Governments frequently sanction approaches to boost shoppers from practices with negative externalities to the detriment of purchaser comfort. Understanding the nonmonetary costs, shoppers face suggestions for social welfare assessment and strategy structure; nevertheless, measuring these costs is not possible. The objective of this investigation is to analyse the customer’s expectation and social changes towards no plastic bag policy. In this research, the researcher has taken an approach to the disappointment level among the consumers because of no plastics sack policy. A quantitative methodology being utilises to get the information through review from 400 retail customers who visit the retail outlets. The outcome uncovered that all the factors in this investigation show a tremendous relationship towards the client disappointment towards no plastic pack policy. These expands the estimation of the findings and is exceptionally applicable to overcoming any barrier in the process of developing Malaysian retail business.

Normative dissonance and anomie: a prospective microlevel model of adolescent suicide ideation

This study constructs a unique prospective model of anomie and adolescent suicide ideation in order to test the two dominant sociological paradigms of suicide—(1) Durkheim’s theory of anomie and (2) suicide suggestion. This model looks at normative dissonance between the adolescent and the adolescent’s two social worlds, the family and the peer network, as sources of anomie. Normative dissonance is defined as conflicting norms and behaviors, such as smoking, academic aspirations, and religiosity. Baseline variables, including individual characteristics such as race, sex, and depression, as well as other variables that may be related to anomie, but not through the mechanism proposed in this paper are included in the full regression model. In 2001, suicide was the third leading causing of death among adolescents aged 10-19 years in the United States (CDC 2004(a)). In 2002, nearly 125,000 adolescents were taken to the hospital after an attempted suicide (CDC 2004(c)). Moreover, from 1970-93 the suicide rate among adolescents nearly doubled from 5.9 to 11.1 per 100,000 (US DHHS 2001) and has since decreased to 7.4 in 2002 (US DHHS 2004). Overall, there has been widespread concern regarding adolescent suicide, especially school-associated suicides. The CDC found that 25% of adoles-cents who committed suicide at school injured or killed someone else before committing suicide (CDC 2004(a)) and that 22% of students who carried out school shootings also killed themselves (CDC 2004(b)). Despite this increase in adolescent violence and suicides in schools, studies of adolescent suicide have largely adopted the theo-retical approaches developed for studying adult suicide. Within this broader area of suicide studies there are two dominant and competing sociological theories of suicide—Durkheim’s theory of social regulation and integration, established in Suicide (1897 [1997]), and suicide suggestion (Phillips 1974; Tarde 1903). This study seeks to resolve the debate between these two dominant sociological para-digms for understanding suicide within the specific context of adolescent suicide.

The article clarifies the points of his ideas about the norms of behavior in society that are still relevant today. Since the 21st century is characterized by rapid development in every field, society is also developing rapidly in this rapidly changing world. In order to keep up with society, people try to adapt to this development in a positive or negative way, which is clearly manifested in their norms of behavior. As Professor Zahid Garalov wrote in his three volumes of "Education", the rules of behavior of a person in society are included in their moral duties. By fulfilling this duty, they can also establish human relations. Therefore, moral education in the modern era should be built on new foundations, and the moral qualities inherent in our people - kindness, fighting spirit, will, faith, patriotism, equality between people, honesty, truthfulness, etc. should be instilled in the future generation so that they too can assert themselves in society when the time comes. Since the new generation was born in a time of rapid development of modern technologies, they easily grasp technical skills and do not have any difficulty in using technologies. Today, information technologies, the Internet, social networks and other such tools have a great impact on society, both negatively and positively. Therefore, it is necessary to add moral qualities such as the correct use of these tools, the culture of communication on social networks, and the ability to remain strong against unpleasant events on the Internet to the norms of behavior in society today.

The article clarifies the points of view of Professor Zahid Garalov on the norms of behavior that are relevant today. In the 21st century, new products are being developed in this world to achieve every rapid development. In order to keep up with society, people also try to adapt to this development in the form of quality or keeping up , which is clearly reflected in their behavior. As Professor Zahid Garalov wrote in his book "Education", the rules of human behavior are part of their moral responsibilities. By fulfilling this task, they can also build with humanity. Therefore, in modern times, new development education must be built on the foundations, based on the moral qualities of our people - kindness, struggle, trust, patriotism, equality among people, honesty, and truthfulness and so on should be instilled in the next generation that they should not do anything when the time comes. The technical and technical possibilities for advances in the development of new generation technology do not impose any restrictions on the use of technology. Today, information, internet, social networks and other such tools have a great impact on earning and earning technology. To add to the norms of conduct in this department today are the rules of proper use of these tools, the culture of social networks, the moral qualities such as a strong influence on the events on the Internet.

