"Сюжет иова" В современной русской прозе

В статье рассмотрен сюжет ветхозаветной Книги Иова как мировоззренческая проблема современной русской прозы. Авторы ставят целью проанализировать современную русскую литературу с точки зрения последовательности реализации ветхозаветного образа страдальца Иова. Предпринята попытка описания случаев реализации ветхозаветных образов из книги Иова в ключевых литературных произведениях современности: в текстах В. Сорокина, М. Шишкина, Ю. Буйды, Р. Сенчина, В. Пелевина, В, Шарова. Сюжетный и моровоззренческий сопоставительный анализ становится основой методологии. В результате исследования авторы приходят к выводу о том, что имплицитный Иов в современной русской литературе движется в контексте антитоталитарного дискурса, при этом разрывая связь с теологическими корнями.

В статье автором рассматриваются понятия «интернет-сайт», «хостинг», «провайдер», «cookie-файлы», особенности содержащейся в них информации, необходимой для выявления, раскрытия и расследования преступлений, связанных с использованием информационно-телекоммуникационных технологий. Целью исследования является изучение информации, размещенной на данных ресурсах, а также - особенности анализа полученных сведений и использования их в процессе доказывания по уголовным делам, возбужденным по фактам мошенничеств, совершенных с использованием сети Интернет. Проведен анализ работы следственных и оперативных подразделений ряда субъектов Российской Федерации, задействованных в предупреждении, раскрытии и расследований вышеуказанной категории преступлений, в результате которого, автором предлагается метод изучения и анализа ряда факторов, влияющих на своевременное и качественное раскрытие преступлений и установления лиц, их совершивших.

Overall, this review highlights the transformational impact of digital media art on cinema, providing insight into its theoretical foundations and practical applications. In summary, the comprehensive exploration of digital media art encompasses theoretical foundations, historical context, practical applications, and the transformative impact on the Chinese film industry, shedding light on the challenges and opportunities within this evolving landscape.

Author'S radio programs in the system of russian and chinese radio broadcasting

This article is devoted to the structure of Russian and Chinese radio broadcasting, which, despite the popularity of television in Russia and China, still occupies a leading position among the citizens, especially in rural areas. Analyzing the features of radio broadcasts going on air in Russian and Chinese television, the author of the article came to the conclusion that a significant place in the broadcasting network is occupied by the author’s radio programs. Revealing the thematic and genre diversity of these programs, the author states that they not only reflect the social structure of Russian and Chinese society, but also create the image of China and Russia as countries in which radio content is creative and determined by the specifics of the audience.

The communication strategy of the Chinese government in the official accounts of local social networks Douyin and WeChat differs from the approach to traditional media. This is due to the features of these platforms and their impact on the mass audience. In the official accounts of local social networks Douyin and WeChat, the Chinese government takes a more direct and direct approach to communicating with a mass audience. They use short video, audio and text messages to present their initiatives, policies and achievements. This allows the government to reach a wide audience, especially among young people who actively use these social networks. Official Douyin and WeChat accounts also provide interactivity and the possibility of feedback from the audience. The authors of the article consider the features of the communication strategy of the Chinese government in relation to the mass audience in the official accounts of local social networks Douyin and WeChat in comparison with traditional media.

Concepts magic/reality in english and russian phraseology

The work studies the fields of cognitive linguistics, cognitive phraseology, linguistic culturology. This project analyzes the representation of the concepts Magic/Reality in English and Russian phraseology. Lexical meaning in cognitive linguistics and phraseological meaning in cognitive phraseology are proved to be of primary importance. It is claimed the concepts Magic/Reality are complex mental linguistic formations reflecting native speaker’s naive thinking. Relevance - the concepts Magic/Reality are understudied and scientific analysis of this pair of concepts offers a fresh perspective and contributes to the overall conceptual picture of the world. Object of the research - cultural concepts Magic/Reality in English and Russian phraseology. Methods - linguistic and cultural analysis, literature analysis, descriptive analysis, comparative analysis, component analysis. Findings - In our study, the Magic/Reality concepts were classified as single-level and multi-level, with single-level concepts predominating in the Russian and English languages. In the Russian language, catchwords and proverbs are most often used for these concepts. Proverbs dominate in the English language for the concepts Magic/Reality. Conclusion - the research confirms that speakers of different cultures represent the concepts of Magic/Reality in their own manner, in accordance with the characteristics of their mentality and language. The concept Magic is perceived by representatives of both cultures as illusory, and the concept Reality as devoid of illusions. Thus, in English and Russian cultures, the concepts of Magic and Reality are complex and multifaceted constructions and can be considered in different contexts.

