This study explores the evolving role of women in Algeria’s entrepreneurial landscape, particularly within the context of ongoing political and economic reforms. These reforms aim to revitalize the national economy and promote inclusive development, creating opportunities for broader societal participation includin g that of women. As key players in this transformation, Algerian women have increasingly ventured into entrepreneurship, establishing diverse businesses across critical sectors. Their growing presence highlights both their ambition and the challenges they face in traditionally male dominated domains. Despite structural, social, and institutional barriers, women entrepreneurs continue to assert themselves, contributing to the creation of added value and reinforcing the national economy’s resilience and compe titiveness. This study offers a theoretical analysis of the traits that characterize entrepreneurial women, the nature of the challenges they encounter, and their pathways toward self affirmation. It aims to enrich the understanding of female entrepreneurs hip in Algeria and support strategies that enhance women's contributions to sustainable economic development.

Environmental Protection in Algerian Legislation through Penalizing Waste Management Violations

The Algerian legislator has regulated waste management through specific procedures in-cluded in Law 01/19. The goal of these provisions is to protect the environment from damages that may directly or indirectly affect humans, plants, and animals. In return, the legislator has estab-lished legal texts aimed at imposing penalties on those who violate these procedures, causing harm to the environment or contributing to its degradation. The legislator classified these actions accord-ing to the severity of the harm caused, ranging from misdemeanors to criminal offenses. Through this legislation, the Algerian legal framework is in line with the developments in international legis-lation.

The world today is witnessing a rapid increase in the use of technology, creating new challenges that require strengthening awareness of the importance of its responsible use. Despite the significant benefits technology offers, its misuse poses a threat to societies and the environment, making it essential to instill the concept of digital citizenship, especially among youth. Digital citizenship is viewed as a behavior based on conscious and responsible use of technology, while adhering to ethical values, respecting the rights of others, and preserving the environment. The research shows that digital citizenship is not limited to technical skills but also includes awareness of the legal and ethical responsibilities that accompany digital use, making it a key tool for achieving sustainable development. It also highlights that building the capacities of individuals and communities through environmental governance and global citizenship contributes to achieving a real balance between technological advancement and environmental preservation. Conscious use of technology enhances human well-being and protects natural resources for future generations, fostering more inclusive and sustainable societies.

At the result presented the conception of ergonomic thinking putting forward which substantiated by the author. This is why it is important to understand the way this type of knowledge is acquired and its meaning, characteristics, essence, etc. There are many questions on this subject. The most important issue is the justification of the idea that esoteric knowledge is based on a divine source.

Essential characteristics of the phenomenon of Aryanism

Interest in the problem of Aryanism has not abated for several centuries, since J.-A. de Gobineau defined this direction of research. Further development of the topic can be found in the works of G. Gunther, V. Avdeev, S. Nalivaiko and others. At the same time, they do not contain a comprehensive definition of the concept of the phenomenon of Aryanism and its essential characteristics, so real Aryanism is often replaced by various theories and ideological doctrines. That is why we propose to use the term "Aryanism" in relation to this phenomenon, and not "Aryanism". Aryanism is, first of all, a socio-cultural phenomenon in the broadest sense of this concept, which formed the basis of the cultural tradition of the Indo-European civilization. It originated among the Eastern Aryan tribes and developed its own set of views, assessments, values, principles, different from other worldview systems, determining the vision of the world as an image of an ideal structure, a certain place of man in this structure, and, therefore, provides for the formation of an active life position, a program of constructive behavior and collective actions of people as members of a single society, which is aimed at development in accordance with their own knowledge and skills to achieve the highest ideal (a model of public paradise). This ideology laid the foundations for planning and forecasting, as well as the philosophy of statehood. The system of worldview and values of Aryism has a certain organization and hierarchical structure, which is completely subordinated to a single principle of the monistic origin and is presented in a system of categories, concepts and symbols. It is due to the presence of this specific system that it becomes possible to see the presence of the components of Aryism both in the historical process and in the modern social worldview. At the heart of monotheism (the total origin) - in Vedism, Zoroastrianism and Mazdaism, Judaism and its branches (Christianity and Islam) - is the idea of a single creative source, which was later embodied in the personality of God - the creator of the universe. However, each of the named directions understands this concept in its own way. Therefore, the idea of monotheism goes through several stages of development and is accordingly transformed during its implementation in other worldview systems. Thus, the concept of “monotheism” becomes the basis for the formation of such concepts as “theism”, “deism”, “pantheism” and “genotheism” (“monolatry”), but only partially coincides with them.

