Civil and Administrative Procedures Code is necessary to address the identified deficiencies.

Organization of the work of a psychologist to identify emotional disorders in pre-school children

In this article, problems of emotional disorders in preschool children are considered. Particular attention is paid to the development of fears, anxiety, aggression at this age stage. Main features of the development of the child at this stage are analyzed, the reasons for the difficulties that arise in the process of raising children, the problems that arise due to the types of incorrect education. On the basis of the diagnostic examination, the author identified a group of children for whom a corrective program was developed aimed at working with fears, anxiety, aggressive behavior, using psycho-technical exercises, game assignments, and also using projective techniques, metaphorical associative maps, techniques - "Expanding the picture", which allows not only to identify the presence of problems in children, but also to adjust their further interaction with children and adults. This technique, combined with the child's play activity, allowed the author to address the psycho traumatic situation, excluding the possibility of repeated or new traumatization, which undoubtedly created the conditions for safe search and modeling of the solution of a particular problem. During the pilot study, the author identified the relationship between the characteristics of family education and the presence of emotional and behavioral disorders in children of this age, and also substantiated the idea that timely detection and impact on the causes leading to possible psychological trauma, the introduction of pre-school the establishment of correctional and psycho-prophylactic programs will create conditions for the favorable development and formation of children and the safe preparation for stake.

This article aims to uncover the underlying motivations behind the interest of Orientalists in translating the Quran. It distinguishes between the cognitive , cultural, and religious aspects of these translations and the potential ideological and colonial backgrounds they may carry. In this context, the research addresses several points that enable a better understanding of the nature and goals of these transl ations, including an analysis of the general features distinguishing Orientalist translations of the Quran, and the identification of the methodologies used in their production whether they adhere to scientific accuracy and objectivity, or lean toward bias and subjective viewpoints. The article also discusses the major consequences of transferring the Quranic text into European languages, attempting to determine whether these translations aim to interpret the Quran as a religious reference, or if they seek to shape and frame the consciousness of Muslim populations in ways that serve projects of dominance and control.

Human trafficking is a modern form of slavery, and it can be said that it is one of the worst kinds of human rights violations and millions of people are victims of it throughout the globe. Our forefather was conscious that abolition of human trafficking was much needed, and accordingly, they took a conscious effort from the constituent assembly. Article 23 was inserted in Constitution with narrow wordings under the impression that some form of modern-day celebrity will end soon. But facts remain the same even after seven decades of Independence; slavery in modern states is an undisputed fact in most countries. There is a lack of initiatives by all stakeholders. Legislatures failed in bringing adequate legislative reforms while the executive utterly failed in the implementation of the laws. The present regulatory framework is highly inadequate, which is reflected from the quantum of cases of modern-day slavery, be it sex trafficking or Labour trafficking transpires. Thus, we failed in fulfilling the dream of the forefather to make India free from modern-day slavery. To achieve such a goal, we need to have a comprehensive regulatory framework that requires this literary form and its practical implementation, considering every incident of trafficking is a violation of human rights. The victim shall be at the center of entire efforts undertaken by different stakeholders.

The blessed Liberation Revolution is one of the most significant revolutions of the 20th century, as it represents the struggle of a free people seeking to reclaim their lost rights and stolen freedom from European colonialism, represented by France during this period. The Algerian Revolution, from its inception, exposed the reality of French colonialism. However, the French authorities labeled the revolutionaries as mere outlaws who had to be punished. The truth, however, was different. As the revolution spread, international positions including some within France shifted, recognizing the legitimacy of the Algerian cause. Global legal frameworks began to acknowledge this historical reality, necessitating a solution.

Oversight of the constitutionality of laws in Algeria constitutes one of the most prominent constitutional mechanisms ensuring the supremacy of constitutional provisions. The phenomenon of domestic violence against children has spread seriously in Algerian society and in societies of different cultures. The aim of our study is to explore the dimensions of this phenomenon through a sample of children who are victims of domestic violence in our society. The descriptive approach aligns with this objective. The data analyzed included the forms, factors, and manifestations of this phenomenon. The results confirmed various forms of domestic violence against children, primarily physical violence, followed by psychological violence, mainly caused by family-related factors. This violence significantly affects the victims' mental health. Our study contributes to the field by proposing psychotherapy intervention programs to ensure the psychological well-being of these children.

Early detection of the disease is critical to initiating timely treatment, which can help slow its progression and improve the quality of life for affected individuals. This project focuses on leveraging machine learning to build an accurate and reliable detection system that identifies early signs of Parkinson's disease. The proposed system involves collecting and analyzing datasets containing motor and non-motor symptoms to train classification models capable of distinguishing between healthy individuals and those with Parkinson's disease. Advanced feature extraction techniques and algorithms are employed to enhance model performance. Additionally, the project emphasizes accessibility by developing a tool that can be easily deployed in healthcare settings or integrated into mobile/desktop platforms for remote monitoring and diagnosis. By providing a cost-effective and scalable solution, this project aims to empower healthcare professionals with an efficient diagnostic tool, raise awareness about Parkinson's disease, and ultimately contribute to improving patient care and disease management outcomes.