Media discourse and media production in the training of student youth

The article analyzes the state of modern student media, including the technology of creating student media products in English, including short documentaries. The work presents the stages of creating a student project film and the difficulties that students encountered in the production of a non-fiction film. For the study, a set of methods and techniques was used, such as the methods of observation, description, comparison and content analysis. The findings of the study are presented in two directions: 1. There is an obvious connection between student media (features of student media models in terms of using the latest technologies) and the priorities of professional development of young people. 2. Through the analysis of production work on student media products in English within the framework of the «Journalistic Mirror» project, the specifics of professional training of international journalists and media specialists at Pyatigorsk State University is described.

Small-format texts in educational discourse

The purpose of this study is to analyze small format texts used in the coursebook «English Unlimited» (Elementary [30], Intermediate [31], Advanced [29]), that represent modern English-language educational discourse. The main methods of the research were the analysis of linguistic literature, the method of content analysis, as well as the qualitative comparative analysis. The text component in the coursebook is considered in the paper as an educational discourse existing in the context of academic communication. The paper also considers some features of small-format texts, their systematization is carried out, and their main characteristics are described. The analysis of small-format texts of the coursebook «English Unlimited» showed that in the educational discourse they revolve around human activities, character traits, professional spheres, knowledge, and the integration of IT into human life. These texts facilitate the development of global communication conditions. The work also notes that small-format texts, characterized by intertextuality, are situations, stories, articles, dialogues, annotations, reviews of bloggers and monologues. Having analyzed coursebooks of different levels, authors have found that these teaching materials are structured to place the human figure in the spotlight. In summary, small-format texts in educational discourse revolve around human activities, character traits, professional spheres, knowledge, and the integration of IT into human life. These texts facilitate the development of global communication conditions.

This article explores how Chinese cities use the power of short videos to attract tourism, investment and talent. The authors analyzed successful short videos dedicated to the city, highlighting such features as cultural heritage, natural beauty and local cuisine. It also examines the role of user content in shaping the image of cities, as well as the challenges and opportunities associated with the emergence of short video platforms. The article argues that short videos are a powerful tool for creating a positive image of Chinese cities and contribute to understanding how China's short video industry is transforming how cities present themselves to the world. It describes the key features of successful short videos focused on the city and offers recommendations for city authorities, tourism boards and other stakeholders on how to use the opportunities of short videos to promote economic growth and cultural exchange.

The impact of new media on the protection and inheritance of traditional culture

In the context of the dynamic intersection of new media and traditional culture, the digital landscape is becoming the most important arena for the protection and inheritance of cultural heritage. This article examines the transformative role of new media in maintaining and transmitting traditional culture in the context of globalization and technological evolution. At the beginning of the work, the importance of new media as a tool for preserving culture, providing unprecedented access to cultural knowledge and its dissemination, is considered. Further, the study examines how digital platforms contribute to the involvement of younger generations in traditional practice, thereby ensuring its continuity. Using the example of a number of case studies, the article shows both successful and cautionary examples of adapting cultural heritage in the digital sphere. The analysis culminates in recommendations for politicians, cultural organizations and communities to preserve traditions through digital technologies in such a way that cultural authenticity is respected and genuine cultural exchange develops.

Статья посвящена исследованию жанра литературной исповеди как художественной формы, наиболее отвечающей авторской художественной задаче− представлению типа мышления подростка «диалогического» модуса сознания. Научная новизна работы состоит в обращении к тексту повести для подростков, который прежде не становился предметом научной рефлексии и позволяет увидеть «взросление» героя в нетривиальных аксиологических координатах. Аналитика психологических состояний и логики мысли героя в разных ситуациях, художественно репрезентирующих становление характера, позволяет проследить формирование ценностной системы подростка. Психологический и аксиологический анализ выступают в работе формой исследования причинно-следственной обусловленности внутренних и внешних событий, осмысляемых взрослеющим человеком.

