The article examines the priorities for strengthening Azerbaijan's economic security and sovereignty in the context of sustainable development. The problems of increasing the competitiveness of the national economy were considered and systematized. The country's economic security indicators were analyzed and evaluated. Analyses were conducted on the diversification of the economy and various macroeconomic activity directions. Attention was paid to the problems of ensuring the dynamism of the economy in accordance with the conditions of sustainable development in the modern era. The necessity of determining ways to solve the problems arising from global challenges in the context of ensuring the country's economic security was given. The issues of diversifying the structure of the country's GDP and ensuring macrofinancial stability were considered. The problems of increasing the standard of living of the population were kept in mind. The current issues of the state's economic policy were touched upon. The problems of efficient use of foreign exchange reserves were explained. The potential for transition to a green economy and strengthening green energy infrastructure was investigated. Directions for solving environmental problems were indicated. The strategic importance and goals of restoring post-conflict territories were substantiated. The strategic role of the Zangezur Transport-Logistics Corridor in the countries of the region and at the international level was noted. Taking into account new challenges, recommendations have been made and proposals have been prepared on ways to solve the problems of strengthening Azerbaijan's economic security and sovereignty in accordance with the conditions of sustainable development.

Phonetics remains an important branch in the correct learning of the target language fields in order to achieve proper pronunciation and consequently a degree of intercomprehension and the learning of a certain oral competence. Oral expression is linked to pronunciation, which determines the quality of the spoken message. Procedures for the Arrest of Ships in Algerian Legislation

Despite the Algerian legislator’s failure to specify the measures that port authorities must take to prevent a ship from sailing—or at least to outline standard or typical forms of such measures—and despite the absence of provisions allowing the detention of foreign ships passing through Algeria’s territorial waters in accordance with Article 28 of the Montego Bay Convention (United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea, UNCLOS), as well as the lack of clarity regarding the authority responsible for executing detention orders, the legislator also ignored the potential undermining of maritime police powers in enforcing the aforementioned proposal. Furthermore, the law does not distinguish between the procedures for detaining a ship and arresting a ship, given that the latter relates to a state’s internal regulations and its international obligations concerning environmental protection and combating maritime crimes. However, the legislator emphasized the necessity of notifying the judicial order that obligates the port authority to comply with its content by taking all necessary measures deemed appropriate to immobilize the ship subject to detention. Consequently, the role of the port authority is limited to ensuring compliance with the detention order. For instance, it may order the ship to relocate its berth to another dock or a designated anchorage area within the port if its current position threatens security or port operations. Nevertheless, such intervention does not constitute interference in the management or operation of the ship, as the port authority is not a party to the dispute.

Processing scientific materi al is the fundamental tool in preparing and achieving the thesis successfully. In this intervention, we will attempt to address the conceptual foundations of the study related to the doctoral researcher, as well as the specificity of the doctoral thesis as a legal studies research. Emphasis will be placed on the method of processing legal scientific material and its role in improving the quality of the doctoral thesis from the stage of topic selection to the formulation of results.

Properties of road bitumen after adding tecnical oil acid with ami doamine and imidazoline synthesed

Amidoamines were synthesized using technical petroleum acid (TPA) and dieth ylenetriamines (DETA). These amidoamines were added in the amount of 0.5% and 1% to road bitumen. The quality indicators of the obtained bitumens were studied. It was found that the brittleness temperature of road bitumen is minus 180C, and after adding ad ditives this indicator becomes 280C and 300C.

Prophethood in Pre-Islamic Religions

This research paper, titled "Prophethood in Pre-Islamic Religions," explores how the Judeo-Christian Bible drew upon the concept of prophethood through the lens of ancient religions. The signifi-cance of this study lies in its attempt to uncover the historical truth of prophethood in human civilisa-tion: Was its origin rooted in magic and sorcery within ancient cultures, or did it arise from multiple sources? This inquiry led us to divide the subject into two main sections, each comprising two subsec-tions. The conclusions presented in the final section suggest that the earliest forms of prophethood emerged within the civilisations that flourished along the Nile Valley and in Mesopotamia, particularly following the Babylonian exile of the Jews from Palestine to Iraq. By employing descriptive and analyti-cal methodologies, this study sheds light on the early conception of prophethood in human history and examines the cultural influences of Greek, Persian, and Indian traditions. It becomes evident that pagan elements markedly influenced the Bible—both in its Jewish and Christian versions, known as the Old and New Testaments.