Numeral dynamics and ethnic composition of the population of Irevan uyezd in the sources (1850-1917)

The article examines the ethnic composition of the population of the Irevan uyezd1 of the Irevan Governorate, which was one of the Governorates of Azerbaijan during Tsarist Russia, from 1849 to 1917. Researches show that the Turkmenchay Treaty not only changed the geographical view of Azerbaijan, also Article 15 of the treaty had a very serious impact on the future ethnic view of its most regions. Mass resettlements to the territories of the former Irevan and Nakhchivan khanates from both the Gajars and the Ottoman Empire led to demographic changes in the later Irevan Governorate. These changes, which have manifested themselves in most parts of the province since 1850, were marked by ethnic cleansing towards the early 20th century. In particular, the genocides committed by Armenian terrorist groups in the region in 1905-1906, as well as in the following period, led the local population to flee from one region to another. As a result, there was a sharp decline in the number of Tatars in some uyezds of the Governorate, the number of Tatars, and a sharp increase in the number of foreigners, Armenians. However, Russian-language sources published in different years of the 19th-20th centuries confirm that the main ethnic group of the Governorate, the numerical advantage, was still on the side of Azerbaijani Turks (Tatars). We can clearly see this from the cameral descriptions of the central cities, uyezd centers, uyezds, districts, villages of the Governorate, as well as the results of the population census.

This study aimed to identify the obstacles to preparing for and implementing action research among primary school teachers in Tébessa. A 35-item questionnaire was developed and administered to 170 male and female teachers to achieve this objective. The results indicated that the obstacles to preparing and conducting action research were moderate overall. Environmental obstacles ranked first in terms of degree, followed by academic obstacles at a moderate level and personal obstacles at a moderate level.

As it is known, this year the systemic crisis in the Azerbaijani economy, which has manifested itself since 2016, has entered a new and more destructive level. The coronavirus pandemic and the sharp drop in oil prices caused by it have completely shaken the existing economic structure, 38 and the war at the end of the year cost the country dearly. Since the statistics of the Azerbaijani government are, to put it mildly, questionable, it does not seem appropriate to conduct any analysis on these figures, so we cannot use other statistics, except for reliable data. However, despite all this, the country's economic picture is quite clear: the economic system based on the sale of oil has already naturally entered its final phase. From now on, the oil-based economic model will not justify itself, regardless of oil production and prices. At first glance, there is nothing here, any natural resources, after a certain period of time, begin to run out, and the state makes some adjustments in its economic development project, or takes a completely new course. However, the worrying situation in Azerbaijan is that the government does not want to change anything: reducing corruption, cosmetic changes, more fiscal policy not only changes the existing economic policy, but also serves to continue this policy. Paradoxically, the goal of the reforms is to keep the system more conservative and old-fashioned.

On the Philosophical Roots of the Science of Music in the Medieval East

This article focuses on two main musical and philosophical trends that have become widespread in East-ern musical science: cosmological and classical. The study and comparative analysis of many medieval treatises on Eastern music have shown that the science of professional traditional Eastern music did not develop as a single homogeneous stream (as is sometimes mistakenly presented in modern publications), but, like other areas of scientific thought, had different directions. The features of these directions were associated with different, sometimes opposing philosophical views of the authors of the treatises on the origin of music, its purpose and place in human life. The worldviews of these scientists influenced the content of the treatises, the interpretation and method of solving musical-theoretical problems. It is im-portant to note that the mention of the names of outstanding learned musicians of the past in the text of medieval manuscripts is not always an indicator of the continuity of their teachings, nor is it proof of their authorship.

Thought is the main psychological basis of our National Education Concept (National Curriculum). The most important and frequently observed cognitive difficulties encountered by primary school students during educational activities are the difficulties resulting from the level of development of thought. The main purpose of our research is to determine the psychological characteristics of the effect of the current level of development of thought and its processes on the formation of educational difficulties of primary school students. For this purpose, in this article we reviewed thought as a cognitive activity and analyzed the developmental characteristics of their thought and its intellectual processes in education. In particular, we determined that the weak development of abstract-logical thinking is one of the main reasons for the formation of mental difficulties in education.vThe teaching materials that reflect the content of modern education are extremely logical, based on abstract thinking, the development of concrete thinking covers the ages of 6-12, the formation of abstract thinking covers the ages of 12-18. This situation causes the formation of some contradictions in their cognitive activity. Education should carry development, but the successes achieved in the learning process based on a lot of psychological, mental, physical tension, load, psychological pressure are achieved at the cost of their spiritual, physical and psychophysiological exhaustion.In primary school age, their thought processes are characterized by their own unique, individual developmental characteristics, and as the classes grow, their thinking also develops and the difficulty level of education increases.Since the mental plane of thought processes has a gradual character, the difficulty of primary school students in performing any intellectual operations negatively affects the performance of other operations. For example, as a result of the inadequacy of the analysis and synthesis processes, the comparison and classification processes become difficult for them. Since they cannot analyze, they have difficulty in understanding logical connections. In addition, due to the inadequacy of the analysis, synthesis, comparison and classification processes, difficulties are observed in their abstraction processes.

