This study seeks to elucidate the issues associated with the implementation of PQT standards in Algeria by identifying the primary hurdles that hinder the effective use of the national quality reference in Algerian hospitality institutions and offering a model for enhancement. The descriptive-analytical approach was employed to analyze and review prior research concerning the impediments to the execution of the Algerian Tourism Quality Plan within Algerian hotel establishments, aiming to develop a model that enhances its implementation to elevate hotel service quality and attain customer satisfaction.

I The oral expression module has had great importance in the study of English language in the Department of English language at University of Ghardaia. Teachers are doing their best to help students develop their speaking skill through the suggestion of a number of topics to be learnt and discussed. Nonetheless, the first two years, namely first year Licence (L1) and second year Licence (L2) require much care and involvement on the part of teachers as well as the students. Suggesting topics to be discussed throughout the academic years of Licence is applied to first year Licence students who are, in the majority of cases, not equipped with the tools that assist them in fostering their speaking skill. One of the tools that fosters the students‟ speaking skill is the use of idioms, for native speakers heavily use them in their daily life conversations. The aim of this paper is to shed light on the importance of incorporating English idioms in the Oral Expression sessions for fostering first year Licence students‟ speaking skill. To this end, this study is based on semi-structured interviews conducted with seven part-time teachers at the Department of English language at University of Ghardaia. The findings were analysed qualitatively and revealed that the great majority of the participants do not incorporate English idioms in the Oral Expression sessions. Finally, some recommendations were suggested.

The study of communication and its connection to organizational indicators is considered a fundamental topic that has garnered significant attention in the literature related to both behavioral and classical theoretical approaches. This is due to the central role that communication plays in enhancing organizational performance and ensuring harmony among the various components of an institution. This study aims to shed light on some organizational indicators associated with the communication process by analyzing them within multiple theoretical contexts. This approach enables a deeper understanding of the relationships between the components of the organizational system and the mechanisms of internal communication. The study adopted a comparative analytical method to identify the main similarities and differences between these indicators in light of previous theoretical contributions, as well as to observe how they influence the effectiveness of administrative performance and decision-making within institutions. The study reached a set of important cognitive findings, the most notable being that the organizational indicators with the greatest impact on communication effectiveness are organizational control, organizational supervision, communication growth, and organizational interaction. These elements collectively form a foundational structure for ensuring effective communication and the overall efficiency of the organizational process.

The use of recycled raw materials from the winemaking industry, in particular grape pomace, to improve the technology of natural table wines was studied. The study focused on the possibilities of using grape skins as recycled raw materials, whether fresh, dry, powdered or as dietary fiber independently. In this regard, the pomace obtained using modern technological equipment and grape processing technology was studied. Based on the technology we developed, grape dietary fiber prepared by two types of drying - infrared radiation and drying cabinet - was used. The results obtained proved that the type of drying of grape dietary fiber has a greater effect on the chemical composition of the prepared wine materials than the degree of their crushing. Based on scientific research, it can be noted that drying with infrared rays ensures the production of higher-quality grape dietary fiber, and this grape dietary fiber has a more positive effect on the technological process of wine. The extract index of wine is affected by the degree of maturity of the grapes, as well as substances collected during fermentation, including glycerin and other non-volatile polyatomic alcohols, nitrogenous and mineral substances, acids and their salts, and other extractive substances. Based on the mass concentration indicators of the obtained extract, it can be noted that during fermentation, wine is rich in biologically valuable components of dietary fibers. Their transfer to wine depends on the degree of crushing of dietary fibers and the drying method.

Main Hypothesis:There is a correlational relationship between informal groups and the occurrence of organizational conflict in municipal institutions in Djelfa. Sub-Hypotheses:The formation of informal groups is influenced by multiple factors, including demographic, professional, and social characteristics. The intensity of organizational conflict is directly proportional to the degree of misalignment between the objectives of the formal organization and those of informal groups.

Objective: The objective of this study is to determine the effect of perceived originality, perceived uniqueness, and source credibility of accounts owned by Instagram influencers on consumers’ purchase intention of fashion products in Jakarta, Indonesia Methodology: An online survey was administered to online Instagram users in Jakarta, Indonesia. Descriptive, correlation and regression analysis were used as statistical tools to analyse the data and to test the hypotheses. Results: Perceived originality, perceived uniqueness and source credibility have significant and positive relationship on purchase intention of purchase products in Instagram. Moreover, perceived originality is the best predictor of purchase intention among respondents of this study. Implication: This study presents a conceptually yet empirically supported framework to describe the significance of perceived originality, source credibility and purchase intention in fashion products. The study is specifically useful for Instagram influencers as it helps identify which characteristics that they should show to cultivate purchase intention among people aged 18-34.