«Я» и «Другой» в металирике В.В. Набокова: границы конвергенции

Статья посвящена изучению приема самообъективации в метапоэтическом дискурсе стихотворений В. Набокова. В работе рассматриваются поэтологические тексты разных лет, в том числе стихотворения с имплицитно выраженной метапоэтической направленностью. Референтной составляющей в избранных произведениях является отношение субъекта-поэта к своему искусству. Анализ поэтических текстов В. Набокова, обладающих свойством автореферентности, демонстрирует, как менялся авторский взгляд на собственное художественное творчество в разные периоды. Эти наблюдения расширяют объем читательских представлений о лирике В. Набокова в целом и его поэтической рефлексии в частности. Устанавливается, что репрезентованное в текстах отделение поэта от собственного «я» может маркировать изменения в самоактуализации субъекта языкового творчества на разных этапах его поэтической эволюции.

Актуальность составляет необходимость исследования профессионального языка как главного передатчика информации и коммуницирования в профессиональной среде. Было выяснено, что проблема терминологии является особенно важной в юридической сфере, особенно, в контексте перевода с одного языка на другой. Переводческий процесс юридической направленности имеет свои нюансы, которые проанализированы в данной статье.

Данная статья посвящена комплексному анализу проблем современного полилингвизма и билингвизма. Рассматривая влияние изучаемого иностранного языка на изучающего его субъекта, авторы акцентируют внимание на разнообразии теорий и моделей лингводидактики в рамках данного направления отечественной лингвистики, делают выводы о функциональной специфике проявления различных типов интерференции при освоении иностранных языков. Также, ими анализируется образование особой структуры, вмещающей две или несколько знаковых систем, одна из которых является более поздней и поэтому неизбежно встраивается в уже сформированную систему родного языка.

Адаптация иностранных брендов в новых реалиях российского рынка: кейс defacto

Целью данной статьи является анализ влияния ухода и возвращения иностранных компаний на трансформацию российского рынка с 2022 по 2025 годы. Анализируется покупательское поведение в отношении бренда одежды DeFacto, включая предпочтения в источниках получения информации. В работе освещаются новые экономические и медийные реалии России, особенности адаптации зарубежных брендов и изменения, происшедшие в предпочтениях российских потребителей. Новая эпоха предоставляет зарубежным компаниям возможность по-новому оценить свою позицию на российском рынке. Результаты социологического опроса позволяют выявить основные критерии выбора одежды, наиболее значимые источники информации о брендах и разработать рекомендации по эффективному использованию цифровых коммуникаций для укрепления позиций бренда DeFacto на рынке. Полученные в ходе исследования данные могут быть использованы при разработке проекта PR-кампании, направленной на укрепление имиджа DeFacto в современных экономических и политических условиях, увеличение лояльности клиентов и стимулирование продаж.

Административно-деликтное и уголовное право в контексте междисциплинарных исследований

В статье рассматриваются теоретические проблемы административно-деликтного права и смежных с ними вопросов науки уголовного права. В частности, на основе обобщения теоретических воззрений учения об ответственности и принципах административно-деликтного и уголовного права, делается вывод о том, что проблемы данных отраслевых наук тесно связаны между собой, однако их решения в некоторых случаях не вполне тождественны. В итоге, предлагается заимствовать опыт теоретиков уголовного права и опыт законодателя в части некоторого совершенствования отдельных положений административного права.

Противодействие коррупции является приоритетной задачей и одним из важнейших направлений деятельности отечественной правоохранительной системы. При этом сегодня к проведению антикоррупционных мероприятий привлекаются все без исключения органы публичной власти, коллективные и индивидуальные представители гражданского общества. Авторами рассмотрены результаты применения антикоррупционных административно-правовых средств противодействия коррупции в органах внутренних дел. Проведен анализ отечественного и зарубежного опыта предупреждения коррупционных правонарушений в полиции. Изложен комплекс предложений по совершенствованию применения таких средств в современных условиях.

Аксиологизация теории общественного развития: социально-философский контекст

В современном обществознании складывается устойчивое представление о том, что в настоящее время происходит переход от одного типа общественного развития к другому, который сопровождается сменой типов рациональности культуры, возникновением нового сочетания сосуществующих традиционных, классических и неклассических теоретических моделей общественного развития. В статье отмечается, что социальные теории классического типа, базируясь на общенаучной методологии, всегда требовали ясности в способах или процедурах, обеспечивающих, безусловно, твердые, неоспоримые основания для знания. Требования обоснованности и рациональности являются двумя фундаментальными, описательно-оценочными принципами, имманентными самой сути теоретического знания об обществе. Наличие философской методологии исследования является существенным признаком рационального, как строго определенного и единственно возможного способа в исследовании путей развития общества.