The content and function of education, especially textbooks and teaching resources, are of great importance in advancing towards success, achieving success, shaping the personality of learners and developing integrative skills. The content of educational resources cannot remain indifferent to innovations in society, economic changes, improvement of information and communication technologies. Because the existence and development of the education system is directly related to the needs and development of society. From this point of view, the creation of a modern information and communication technology-based infrastructure that meets the requirements of the global era and the renewal of the content of educational resources is an important issue in the education system. The main purpose of the article is to draw attention to the pedagogical activities aimed at the sustainable development of modern technological equipment and resources in the educational process in secondary schools and to systematically educate teachers. The article presents general pedagogical issues, main directions, shortcomings and their solutions in order to prepare the content of modern educational resources used in the educational process in accordance with modern requirements, taking into account the best international practices.

On the history of national children's literature in the Azerbaijani literature

There is no unanimous opinion about the history of national children's literature in the Azerbaijani Literature. The history of these different ideas dates back to the beginning of the 20th century and lasted until recently. There are various savings related to this im-portant problem. Such ideas and beliefs were based on ignoring the characteristics of chil-dren's literature. Unfortunately, these conclusions have also been found in programs and textbooks related to Azerbaijani children's literature. The article considers the existing judgments and conclusions in the Azerbaijani literary-theoretical view. They express their attitude towards these considerations and opinions. At the same time, a certain historical period in which Azerbaijani children's literature was created. Facts prove that Azerbaijani children's literature was created in 70-80s of the XIX century, as an independent branch of literature. We must accept SA Shirvani as his first representative and founder of our chil-dren's literature.

In philosophy, especially in the rich Eastern philosophical heritage , the issue of revelation, which occupies an important place, was approached as a problem by the Eastern peripatetics and explained it as a special form of knowledge belonging to the highest level of reason. Al-Kindi, Farabi, Ibn Sina, Ibn Rushd, Ibn Khaldun and other Eastern philosophers, taking revelation beyond the religious framework , comprehensively examined it as a phenomenon presented to society as an independent and pure thought, guiding the development of separate cultures and civilizations, uniting different peoples and nations around a single idea, and approached it from various aspects. As we have noted, despite the great importance that philosophers attach to this issue, since the issue of revelation in their worldview has not been studied at the appropriate level in Azerbaijan, this topic can be considered quite relevant. As a result of the rapid and intensive nature of information exchange, the human brain, overloaded with information, increases its knowledge and information base with every passing second; on the other hand, it shortens its life. Today, millions of "web" sites that embrace the world and are called "spider webs" have become a material force to a greater extent than at the beginning of the last century, and have succeeded in changing the balance of forces striving for leadership in the world in their favor. Religious feelings and our way of life, which is considered the spiritual treasure of people and has become national customs and traditions that have filtered through the memory of centuries, are losing their vitality and are giving way to the material interests of an increasingly globalized world. However, it is also a fact that the sense of holiness, which no ideology can destroy, and which is born with us from nature, cannot be subordinated to these interests. In this sense, we consider it more important to bring to the fore the saving function of revelation, its universal essence that can benefit and help global problems, not as a controversial problem. For this reason, the fact that the monograph resonates with the demands of the modern era also emphasizes its relevance.

On the study of our national cuisine in the context of historical folklore texts of Nakhchivan

I would like to point out to researchers in this field that the people's treasure is folklore. We find all the concrete data of national traditions in folklore. Because the rich culture of the Azerbaijani people, their ancient history, delicious and rich cuisine, freedom of will, wisdom - all this history is preserved in folklore. We can easily say that the national dishes of Azerbaijan will continue to decorate our tables. Folklore is a source of increasing value and wealth. In the article, the dishes of our national cuisine, which have this richness, are examined for the readers. Azerbaijani cuisine has a unique voice in world cuisine with its rich and delicious dictates: gases and sweets. The share of the people here is undeniable. The fact that national dishes of historical Azerbaijani cuisine are widely processed in folklore texts of the people is very relevant. Here, the position of the development of food names in folklore texts of Azerbaijani cuisine, which is an important part of material culture, was examined, samples were selected and filtered. During the analysis, it was found that there are a lot of food names related to our national cuisine in folklore texts of Nakhchivan lands and the frequency of occurrence of these names is high. This shows that people love national cuisine; these dishes are prepared with soul in every home and eaten with pleasure. Studies also show that most of the food names used in Nakhchivan folklore materials refer to the national cuisine. In folklore texts, there are almost no dishes from the cuisine of other countries. This is due to people's preference for nationality. The names of the dishes included in the study are still widely used in our cuisines. This shows that national dishes have not lost their relevance, even though the cuisine of other countries is widespread.

However, contrary to all this, there is the concept of family conflicts, which is based on the behavior of the individual from the socio-psychological world, the level of consciousness, the relationship with the environment, the mechanism of development of the world around him. Family conflicts are a chain of behaviors observed in human individuals, each link in which is linked to the above-mentioned method of proper upbringing.