This article outlines the prospects for the establishment and development of oil and International Meetings and Conferences Research Association IMCRA Publications gas clusters in agriculture. Also, agricultural and industrial enterprises producing oilseeds from oilseeds were studied and analyzed. Scientific-theoretical and methodological-practical solutions to the problems of production cooperation of agricultural and industrial enterprises. The experience of foreign countries on the relationship between the formation of agro-cluster policy in the regions of Uzbekistan and the mechanism of economic relations between cluster participants was studied. Execution of contracts between JSC "Kason Oil-Extraction" of Kashkadarya region and farms for the cultivation of sugarcane and the implementation of the contract between JSC "Kason Oil-Extraction" of Kashkadarya region and farmers for the supply of seeds of cedar. A survey was conducted to study the problems in the activities of enterprises growing and processing oilseeds, and a fat agro-cluster was proposed in Kashkadarya region. Conclusions and proposals have been developed to support and develop the production of oil and fat products in Kashkadarya region.

All persons, including those with autism, shall have the right to the enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health. However, people with autism are often subjected to stigma and discrimination, including unfair denial of health care, education and opportunities to participate in their communities. People with autism have health problems similar to those of the general population, but they may additionally need specific health care related to autism or other comorbidities. They can be more likely to develop chronic diseases due to behavior-related risk factors such as lack of physical activity and preference for poor diets and are at higher risk of violence, injuries and abuse. Therefore, we proposed this scientific paper to shed light on the reality of protecting the health rights of children with special needs in general and the autistic child in par-ticular, where we will address a field study in the hospital institution for mental illness Zaidi Abdelkader Sidi Bel Abbes The interest of child psychotherapy as a model for protecting the health rights of an autistic child.

Cyberspace in Algeria, as in other countries, is considered a double-edged sword for individuals: it carries significant benefits while simultaneous-ly opening the door to risks that threaten the privacy and security of individuals through the harmful exploitation of their personal data and unauthorized use. Accordingly, the Algerian legislator has moved to regulate this area through legislation dedicated to the protection of personal data.

Protest movement in tasawwuf malamites - secret dervish

The main idea of the Malamite movement that formed in the 9th-10th centuries within the framework of tasawwuf was the principle of “hiding the good , showing the bad.” The Malamiya movement played a leading role in the formation of such later tariqats as Qalandariyya, Heydariya, Qizilbash-Alevis, as well as Safaviyya, Bayramiyya. The Malamites, who were active initially in Khorasan and Azerbaijan, spread to Anatolia beginning in the 13th century and exerted a powerful influence on the Alevi-Bektashi tariqats and Sufi movements that emerged in this geographical area. The Malamiya, which is considered a tasawwuf movement that emerged in Khorasan, had a very deep and extensive influence.

This study aimed to identify the differences in psychological hardiness levels in the work environment in light of the variables of gender and years of experience among primary education teachers. The sample consisted of 70 male and female teachers (22 males, 48 females), selected using a simple random sampling method from schools in the Wilaya of Médéa. The psychological hardiness scale developed by Mukhaimer (2002) and modified by Al-Shammari (2015) was used. The descriptive method was also adopted due to its appropriateness for the nature of the study. After applying the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), the results were as follows: There are no differences in psychological hardiness levels among primary education teachers attributable to gender. There are also no differences attributable to years of experience.

The scale was built by the researcher and standardized on a sample of (60) children, in Laghouat, Algeria. This study raises the possibility of clarifying the supposed relationship between the American vision and the Qatari vision of the consequences of ending the war in Gaza between Israel and Hamas, by assuming four issues in which points of convergence between the two countries may be formed, which are: the two-state solution, the introduction of aid, a ceasefire, and a cessation of settlement activity. To address this proposal, the study relied on a mixed research approach. At the qualitative level, the critical discourse analysis approach CDA of Norman Fireclough and Teun van Dijk was employed On the quantitative level, correlation coefficients were used to show political connotations and deconstruct patterns of discourse and trends of escalation, according to a set of statistical rules such as linear regression analysis, analysis of variance, and cluster analysis, in addition to measuring the interaction between variables.

This study examines the impact of educational reforms on student performance in the Wilaya of Béjaïa. Its primary aim is to assess whether the secondary school reforms introduced in 2002 have provided effective solutions to the broader issue of teaching qu ality, with a particular focus on language and mathematics proficiency. The research was conducted across seven secondary schools located in the eastern, western, and central parts of Béjaïa, involving a sample of 380 participants, including students, pare nts, and teachers. A mixed methods approach was employed, combining both qualitative and quantitative perspectives. The findings indicate that the educational reforms implemented by the state in secondary schools are a major contributing factor to the decl ine in teaching quality and student academic performance.
