Environmental education as a condition of human potential

The article explains the directions of the formation of human potential of the concept of ecological education. The concept of human potential is understood as a reflection of an individual’s self-confidence and their capacity for growth and transformation. The factor of development and real exploration of human potential is the individual’s satisfaction with his activity, combined with the desire to grow and develop in a certain area. Human potential encompasses the physical and spiritual capabilities of individuals that can be directed toward achieving both personal and societal objectives, particularly through the pursuit of self-actualization. The main content is the preservation and development of people’s individual spiritual, cultural and humanistic world, in which environmental education plays a special role. The main component of environmental education is educational potential and is indicated as human potential concerning a person through one of the main areas. The principles of human potential development in the field of environmental education are substantiated: stimulation of raising the level of ecological culture of the population, especially young people; establishment of effective interaction between regional authorities, large enterprises, public organizations and environmental activists; identification of the functions of human potential in the provision of resources in the field of environmental education. Here, environmental education and awareness, which contribute to the humanistic, spiritual, moral and social development of the individual, are currently becoming relevant in the context of the formation of human potential. The ecological education carried out by representatives of formal and non-formal education, as well as their interaction techniques with other institutions of society, are analyzed. The substantial aspects of the modern development of ecological education, as well as the primary problems in this area, are considered.

The article explores theoretical approaches to censorship, including neutrality, harm minimization, and respect for cultural differences, as well as practical methods such as omission, soft reformulation, adaptation, and paraphrasing. Practical examples are analyzed where censorship of texts helps to avoid conflicts and misunderstandings. It is emphasized that effective censorship requires not only the translator's professional knowledge and skills but also the ability to promptly adapt the text depending on the context and cultural characteristics of the audience.

The findings suggest that a well-structured competency framework enhances coordination between protocol services and diplomatic bodies, fosters intercultural sensitivity, and facilitates successful international interactions. Recommendations are proposed for improving training systems and implementing advanced assessment methods to measure the impact of competency development on the overall quality of protocol operations.

The article examines the importance of the formation of intercultural competence in teaching foreign languages in the context of globalization and integration of different cultures. It is explained that effective communication with native speakers requires not only mastery of grammatical and lexical aspects, but also the ability to understand and respect the cultural characteristics of other countries. The article analyzes various methods that contribute to the development of intercultural competence, including the use of intercultural trainings, role-playing games, digital platforms and international exchange programs. The role of the teacher in the process of forming intercultural competence, as well as technological tools that are actively being introduced into the educational process, is also considered. The problems and challenges faced by students and teachers in teaching intercultural communication, as well as ways to overcome these difficulties, are discussed. In conclusion, the need to integrate intercultural methods into language teaching is emphasized for the successful adaptation of students in a globalized society.

Grammatical features of Azerbaijani words taken from English

Along with the terms borrowed from English, grammatical elements and suffixes were also included, and as a morpheme could not be used independently in word creation, it acquired a new derivational feature in the composition of individual words. Since English and Azerbaijani are languages with different systems, the transfer of words from one language to another requires its adaptation to norm sources. Therefore, the borrowings that entered the lexical system of the Azerbaijani language through the English language are adapted to the historically formed literary language laws of the Azerbaijani language and were used in the Azerbaijani language in the form of the source language without undergoing any changes.

Innovative strategies for English language learning in Kyrgyzstan: the importance of media

Learning a new language is often perceived as a complex task, necessitating practice across multiple skills. This research examines the significant role of media and institutional resources such as TikTok, YouTube, Netflix etc. in enhancing the learning of English languages in case of Kyrgyzstan which is under Russian language influence. These resources empower English language teachers by bridging communication gaps and facilitating clearer explanations of concepts. By minimizing teacher talk, lessons become more engaging for students. Furthermore, they offer opportunities for learners to see, hear, and interact with the language, thereby increasing their interest in English. These resources also provide real-life experiences that encourage active participation, making learning more concrete and relevant. Additionally, they enhance retention rates, transform the teacher’s role from a knowledge dispenser to a facilitator, and allow students to progress at their own pace. Moreover, they stimulate practice, foster discussion, and inspire higher levels of achievement among students. Employing case study and descriptive methods, this research analyzes the role of authentic language in language learning, exploring ideological patterns in news structures. The findings present practical strategies applicable in language classrooms to improve both language proficiency and socio-cultural awareness. It is recommended that innovative strategies establish a framework to help learners reflect on their language learning experiences.

In the process of studying the methodology of teaching foreign languages, professionals and translators encounter problems related to understanding the content of educational methodological terms and producing adequate translations of certain terms. One of the urgent tasks of this research is to systematize methodological terms encountered in teaching English as a foreign language and to create a bilingual educational methodological textological dictionary. The research analyzes the distinctive features of existing dictionaries in this field and explores the principles of systematizing educational methodological terms and dictionary compilation. This analysis is significant for the precise and consistent definition of terms used in the methodology of language teaching. As a result of the investigations and analyses, the importance of a dictionary of educational methodological terms has been highlighted, along with a proposal to develop principles for dictionary creation.

This paper explores the legal and ethical risks inherent in medical translation practices by comparing the English and Chinese healthcare contexts. It highlights how inaccurate or culturally insensitive translations can lead to medical errors, breaches of informed consent, patient mistrust, and even litigation. Drawing on case studies and regulatory frameworks, the study examines how both systems address translator qualifications, liability issues, and the protection of patient rights when language barriers exist. Particular attention is paid to informed consent documents, patient information leaflets, and discharge summaries as high-risk zones for mistranslation. The paper argues that while both legal traditions recognize the importance of accurate communication, practical implementation and enforcement mechanisms differ significantly. The findings underline the need for harmonized standards and stronger interdisciplinary cooperation among healthcare professionals, legal experts, and linguists to minimize translation-related risks and safeguard patient safety and dignity.

The militarization of outer space poses not only geopolitical risks but also significant threats to the environmental sustainability of the near-Earth orbit. This article explores the international legal mechanisms aimed at preventing the deployment and use of weapons in space. It analyzes the foundational treaties, including the Outer Space Treaty of 1967, the Liability Convention of 1972, and other UN resolutions and soft law instruments. Particular attention is paid to the environmental implications of space militarization, such as the increase in space debris and the risks of contamination from nuclear-powered satellites and anti-satellite weapon tests. The paper argues for the strengthening of legal frameworks to ensure both the peaceful use of outer space and the protection of its fragile environment, proposing a harmonization of space law and environmental law principles.