This research paper aims to assess the effectiveness of the Algerian tax system by analyzing its development, performance, and structure following the reforms adopted by Algeria since 1992, in light of the transformations witnessed in the international and domestic arenas. Despite these reforms, the Algerian tax system still faces a series of challenges and imbalances that hinder achieving the desired effectiveness. Therefore, appropriate measures must be taken to address these challenges with the aim of enhancing the system's ability to better adapt to changes in the global economy. A descriptive-analytical approach was adopted to achieve the objectives of this study .

This study aims to analyze the reality of human resource evaluation and its role in enhancing the efficiency of human resource management and development within Algerian economic institutions, through an applied study on the Hamma Bouziane Cement Company. The study included a sample of 91 employees selected from a total of 413 workers representing various professional categories within the factory. A questionnaire was used for data collection, and the study employed a set of advanced statistical methods for analysis, including the SPSS program. The findings revealed that the Hamma Bouziane Cement Company applies modern practices in human resource performance evaluation at a moderate level, indicating its inclination toward adopting effective strategies to enhance employee efficiency and productivity.

Evaluation of Websites of Wireless Telecommunications Companies in Algeria Using Z-number TOPSIS

The rapid growth of digital services has made website evaluation a critical tool for assessing competitiveness, particularly in the telecommunications sector. This study evaluates the service websites of Algeria’s three major wireless telecom providers—Djezzy, Mobilis, and Ooredoo—using the Z-number TOPSIS method, which integrates data reliability and uncertainty into decision-making. Five key criteria were analyzed: usability, content quality, design, security, and organization. Results indicate clear performance distinctions among the companies. Djezzy’s website ranked highest, excelling particularly in security and usability, followed by Mobilis and then Ooredoo. Notably, security was identified as the most influential criterion, reflecting user priorities in an era of cyber threats, while organization had the least impact. These findings suggest that while all companies meet basic functional standards, disparities in user trust and interface efficiency significantly differentiate their digital platforms. The study underscores the importance of continuous benchmarking in Algeria’s evolving telecom market. Recommendations include prioritizing security enhancements and adopting best practices from top-performing competitors. By addressing these gaps, companies can better align their digital services with consumer expectations. This research contributes a structured evaluation framework applicable to emerging markets, offering actionable insights for improving website quality and customer satisfaction.

Recent research shows that quantity has been put at the forefront of teacher training institutions rather than qualifications, which raises many problems in terms of professional competence for teachers. The teaching profession, like all other professions, is rapidly changing and evolving. For this reason, teachers are entering an ongoing development process with in-service training. Teaching is a profession that requires pre-service education and should be continuously education. As a result of the different practices called over time in the Turkish education system, standardization in teacher training is prevented and the creation of a relevant standardization becomes mandatory. In addition, capacity development in teacher assignment and upgrades gains importance in field proficiency and professional competence. In this context, it is aimed to evaluate the education policies for the employment of teachers being implemented in the study. This study, which uses observation interview and document analysis techniques from the qualitative research model, included evaluation of the positions of public service commission staff for the analysis of the status of senior managers, school administrators and teachers' union managers of the TRNC Ministry of National Education regarding assignments and upgrades.