The Azerbaijan Republic, after declaring its independence, has sought to inform the world community about Azerbaijan-Armenian Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. Its entry into the UN on March 2, 1992, marks the beginning of its struggle for the settlement of this conflict by international organizations. This article explores the role of the UN in the conflict. Further, through international law, it analyses the role of the Minsk group of the OSCE in the regulation of this conflict.

In our opinion, in order to form a sensitive and caring attitude to nature in young schoolchildren, it is necessary to correctly define the principles and methods of this work. Therefore, first of all, it is necessary to identify appropriate principles and methods for the formation of sensitive and caring attitudes to nature in young students. This work should be carried out primarily in primary school. Because in the teaching of a number of subjects in the primary school, there are more opportunities to teach young students to be sensitive and caring for nature. Among these subjects, the Azerbaijani language and Life Skills are of special importance in this regard.

The article discusses the features of the organization of the learning process of children with hearing impairment in private preschool and school educational institutions. The author emphasizes that the organization of methodological work with deaf children should take into account the competence, conditions, experience and professionalism of the teacher and speech therapist, their characteristics and attitude to the professionalism of educators. In order to determine the causes of hearing loss, in addition to the hereditary factors that cause hearing loss in the child, factors that affect the child during pregnancy, birth and the first year after birth should also be considered. When compiling the psycho-pedagogical characteristics of hearing-impaired children, it is necessary to look at the classification of children in order to distinguish the concepts of hearing.

It is analyzed the pedagogical process as primarily an educational movement, the dynamic interaction of educators and students, aimed at achieving this educational goal. However, the pedagogical process is a holistic system that organically combines the processes of formation and development, education and training of the individual. Author considers that the structure of the pedagogical process consists of various components, and it has its own specificity and patterns of development. It is noted that in one case, this development has a positive trend, while in the second, there are obstacles, conflicts. However, because of the dynamic interaction of subjects of training pedagogical process leads to innovation as to a special activity of organization and thinking. Aimed at organizing innovations in the educational environment or as a process of learning, implementation and dissemination of new in the world, pedagogical innovation in education has innovative potential – the ability to provide useful result from its use for a long time.

This study presents an overview of the concept of penal mediation, where the adoption of this system came in response to the urgent need arising from the increasing number of crimes. This surge has led to a rise in cases presented before the judiciary, resulting in a crisis within the criminal justice system. Under the pressure of this crisis, modern criminal policy has turned to penal mediation as one of the restorative justice models, following traditional punishment failure to combat criminal phenomena. Consequently, penal mediation has become part of the evolution of criminal procedures toward the realisation of criminal justice. Therefore, modern legislation has moved towards adopting this system, as demonstrated by the Algerian legislature.

Perceived usefulness, perceived trust and ease of use in adoption of online banking services

All internet transactions, including online banking, need trust before they can be adopted and used. The trustworthiness of internet banking was examined by conducting a survey of commercial banks. This research made use of an expanded version of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Analysis of the data was done using Partial Least Squares (PLS) based on the results of 200 customer surveys. People are more likely to use internet banking if they think it's helpful than if they think it's easy to use, a new study has shown. The influence of perceived usefulness on the desire to utilize online banking services is also partly mediated by the perception of trust. Adoption the results of this research to help policymakers and financial institutions improve the use of online banking services.

Perception of garment exporters on letter of credit in Tirupur city

Since its inception in the early 1900s, the letter of credit has served as a cornerstone of international commerce. They continue to play an important part in the world's commerce today. For any firm looking to expand into the foreign market, a Letter of Credit is a critical payment instrument that may assist to mitigate certain risks and costs. Exporting and importing goods would include a number of activities in terms of paperwork exchange, physical cargo transporta-tion, and payment settlement, all of which would need to be explicitly specified and set up in or-der to assure a seamless commercial transaction between the parties. In this study the authors tried analyse the perception of garment exporters over Letter of credit in Tiruppur city. The data has been collected from 100 respondents by using convenient sampling technique with the help of structured questionnaire. Letter of credit makes the exporters a smooth flow of transactions for every dealings. It gives the stable mechanism; especially from the Importer and the Ex-porter’s angle. The Letter of Credit gives more security and confidence among the traders in Tiruppur city.

Work and family conflict occurs when there are incompatible demands between the work and family roles of an individual that makes participation in both roles more difficult. The study is about Work-Family Conflict among Employees in IT industry. The main objective of the study is to identify the influence of personal profile of IT employees on various variables of Work-Family Conflict and to know whether marital status influences the factors of the work family conflict. For this purpose a sample of 150 is collected from the respondents based on survey method and percentage analysis, Anova and t-test were used as a tool for analyzing the data. The conclusion is that Work-Family conflict of IT employees is influenced more by work and family role variables. Mostly the Family Social support influences the work family conflict than Work Place support. While taking care of the health of others, it is important that IT employees should learn and use the methods and techniques to take care of their own health also.
