As part of the research on the difficulties in representing professional projects among university students majoring in psychology and orthophony, this study aimed to explore the nature of the relationship between the difficulties in representing professional projects and factors such as self-esteem, motivation, personality traits, and labour market requirements. A questionnaire on the difficulties of representing the professional project, designed specifically for this study, was administered to 216 male and female students. Using a descriptive approach, the results revealed a strong correlational relationship between these factors. The difficulties in representing the professional project were linked to a lack of motivation, which is a fundamental factor in developing the professional project. This led to difficulties with self-esteem and revealed a strong relationship between the difficulty in representing the project, the student's personality traits, and the labour market requirements. No statistically significant differences were found in the difficulty of representing the professional project due to gender.

The present study aims to identify the difficulties in written expression among students with reading learning disabilities. The clinical approach was adopted, relying on case study methodology, observation, interviews, and psychological tests, including the Diagnostic Assessment Test for Reading Learning Disabilities (Fathi Al-Zayyat), the Colored Progressive Matrices Test (John Raven), and the Written Expression Skills Test (Nesrine Jalal).These tools were applied in a primary school in Saïda province on two cases aged between 10 and 11 years. The findings concluded the following: - Students with reading learning disabilities struggle with written expression. - These students exhibit difficulties in following the conventional structure (introduction, body, and conclusion) in their written compositions, along with grammatical, syntactic, and spelling errors. - They face challenges in using punctuation marks, linking words, and structuring sentences and paragraphs.

Digital Civil Society in Algeria: A Sociological Analysis of its Formation and Interaction

This research paper seeks to explore the chronological evolution of the concept of civil society in Algeria, examining its role as a key historical actor in the state-building process and the transition towards participatory democracy. It presents a sociological analysis of the trajectory of civil society's formation and its interaction as an intermediary between the citizenry and the state. The analysis progresses from the traditional understanding of civil society (often termed Al-Mujtama' Al-Ahli) to its contemporary manifestation, designated here as 'Digital Civil Society'. It addresses the digital sphere as a domain for civil society activities, positioning it as an agent in the reconstruction of trust between citizens and the state, particularly in the post-Hirak Movement period. This is illustrated through the experience of the National Observatory for Civil Society, presented as a model digital platform aimed at enhancing the mechanisms, activities, and overall effectiveness of civil society engagement.

Through this study, we have come to the conclusion that digital globalisation is a dual force, as it can strip identity of its authenticity, but it can also impose and strengthen it, and the fate and final decision depends on the contemporary human being who consumes the new technologies, through his awareness and awareness of himself and what is happening around him.

Islamic banks have not been immune to the development of financial technology services and start-ups that provide innovative financial solutions; they have experienced a radical transformation over the past years, driven by the growth of digital technologies, the adoption of a digital transformation strategy, as well as the growing demand by the youth for banking products based on the latest innovations, to provide a better customer experience. This highlights the urgent need at the present time for Islamic banking to move towards creating advanced digital services. This study aims to shed light on the reality of digital financial inclusion in the United Arab Emirates, by clarifying the role of digital financial services in financial empowerment through which financial inclusion is achieved. The analytical approach was relied upon to analyze the development of the use of digital technology in the United Arab Emirates and its impact on financial inclusion. This study concluded that the use of digital technology and financial services in the United Arab Emirates has increased as a result of the availability of communications infrastructure and high-speed internet, which has had a positive impact on the levels of financial inclusion in it, through extrapolation of secondary data and statistics issued by the "World Bank", for the period extending from 2017 to 2028 expectations.

The study concluded that digitisation is a key element in promoting good governance at the local government level. Estonia's experience has demonstrated the role of digital transformation in improving the efficiency of public services, increasing transparency and promoting community participation. By adopting advanced technologies such as integrated electronic platforms and digital identity systems, Estonia has succeeded in overcoming traditional bureaucratic challenges and strengthening accountability. The results also show that the implementation of digital local government contributes to building citizens' trust in public institutions and reducing the gaps between the authorities and civil society, reflecting a practical integration between technological innovation and the requirements of good governance.

Digital Renaissance: Boosting Economic Growth in North African Nations

The digital economy has become a major force behind economic growth in the modern world, trans-forming established industries and opening up new opportunities for productivity and innovation. Digital technologies are revolutionizing company operations, increasing efficiency, and promoting global inter-connection as they become ingrained in numerous sectors. This research explores the intricate relation-ship between the digital economy and economic growth, highlighting how advancements in digital infra-structure and information technology contribute to sustained economic development and prosperity. Using annual data from 2000 to 2022 and the PMG estimator, this paper gives a comparative analysis of the short- and long-term effects of digital economy on economic growth in North African nations. The findings indicated that, the error correction coefficient had a negative and statistically significant value (-1.160). This suggests that there is a long-run integration between variables. The PMG estimates showed the negative impact of access to information and communication technology services indicators (INT) by 0.001 and the absence of impact of digital economy infrastructure (MCS) and Technology Revenue (RICT) on economic growth in North African nations. This is due to a shortage in the workforce, in-sufficient legal frame of technology, and a restricted digital infrastructure are major obstacles. These obstacles may impede the uptake and assimilation of digital technology, hence hindering the process of economic diversification and expansion.