This study investigates the integration of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) into geography education in Laghouat, Algeria. While GIS has gained recognition globally for enhancing spatial thinking and inquiry-based learning, its adoption in Algerian schools remains limited. Drawing on data from a survey of 50 middle and secondary school geography teachers, the study assesses their exposure to GIS, training experiences, and attitudes toward its educational value. Results reveal that although most teachers are familiar with GIS from university courses, only a minority have received practical training or access to resources for classroom implementation. Despite these challenges, there is a strong consensus on the pedagogical potential of GIS. The study highlights key barriers to integration—including infrastructural constraints and lack of institutional support—and offers recommendations for improving GIS training, infrastructure, and curriculum alignment. These findings underscore the need for systemic interventions to bridge the gap between recognition and practice in the use of geospatial technologies in Algerian education.

Modern technology has revolutionised the field of communication, mainly through social media platforms such as Facebook, which has become a vital tool for organisations and academic institutions to engage with their audiences. The interactive features of Facebook have made it an ideal platform for fostering engagement. This study aimed to explore the level of interactivity on the Facebook page of the Media and Communication Unit at the University of Khenchela, which is taken as a model among the Facebook pages of Algerian University. The findings revealed that most page followers are female, aged between 18 and 34, primarily focusing on students or young people. The local audience, especially within Algeria and Khenchela, is substantial, reflecting the university's local impact. However, the international audience remains limited, indicating a need to adopt more effective digital communication strategies to reach a broader and more diverse public.

Currently, it is commonly understood that language acquisition is considered the ability to express oneself both linguistically and in terms of social and behavioral practices that correspond to the target language-culture. In other words, it is no longer simply about understanding the language of the Other, but also being able to recognize, identify, and interpret the attitudes involved in acts of communication. Therefore, it becomes necessary to look at the cultural realities of countries, peoples, and their behavioral patterns in our language courses to avoid cultural misunderstandings and communicate effectively. This can be achieved through an approach where multimedia and interculturality are integrated into communi-cative activities, as Hirschsprung (2005, p. 10) explains: "Multimedia is characterized by the use of mul-tiple vectors to represent information, such as texts, sounds, static or animated images," which, according to the same author, enhances student motivation and makes them more active in the learning process. It is explicitly from this perspective that our research is situated, aiming to provide answers to the following questions: What technological tools should be used in teaching FLE (French as a Foreign Language) students? What would be the role of the teacher as a trainer and intermediary between these tools and the users? What impact do multimedia resources have on students who are often culturally shaped by the audiovisual world? These are some of the questions that will guide our research, which seeks to help students identify cultural aspects in authentic language exchanges from various extracts of Francophone films. This will allow them to participate in European exchanges, undertake professional internships in Francophone companies, or study at Francophone universities.

This scholarly paper aims to shed light on the plurality of approaches in the thought of Mohammed Arkoun, rang-ing from linguistics to historical anthropology. Through these methodologies, Arkoun sought to deconstruct the intellectual rigidity deeply rooted in Islamic heritage and to understand it as a complex phenomenon shaped by political and social interactions. The study focuses on the extent to which Arkoun succeeded in transcending tradi-tional dichotomies—such as heritage versus modernity—without falling into epistemological contradictions. It also highlights his attempt to reconcile scientific criticism of sacred texts with the respect for their sanctity within reli-gious discourse. Improving the quality of education is always one of the priority issues. High school math teaching and related topics are always relevant. Learning to solve problems increases students' interest in the subject being studied. Various methods and tools are widely used in teaching problem solving in high school mathematics. To analyze the problem and its solution, you can change the data in the problem, find it, replace it with others, which can be viewed as a situation that increases the skill of students. Determining the dependencies between lines of content and their integration is one of the basic learning conditions. Students often have difficulty applying algebraic and geometric content strings at the same time when solving word problems. To overcome this difficulty, consideration should be given to the use of interdisciplinary and interdisciplinary integration. In solving such problems, it is important that students, in addition to theoretical material, have knowledge based on deductive reasoning. Although the teaching approach based on general pedagogical laws is the same for all subjects, each subject has its own characteristics. Given these similarities and differences, the development of interdisciplinary and interdisciplinary relationships should be seen as one of the key factors in improving the quality of education. The high school mathematics course covers many of the subjects taught in the school - physics, chemistry, geography, technology, biology, etc. are closely related. In many branches of physics, including mechanics, thermodynamics, etc. Dependencies between quantities are explained by mathematical models. In particular, there is no subject in our everyday life that in one way or another does not use mathematical concepts. Many problems in physics, chemistry and geography are solved by mathematical methods. This article discusses a methodology for solving problems associated with different content lines and based on interdisciplinary integration.