As AI advances rapidly, educational technologies, including those based on AI, are increasingly being used in open and distance learning. While the use of adaptive e-learning systems, educational chatbots, AI-based guided learning, and AI-enhanced educational platforms may contribute to individualizing the educational experience and performance. This approach to AI in education raises concerns about the possibilities of student tracking, prediction of student behavior and profiling, ethical ways of student engagement, and the possible dehumanization of the educational process. The problem regarding the ethical and trustworthy use of AI in education is related not only to possible dehumanization but also to privacy, data protection, the role of teachers, and the possible replacement of them, as well as the potential power balance shift from the individual level to state and private actors. Thus, the aim of the paper is to explore an ethical and educa-tional conversation on these dilemmas and other deep pedagogical and organizational aspects that are trig-gered by applying AI in open and distance education. It brings insights on whether AI really is about hu-mans and, in particular, about teachers and the human element in education.

The article covers grain materials, including hazelnut kernels, beans, peas, etc. is devoted to the development and experimental research of a device for sorting food raw materials. The relevance and great importance of the use of the device for sorting granular materials developed at the level of invention in modern heavy and light industrial production, as well as in the agricultural sector was demonstrated. It has been established that belt conveyors are one of the devices with the highest specific weight among the technical means used in light industry, agricultural production, as well as in heavy industry. A graphical description of the sorting indicators during the sorting of hazelnut kernels is given. Analysis of the graphical description of experimental studies shows that during studies related to the sorting of hazelnut kernels, β = 0.39 rad; v_l=0.15 m/sec, as well as α = 0.20 rad, the sorting values of food raw materials are higher than other indicators.

Experimentation in theater is a characteristic inherent to its historical trajectory. It is not tied to a specific time period or a particular intellectual school, but rather represents a creative dynamism that seeks to surpass predefined molds and reshape the aesthetic vision of theater. From this perspective, it is impossible to talk about theater without invoking its experimental dimension, especially in the Algerian context, where experimentation became a means of cultural resistance and the rooting of identity under the heavy burden of French colonialism. The importance of this study lies in tracking the beginnings and transformations of Algerian theater, from its rooting in popular heritage to drawing inspiration from global experiences, particularly the Brechtian ones, reflecting the interaction of Algerian theater with its reality and history on one hand, and its constant quest for renewal on the other. This is clearly evident in the experiences of pioneers such as Abdel Rahman Kaki and Abdelkader Alloula, up to contemporary theater practitioners like Jlajji, who continued to employ heritage and history within new experimental approaches, such as the "Musradiya" experience, showing that experimentation in Algerian theater is not merely a technical art form, but a deeply rooted intellectual and aesthetic choice in the evolution of this art.

Laredj explores the body’s physicality and tensions through narrative and introspection, starting with the protagonist in repose. He intertwines themes of seduction and artistic rebellion against terrorism, using the body and sensual dialogue to counter extremist ideologies. His female protagonists embody rebellion, challenging conservative values and celebrating life over death. Despite criticism, Laredj’s works, like "Our Lady of the Maqam," advocate for the will to live amidst terrorism, giving voice to those silenced by violence. Rather than limiting themselves to a binary debate, these authors—including Léonora Miano, Fatou Diome, Sami Tchak, Mohamed Mbougar Sarr, and Véronique Tadjo—offer a plurality of perspectives that illustrate the transition from a concept of a homogeneous universe to that of a pluriverse, an approach that recognizes the richness and diversity of human experiences. Deeply rooted in African realities, their writings succeed in articulating universal themes such as identity, exile, and ecological crisis, while also integrating local and specific concerns. In doing so, they challenge the expectations of both African and international readers and contribute to a global discourse that embraces universal values while respecting local identities. The primary objective of this paper is to demonstrate how postcolonial African literature builds intercultural bridges while maintaining a strong attachment to its cultural identity. Drawing on postcolonial and aesthetic literary theories and approaches, this study emphasizes the trend of navigating between the local and the global, thereby strengthening Africa‘s voice on the international literary scene. Through this analysis, we hope to offer a nuanced view of the place of African literature in the contemporary world, highlighting its essential role in constructing an intercultural and transnational discourse.