Vietnam-Azerbaijan relations are a special relationship cultivated by President Ho Chi Minh and leader Heydar Aliyev. In 1992, Vietnam and Azerbaijan officially established diplomatic relations, but before that, when Azerbaijan was one of the 15 republics of the Soviet Union, the relationship between Vietnam and Azerbaijan was extremely close. The people of Azerbaijan have helped the Vietnamese people a lot in such areas as: training international students, building the oil and gas industry, sending experts to help Vietnam during the war This is a relationship friendship between the two nations. To learn more about this relationship, the similarity of diplomatic relations between the two countries of Vietnam and Azerbaijan in the development, the author has selected the topic: " Diplomatic relations Azerbaijan - Vietnam: the similarities in development”. The article explores aspects of the issue such as: the historical and geographical similarities of the two peoples have influenced foreign policy from the very beginning of the nation's establishment. The article also summarizes the diplomatic achievements of Vietnam and Azerbaijan in the history as well as the development of the present. In particular, the article mentioned people-to-people diplomacy, one of the pillars of the foreign policy of Vietnam as well as Azerbaijan to show the faithful friendship of the two peoples.

Discovery of New Fish Depictions in the Central Sahara (Tassili n'Ajjer Plateau – Algeria)

During the Holocene, around ten thousand years ago, the Central Sahara experienced a distinctly humid phase. At that time, torrential floods flowed through major wadis and rivers, forming vast lakes. The climate resembled that of today's African savanna. Along the shores of these large water bodies lived various animals, including hippopotamuses, rhinoceroses, elephants, crocodiles, birds, and fish. Humans also lived there, relying on fishing, hunting, and gathering. Recent research has produced remarkable findings about the diet of those early inhabitants. Excavations revealed that fish were a key component of their subsistence. These people recorded their ideas and activities through thousands of rock engravings and paintings. Among these are depictions that address the subject of fishing and aquatic life. However, despite the importance of this topic, only a limited number of studies have examined it in depth. This article contributes by cataloging a number of fish depictions. It also revisits earlier studies where the fish species were not clearly identified. These images were re-examined using an innovative digital technology known as the DStretch system, which enabled a clearer understanding of the forms represented.

This required the enactment of regulations to ensure continuity of services and access to quality education adaptable to the dis-tance learning modality. However, the psychosocial learning environment of this study modality has a social structure that differs from that of a face-to-face class, which could have a considerable impact on learning out-comes and therefore on students' academic satisfaction. For this reason, the objective of the study was to deter-mine the relationship between the psychosocial learning environment of distance education and the academic satisfaction of graduate students during the pandemic. The methodology used was a quantitative approach with correlational design. The sample consisted of The sample consisted of graduate students of a public univer-sity, who were two questionnaires; the first to measure their perception of the psychosocial factors affecting their psychosocial learning environment of distance education during the pandemic, using the Sp-DELES scale; and the second to measure academic satisfaction using the SA scale. The results demonstrated a perfect positive relationship with a . determining a relationship between the psychosocial learning environment of distance education and the academic satisfaction of graduate students during the pandemic.

Under the provisions of the law, doctors are subject to disciplinary responsibility by competent authorities upon the disclosure of professional secrets, even if such disclosure causes no harm to others. However, this rule is not absolute; the physician may disclose patient secrets under specific circumstances. This study aims to elucidate the disciplinary system governing doctors in professional secrecy violations, identify the circumstances under which disclosure may be justified, and highlight emergencies in which liability is waived, thereby exempting the physician from accountability.

This article sheds light on the early retirement of many professional competencies and skills in recent years. This professional group plays a vital role in the organisational structure of public institutions, serving as both human resources and intellectual and practical capital that add a competitive advantage to the institution. The results of the field study demonstrated that the perceptions of these competencies regarding work within public institutions contributed to the construction of their professional projects for postretirement. Furthermore, it highlights the adoption of early withdrawal, which fuels the adoption of strategies for individual or collective social actions.

Atomic energy has been tamed, the material foundation s of the carriers of heredity of living beings have been studied, computers have been created that try to imitate the human brain, and finally, people have become convinced that they are the only conscious creature in the solar system. Having achieved the achieved achievements, man has become its master by struggling with nature and has not been able to fully tame it. Only at the end of the 20th century did people begin to realize that it was futile to fight nature, that one should only befriend it, and tha t the foundation of this friendship depends more on acquiring ecological culture and logical understanding.

Economic justification of the selection process for the creation of a new pear variety

The article provides a calculation of capital investment costs for the stages of the selection process. After determining all the costs at each stage, the total minimum financial resources required to carry out the entire selection process were calculated. This amounts to 245.5 thousand manats. Considering that the creation of the variety serves a certain purpose, it is necessary to justify the method of deducting the costs incurred. Among all existing methods, a more progressive method is to pay for the costs incurred through deductions from the financial resources obtained from the sale of seedlings. This method is possible as a result of obtaining copyright for the created variety. With low costs, the created variety pays for its costs through the sale of 613,750 seedlings.
